金银花具有清热解毒并具有杀菌的作用，以金银花为原料制茶和饮料的报道很多，以金银花制酒多为勾兑酒，酿制的金银花酒却很少。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种金银花保健酒及其酿制方法。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是：
一种金银花保健酒，是用下述按重量份配比计的原料酿制而成：
大米  40-50   
金银花、叶20-25
酒曲  2.5-3。
所述金银花、叶中的花与叶的比例为：1:1-2。
一种金银花保健酒的酿制方法，包括如下步骤：
（1）将大米煮成饭；
（2）将金银花的花和叶粉碎，过100目筛；
（3）将步骤（1）的米饭和步骤（2）金银花、叶与酒曲混合拌匀；
（4）糖化24小时；
（5）发酵7-12天；
（6）蒸馏，即得清香、色泽透明的金银花保健酒。
本发明的有益效果是：所得保健酒除含有一定的酒精度外，还含有金银花的清凉解毒的保健成分，口味清香，喝了不上头。
具体实施方式
实施例
一种金银花保健酒的酿制方法，包括如下步骤：
（1）称取45斤大米，煮成米饭；
（2）将金银花的花与叶按1:2的比例混合均匀后，粉碎，过100目筛；
（3）将步骤（1）的米饭和22斤经步骤（2）处理的金银花、叶混合，加入2.5斤酒曲拌匀；
（4）糖化24小时；
（5）发酵10天；
（6）蒸馏，得到清香、色泽透明的金银花保健酒。

大米  40-50   
金银花、叶20-25
酒曲  2.5-3。

（1）将大米煮成饭；
