本发明属于海洋生物技术领域,具体涉及一种高效泡制海马酒的生产方法。具体将原料进行逐级破碎,破碎后用酒稀释1‑200倍混合成悬浮液,利用高压均质机在100‑1500MPa压力下,处理料液获得破壁后的原料料液,料液再经酒稀释1‑1000倍,稀释后在搅拌条件下浸泡2‑8天,过滤即为海马酒。本发明采取胶体磨粉碎、高压均质等系列技术措施,保证海马料的各部分营养成分的有效提取,大大缩短海马酒的泡制时间,实现批量高效的泡制海马酒。

一种海马酒的生产方法
技术领域
本发明属于海洋生物技术领域,具体涉及一种高效泡制海马酒的生产方法。
背景技术
海马是我国名贵海洋中药材,历代古医籍均有收载。《本草纲目》记载"海马,主难产及血气痛;暖水脏,壮阳道;沙腹块,治疗疮肿痛",而中国古代历来就有用海马泡制药酒医治各种疾病的传统。药理实验证明,海马提取液有雄性激素样作用,并且以往的文献资料还证明海马的蛋白酶解液有明显的抗疲劳作用;海马乙醇提取液有提高免疫力、抗衰老、抗应激、镇痛、抗血栓、化结消肿、治疗肿瘤、疗疮肿毒和镇静作用等作用。目前三斑海马临床已经应用于阳痿、不育、虚烦不眠、哮喘、腰腿疼、跌打损伤、腹痛、难产、乳腺癌、结肠癌、肝癌、皮肤癌等均具有治疗效果。
海马中蛋白质含量为67.9-73.56%,含17种氨基酸,7种为人体必需氨基酸,含20余种微量元素,并且含较丰富的不饱和脂肪酸。我国沿海各地包括一些大中院校己开展药用海马的人工养殖开发应用,包括三斑海马、日本海马、大海马,尖海龙,刁海龙等海龙科鱼类。但是,现有的海马加工品往往采用较为传统的方法,其中将海马泡成药酒是目前较为常用的一种食用海马的方法,然而目前泡制海马药酒多采用将整个的海马长时间用酒泡制,或者将海马干货用粉碎机粉碎成粉末,然后再将粉末泡制到酒里,经较长时间泡制后,再经过滤,最终获得海马酒。然而以上方法第一需要长时间浸泡,不方便批量生产,第二以上方法并不能充分利用海马的各部分营养成分,会造成大量资源浪费。因此,如何高效并且批量的提取海马中的有效成分,对于海马酒产业的发展具有重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高效泡制海马酒的生产方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种海马酒的生产方法,将原料进行逐级破碎,破碎后用酒混合成悬浮液,利用高压均质机在100-1500MPa压力下,处理料液获得破壁后的原料料液,料液再经酒稀释1-1000倍,稀释后在搅拌条件下浸泡2-8天,过滤即为海马酒。
所述原料为干海马和/或鲜海马。
所述原料中加入中药材。所述中药材为枸杞、黄芪、桂圆肉、玉竹、淫羊霍、甘草中的一种或几种。
所述逐级破碎是将原料和中药混合,混合后粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后进行胶体磨再进行破碎,破碎后用酒混合成悬浮液,利用高压均质机在100-1500MPa压力下将海马料破碎,直至达到细胞破碎。
本发明所具有的优点:
本发明采用胶体磨粉碎、高压均质等系列技术措施,逐级破碎海马,直至海马体细胞破碎,实现高效提取海马中有效成分,保证海马的各部分营养成分的有效提取,并实现批量高效的泡制海马酒。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)取原料经粉碎机将海马粉碎至20-30目大小左右。其中,原料为干品海马500g。
(2)将细颗粒原料同1000克38度白酒混合后过胶体磨,将细颗粒进一步粉碎。
(3)用38度白酒2000g,将上述粉碎后原料混合,得到悬浮液,将悬浮液进均质机,500MPa均质压力下破壁。
(4)将悬浮液进一步用38度白酒稀释至10kg,浸泡2-8天,浸泡同时并进行搅拌,搅拌桨转速控制在5-200转/分钟,过滤去除固体悬浮物,最终获得成品海马酒。
