Abstract
本发明涉及一种隔热卡箍及其管托,包括上卡箍和下卡箍,上卡箍和下卡箍之间通过紧固机构固定连接,其特征是,所述的下卡箍的内侧设有一隔板,隔板的两端分别与下卡箍的内侧面连接使下卡箍底部与隔板之间形成中空部,所述的上卡箍和下卡箍内圈设有保温材料层。本发明的隔热卡箍及其管托,构思新颖,结构简单,易于制造,比现有技术中的隔热管托的导热率低50%以上,常温导热系数达到0.08‑0.10W/MK,更大限度的隔绝管托与外界的热传递,节约能源,减少热量损失。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及管道输送配套设备技术领域,尤其是一种隔热卡箍及其管托。
背景技术
目前,化工、石油、发电、冶金等场所的大型长距离供热管道系统,因其管道内常年输送高温蒸汽或液体,为减少热量损、失节约能源需包裹隔热保温材料后用专门的管托支承安装,这类管托除了应能承受管道重量,隔绝热传递外,还要平衡管道系统的作用力,吸收震动,改善管道的应力分布,确保管道系统安全运行,延长其使用寿命。
中国专利号ZL201020115077.0,公开《一种隔热隔冷管托》,包括保温材料、卡箍、支撑架和基础座4,卡箍由上卡箍21和下卡箍22组成,上卡箍21)和下卡箍22通过螺栓23紧固保温材料,支撑架由上底板31、立板32)和筋板33)组成,基础座4)上固定有下底板41,上底板31上设置有上滑动板34,下底板41上设置有下滑动板42,其特征是:保温材料分成二部分,外圈是脱脂木块保温材料11,内圈是硅酸铝保温材料12。本申请人在长期的使用经验后发现上述管托的隔热隔冷保温性能还不尽如人意,尤其是下卡箍的传热系数还是较高,热量从下卡箍传递的问题还是不能解决,还是存在一定的能源浪费。需要进一步的解决上述技术。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术中隔热卡箍的隔热效果不佳,导热率不低的技术问题,提供一种隔热卡箍及其管托,进一步提高隔热效果,降低导热率。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种隔热卡箍,包括上卡箍和下卡箍,上卡箍和下卡箍之间通过紧固机构固定连接,所述的下卡箍的内侧设有一隔板,隔板的两端分别与下卡箍的内侧面连接使下卡箍底部与隔板之间形成中空部,所述的上卡箍和下卡箍内圈设有保温材料层。
进一步的为了提高卡箍的整体强度,所述的下卡箍底部与隔板之间的中空部内填充有保温材料。填充保温材料后整体强度提高。
进一步的,所述的保温材料为硬质保温材料。硬质保温材料能够有效的提供支撑力。
进一步的,所述的保温材料为气凝胶绝热毡。气凝胶绝热毡的隔热性能更优。
作为优选,所述的保温材料包括硬质保温材料和气凝胶绝热毡,所述的硬质保温材料贴合在下卡箍上,所述的气凝胶绝热毡位于硬质保温材料和隔板之间。采用硬质保温材料和气凝胶绝热毡的组合形式,在有效提供支撑力的同时,提高保温性能。
进一步的,所述的保温材料层包括二圈,外圈为硬质保温层,内圈为软质保温层。
具体实施方式,所述的隔板呈圆弧形,或隔板由至少两块直板连接而成。
一种采用上述隔热卡箍的管托,包括基础座和支撑架,所述的支撑架的上部连接有至少一个上述隔热卡箍,所述的支撑架包括上底板、立板和筋板,所述的基础座上固定有下底板,上底板上设有上滑动板,下底板上设有下滑动板。
作为优选,所述的立板和筋板与下卡箍上对应中空部的外侧面相连接。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明的隔热卡箍及其管托,构思新颖,结构简单,易于制造,比现有技术中的隔热管托的导热率低50%以上,常温导热系数达到0.08-0.10W/MK,更大限度的隔绝管托与外界的热传递,节约能源,减少热量损失。

现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1所示,本发明的一种隔热卡箍第一个实施例,包括上卡箍21和下卡箍22,上卡箍21和下卡箍22之间通过紧固机构固定连接,所述的下卡箍22的内侧设有一隔板23,隔板23的两端分别与下卡箍22的内侧面连接使下卡箍22底部与隔板23之间形成中空部,所述的上卡箍21和下卡箍22内圈设有保温材料层。
进一步的,所述的下卡箍22底部与隔板23之间的中空部内填充有保温材料。
图2所示本发明第二个实施例,进一步的,所述的保温材料为硬质保温材料24。
图3所示本发明第三个实施例,进一步的,所述的保温材料为气凝胶绝热毡25。
图4所示本发明第四个实施例,作为优选,所述的保温材料包括硬质保温材料24和气凝胶绝热毡25,所述的硬质保温材料24贴合在下卡箍22上,所述的气凝胶绝热毡25位于硬质保温材料24和隔板23之间。
具体实施方式,图1至4所示,所述的隔板23呈圆弧形,图5所示本发明第五个实施例,隔板23由两块直板连接而成,图6所示本发明第六个实施例,隔板23由三块直板连接而成。四块及四块以上同样能起到相同的作用,在此不再赘述。
进一步的,所述的保温材料层包括二圈,外圈为硬质保温层11,内圈为软质保温层12。

图7所示,一种采用上述隔热卡箍的管托,包括基础座4和支撑架,所述的支撑架的上部连接有至少一个上述隔热卡箍,所述的支撑架包括上底板31、立板32和筋板33,所述的基础座4上固定有下底板41,上底板31上设有上滑动板34,下底板41上设有下滑动板42。
作为优选,所述的立板32和筋板33与下卡箍22上对应中空部的外侧面相连接。

1.一种隔热卡箍,包括上卡箍和下卡箍,上卡箍和下卡箍之间通过紧固机构固定连接,其特征是,所述的下卡箍的内侧设有一隔板,隔板的两端分别与下卡箍的内侧面连接使下卡箍底部与隔板之间形成中空部,所述的上卡箍和下卡箍内圈设有保温材料层。
2.如权利要求1所述的隔热卡箍,其特征是:所述的下卡箍底部与隔板之间的中空部内填充有保温材料。
3.如权利要求2所述的隔热卡箍,其特征是:所述的保温材料为硬质保温材料。
4.如权利要求2所述的隔热卡箍,其特征是:所述的保温材料为气凝胶绝热毡。
5.如权利要求2所述的隔热卡箍,其特征是:所述的保温材料包括硬质保温材料和气凝胶绝热毡,所述的硬质保温材料贴合在下卡箍上,所述的气凝胶绝热毡位于硬质保温材料和隔板之间。
6.如权利要求1所述的隔热卡箍,其特征是:所述的保温材料层包括二圈,外圈为硬质保温层,内圈为软质保温层。
7.如权利要求1所述的隔热卡箍,其特征是:所述的隔板呈圆弧形,或隔板由至少两块直板连接而成。
8.一种采用权利要求1-7任一项所述的隔热卡箍的管托,其特征是,包括基础座和支撑架,所述的支撑架的上部连接有至少一个权利要求1-7任一项所述的隔热卡箍,所述的支撑架包括上底板、立板和筋板,所述的基础座上固定有下底板,上底板上设有上滑动板,下底板上设有下滑动板。
9.如权利要求8所述的管托,其特征是,所述的立板和筋板与下卡箍上对应中空部的外侧面相连接。
