本发明公开了一种全自动鞋模机械手装置,包括机架(9),在所述机架的中部装有开模气缸(4),该开模气缸与开模头(20)相连,在所述机架的中部还装有料头推进气缸(6),该料头推进气缸与料头松紧件(7)相连,在所述料头推进气缸下装有料头升降气缸(8)。在所述机架的上部装有升降气缸(1),该升降气缸上装有升模推进气缸(2),所述升模推进气缸与托轮(3)相连。本发明应用于塑胶鞋类成型机械设备只需要一名操作人员即可,其劳动强度较小,提高了工作效率、降低生产成本,且消除了操作的安全隐患。

Description

全自动鞋模机械手装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种制鞋机械,具体是涉及一种应用于塑胶鞋类成型机械的机械手装置。
背景技术
目前,塑胶鞋类成型机械设备普遍为圆盘旋转式工作流程,其鞋楦(用于装鞋帮)模升降、鞋底模开合、鞋底模锁止以及鞋底模塑胶料头剔除均为人工操作,需要多个操作人员协作配合,且劳动强度较大、工作效率较低,还具有一定的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述的不足,而提供一种能对鞋底模的开模、鞋底模塑胶料头的剔除进行自动操作的全自动鞋模机械手装置。
本发明的目的通过如下技术方案来实现:全自动鞋模机械手装置,包括机架,在所述机架的中部装有开模气缸,该开模气缸与开模头相连,在所述机架的中部还装有料头推进气缸,该料头推进气缸与料头松紧件相连,在所述料头推进气缸下装有料头升降气缸。在所述机架的上部装有升降气缸,该升降气缸上装有升模推进气缸,所述升模推进气缸与托轮相连。
采用本发明后,开模气缸及开模头是针对开合模手柄的开合而完成鞋底模的自动开模,料头升降气缸、料头推进气缸及料头松紧件是针对鞋模上的塑胶料头自动剔除。升降气缸、升模推进气缸及托轮是针对转盘升模手柄的升降控制而自动完成鞋楦模的上升。本发明应用于塑胶鞋类成型机械设备只需要一名操作人员即可,其劳动强度较小,提高了工作效率、降低生产成本,且消除了操作的安全隐患。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2可知,本发明应用于塑胶鞋类成型机械设备的全自动鞋模机械手装置,包括机架9,在所述机架9的中部装有开模气缸4(左、右两件),该开模气缸4与开模头20(左、右两件)相连,在所述机架9的中部(通过料头推进气缸座24)还装有料头推进气缸6(在开模气缸4的下方),该料头推进气缸6与料头松紧件7相连,在所述料头推进气缸6下(通过料头升降气缸座18)装有料头升降气缸8。在所述机架9的上部装有升降气缸1,该升降气缸1上(通过升模推进气缸座17)装有升模推进气缸2,所述升模推进气缸2与托轮3相连。
所述升降气缸1、升模推进气缸2、开模气缸4、料头推进气缸6、料头升降气缸8均分别与微电脑控制器10电连接,由其统一调控,在该微电脑控制器10的侧边还装有气源总成11。所述料头松紧件7包括料头松紧气缸,该料头松紧气缸上的活塞杆的杆头外形呈正反“7”字型结构(如图2所示),用于有效夹住料头;所述料头松紧气缸与微电脑控制器10电连接,并由其统一调控。在所述机架9上、并靠近所述托轮3(及鞋模鞋底注射成型工位上的转盘升模手柄)处装有检测开关5(接近开关),该检测开关5与微电脑控制器10电连接,用于检测转盘升模手柄的推进位置(即转盘升模手柄与检测开关之间距离变化、转盘升模手柄的上下位置)而判断鞋楦模是否已上升。
如图1、图2、图3所示,本发明全自动鞋模机械手装置23应用于塑胶鞋类成型机械设备的转盘式塑胶鞋底硫化成型机22、塑胶注射机21。转盘式塑胶鞋底硫化成型机22由多个鞋模鞋底注射成型工位构成,每个工位均包括转盘升模(鞋楦模)手柄12、鞋模16、开合模手柄14(为左、右两件)、锁模手柄15(可称锁止手柄,手工操作控制)、模夹13、支架19等。
首先,由塑胶注射机21对转盘式塑胶鞋底硫化成型机22上已经锁止鞋模内的鞋类半成品的鞋底进行塑胶注射。接着,该成型机转过一定的工位、待塑胶鞋底硫化完成后,转到全自动鞋模机械手装置23的侧边。此时,全自动鞋模机械手装置上的检测开关5检测到转盘升模手柄12的位置而发出开模信号开始工作,先由开模气缸启动而带动开模头,再由两个开模头分别对两个开合模手柄进行自动开模动作(所述开模气缸4及开模头20是针对开合模手柄14的开模);所述料头升降气缸8、料头推进气缸6及料头松紧件7是针对鞋模16上的料头自动剔除,其先由料头推进气缸启动而带动料头松紧件伸出,待料头松紧件到达鞋模上的料头正上方时,料头升降气缸启动将料头推进气缸及料头松紧件向下降并夹住料头,再由料头推进气缸带动料头松紧件收缩而将料头快速、自动拉出剔除;所述升降气缸1、升模推进气缸2及托轮3是针对转盘升模手柄12的上升控制,其先由升降气缸1启动控制升模推进气缸2上升,再由升模推进气缸启动带动托轮伸出而使转盘升模气柄作出上升,带动鞋楦模自动上升。最后,由一名操作人员手工完成鞋类成品的卸料,并还完成鞋类半成品(鞋底未注射塑胶)的上料(套在鞋楦模上)、转盘升模手柄12的下降、开合模手柄的合模、锁模手柄15的锁模等控制。

Claims (6)

1.全自动鞋模机械手装置,包括机架(9),其特征在于:在所述机架(9)的中部装有开模气缸(4),该开模气缸(4)与开模头(20)相连,在所述机架(9)的中部还装有料头推进气缸(6),该料头推进气缸(6)与料头松紧件(7)相连,在所述料头推进气缸(6)下装有料头升降气缸(8)。
2.如权利要求1所述的全自动鞋模机械手装置,其特征在于:在所述机架(9)的上部装有升降气缸(1),该升降气缸(1)上装有升模推进气缸(2),所述升模推进气缸(2)与托轮(3)相连。
3.如权利要求2所述的全自动鞋模机械手装置,其特征在于:所述升降气缸(1)、升模推进气缸(2)、开模气缸(4)、料头推进气缸(6)、料头升降气缸(8)均分别与微电脑控制器(10)电连接,由其统一调控。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的全自动鞋模机械手装置,其特征在于:所述料头松紧件(7)包括料头松紧气缸,该料头松紧气缸上的活塞杆的杆头外形呈正反“7”字型结构。
5.如权利要求4所述的全自动鞋模机械手装置,其特征在于:所述料头松紧气缸与微电脑控制器(10)电连接,并由其统一调控。
6.如权利要求3所述的全自动鞋模机械手装置,其特征在于:在所述机架(9)上、并靠近所述托轮(3)处装有检测开关(5),该检测开关(5)与微电脑控制器(10)电连接。