本发明与现有技术不进行有效破碎处理即进行浸泡的传统泡制工艺相比,可大幅缩短浸泡时间,更有效提取原料中有效成份,利用本工艺所获得的药酒在浸泡2天时,药酒内的精氨酸含量高于传统不进行破碎情况提取情况下的30%以上,牛磺酸含量高于传统不进行破碎情况提取情况下的20%以上。
实施例2
(1)取原料经粉碎机将海马和枸杞粉碎至20-30目大小左右。其中,原料为干品海马500g和枸杞200g。
(2)将细颗粒原料同1000克38度白酒混合后过胶体磨,将细颗粒进一步粉碎。
(3)用56度白酒2000g,将上述粉碎后原料混合,得到悬浮液,将悬浮液进均质机,600MPa均质压力下破壁。
(4)将悬浮液进一步用38度白酒稀释至10kg,浸泡2-8天,浸泡同时并进行搅拌,搅拌桨转速控制在5-200转/分钟,过滤去除固体悬浮物,最终获得成品海马酒。
本发明与现有技术不进行有效破碎处理即进行浸泡的传统泡制工艺相比,可大幅缩短浸泡时间,更有效提取原料中有效成份,利用本工艺所获得的药酒在浸泡3天时,药酒内的精氨酸含量高于传统不进行破碎情况下的30%以上,枸杞多糖含量高于传统不进行破碎情况下的30%以上,β-胡萝卜素含量高于传统不进行破碎情况下的40%以上。添加枸杞的药酒比单纯用海马浸泡的药酒具有更好的滋肾固精的作用。
实施例3
(1)取原料经粉碎机将海马和枸杞粉碎至20-30目大小左右。其中,原料为干品海马500g和黄芪100g。
(2)将细颗粒原料同1000克38度白酒混合后过胶体磨,将细颗粒进一步粉碎。
(3)用60度白酒2000g,将上述粉碎后原料混合,得到悬浮液,将悬浮液进均质机,700MPa均质压力下破壁。
(4)将悬浮液进一步用60度白酒稀释至10kg,浸泡2-8天,浸泡同时并进行搅拌,搅拌桨转速控制在5-200转/分钟,过滤去除固体悬浮物,最终获得成品海马酒。
本发明与现有技术不进行有效破碎处理即进行浸泡的传统泡制工艺相比,可大幅缩短浸泡时间,更有效提取原料中有效成份,利用本工艺所获得的药酒在浸泡3天时,药酒内的精氨酸含量高于传统不进行破碎情况下的20%以上,皂苷含量高于传统不进行破碎情况下的30%以上。添加黄芪的药酒比单纯用海马浸泡的药酒具有更好的增强免疫、保肝利尿的作用。
实施例4
(1)取原料经粉碎机将海马和枸杞粉碎至20-30目大小左右。其中,原料为干品海马500g,枸杞100g和黄芪100g。
(2)将细颗粒原料同1000克38度白酒混合后过胶体磨,将细颗粒进一步粉碎。
(3)用60度白酒2000g,将上述粉碎后原料混合,得到悬浮液,将悬浮液进均质机,700MPa均质压力下破壁。
(4)将悬浮液进一步用60度白酒稀释至10kg,浸泡2-8天,浸泡同时并进行搅拌,搅拌桨转速控制在5-200转/分钟,过滤去除固体悬浮物,最终获得成品海马酒。
本发明与现有技术不进行有效破碎处理即进行浸泡的传统泡制工艺相比,可大幅缩短浸泡时间,更有效提取原料中有效成份,利用本工艺所获得的药酒在浸泡2天时,药酒内的皂苷含量高于传统不进行破碎情况提取情况下的35%以上,精氨酸含量高于传统不进行破碎情况下的30%以上,枸杞多糖含量高于传统不进行破碎情况下的30%以上,β-胡萝卜素含量高于传统不进行破碎情况下的40%以上。同时添加枸杞、黄芪的药酒比单纯用海马浸泡的药酒具有更好的增强免疫、保肝利尿、缓解早泄、减轻阳痿的作用。

Claims (1)

1.一种海马酒的生产方法,其特征在于:将原料进行逐级破碎,破碎后用酒混合成悬浮液,利用高压均质机在100-1500MPa压力下,处理料液获得破壁后的原料料液,料液再经酒稀释1-1000倍,稀释后在搅拌条件下浸泡2-8天,过滤即为海马酒;
所述逐级破碎是将干海马和/或鲜海马和中药材混合,混合后粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后进行胶体磨再进行破碎,破碎后用酒混合成悬浮液,利用高压均质机在100-1500MPa压力下将悬浮液破碎,直至达到细胞破碎;
所述中药材为枸杞、黄芪、桂圆肉、玉竹、淫羊霍、甘草中的一种或几种。
