本发明公开冷等静压机，包括机架、弹性模具、高压容器、顶盖和框架、液压机构，高压容器上扣盖有密封配合的顶盖，高压容器由内筒和内筒外壁均布凸点相间隔的外筒两层结构，外筒外侧缠绕有按预应力要求高强度钢丝，内、外筒与顶盖之间设置有压力传感密封圈，压力传感器密封圈与固接于上盖的压力表相连接，液压机构包括低压泵、高压泵、增压器、工作缸、油箱。该装置具有机械性能好，高压容器受力结构合理的特点。

技术领域
本发明属于成型机械领域，具体涉及冷等静压机。
背景技术
现有的冷等静压机其结构为高压容器、顶盖、机架等组成，工作过程是将装入密封、弹性模具中的物料，再将弹性模具放置于气体或盛有液体的高压容器中，然后高压容器置于框架中，并用液体或气体对弹性模具施加一定的压力，物料压制成实体，得到原始形状的坏体。压力释放后，从高压容器内取出弹性模具，脱模，根据需要对坏体作进一步的整形处理。由于高压容器和机架承受角钢的压力，长期使用中容易使尤其是高压容器发生扭曲、变形，需要对高压容器进行完善和改进。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服现有技术的缺陷，提供冷等静压机，该装置用于陶瓷结构件的成型，机械性能好，高压容器受力结构合理，窗口转角处不会出现应力集中的现象。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了如下的技术方案：
冷等静压机，包括机架、弹性模具、高压容器、顶盖和框架、液压机构，高压容器上扣盖有密封配合的顶盖，高压容器由内筒和与内筒外壁均布凸点相间隔的外筒两层结构组成，外筒外侧缠绕有按预应力要求的高强度钢丝，内、外筒与顶盖之间设置有压力传感密封圈，压力传感器密封圈与固接于上盖的压力表相连接，液压机构包括低压泵、高压泵、增压器、工作缸、油箱。
进一步地，高压泵为斜轴式轴向柱塞泵。
进一步地，增压器为往复式大流量增压器。
与现有技术相比较，本发明具有如下的有益效果：
本发明用于陶瓷结构件的成型工艺，机架和高压容器缠绕有按预应力要求钢丝，机械性能好，可靠性高；高压容器受力结构合理，窗口转角处不会出现应力集中的现象。具有较好的社会效益和经济效益。

如图1所示，冷等静压机，包括机架1、弹性模具2、高压容器3、顶盖4和液压机构，机架1缠绕有按预应力要求高强度钢丝。弹性模具2放置于高压容3器内，高压容器3上扣盖有密封配合的顶盖4，高压容器由内筒31和与内筒外壁均布凸点相间隔的外筒32两层结构组成，外筒32外侧缠绕有按预应力要求的高强度钢丝，内、外筒与顶盖之间设置有压力传感密封圈5，压力传感器密封圈5与固接于上盖的压力表相连接，液压机构包括低压泵、高压泵、增压器、工作缸、油箱，高压泵为斜轴式轴向柱塞泵，增压器为往复式大流量增压器。
本发明用于陶瓷结构件的成型工艺，机架和高压容器缠绕有按预应力要求钢丝，机械性能好，可靠性高；高压容器受力结构合理，窗口转角处不会出现应力集中的现象。具有较好的社会效益和经济效益。

1.冷等静压机，包括机架、弹性模具、高压容器、顶盖和框架、液压机构，其特征在于：高压容器上扣盖有密封配合的顶盖，高压容器由内筒和与内筒外壁均布凸点相间隔的外筒两层结构组成，外筒外侧缠绕有按预应力要求的高强度钢丝，内、外筒与顶盖之间设置有压力传感密封圈，压力传感器密封圈与固接于上盖的压力表相连接，液压机构包括低压泵、高压泵、增压器、工作缸、油箱。
2.根据权利要求1所述冷等静压机，其特征在于：高压泵为斜轴式轴向柱塞泵。
3.根据权利要求1所述冷等静压机，其特征在于：增压器为往复式大流量增压器。
