本发明涉及一种保健食品添加剂,特别是一种余甘果SOD保健食品添加剂。 
背景技术
超氧化物歧化酶Orgotein(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD),别名肝蛋白、简称:SOD。SOD是一种源于生命体的活性物质,能消除生物体在新陈代谢过程中产生的有害物质。对人体不断地补充SOD具有抗衰老的特殊效果。超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)是1938年首次从牛红血球中分离得到超氧化物歧化酶开始算起,人们对SOD的研究已有七十多年的历史。 
SOD是国外首先从牛血中提炼成功,但因血液为原料,价格昂贵,难以广泛应用,所以需要一种价格低廉的物质上提炼SOD。 
余甘果又名又称之为牛甘果和油甘果,是一种营养价值很高的水果,它富含有抗坏血酸(维生素C)成熟的余甘果含有丰富的Vc和SOD,同时富含有12种维生素,16种微量元素,18种氨基酸,并富含鞣质、有机酸、酚类等营养物质。由鲜果提取的余甘果汁对人体具有多种保健功能:润肺化痰、生津止渴、保肝胆、抗病毒、增强免疫力,降血糖、降血脂、调节血压等。且余甘果价格便宜,能替代血来提炼SOD。 
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们的食品质量要求越来越高,养生保健是这个时代的主题,市场上需要一种健康、营养的的食品添加剂来满足市场的需求。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针SOD保健食品添加剂对上述所存在的问题,本发明提供了一种余甘果及制作方法,该食品添加剂可以可直接摄入体内,也可 以加入各种食品中,以加强其抗衰、抗癌、提高免疫功能作用。 
本发明的技术方案为: 
一种余甘果SOD保健食品添加剂,原料按以下的重量份配比组成:SOD粉3--7份、糖精2--5份、维生素c3--6份、维生素e1--4份、食用纤维1--3份、活性钙2--4份、锌4--9份。 
优选的,按以下的重量份配比组成:SOD粉4份、糖精3份、维生素c5份、维生素e2份、食用纤维2份、活性钙3份、锌6份。 
余甘果SOD保健食品添加剂的制作方法,由以下步骤制成: 
1)、将新鲜的余甘果压榨取汁,加入0.1-0.4果胶酶澄清; 
2)、将澄清后的余甘果汁用高温100-120℃/10-20s进行瞬间灭菌; 
3)、将灭菌后的余甘果汁用真空低温25--40℃/700-660mmHg进行蒸发浓缩; 
4)、将浓缩后的余甘果汁置于0℃以下进行结冰; 
5)将余甘果汁冻结物进行真空升华2.5-5mmHg/35--80℃干燥制粉,即成为余甘果SOD粉,包装即可完成。 
SOD是中国卫生部批准的具有抗衰老、免疫调节、调节血脂、抗辐射、美容功能的物质之一,糖精具有调味的作用,维生素c促进氨基酸中酪氨酸和色氨酸的代谢,延长肌体寿命;增强肌体对外界环境的抗应激能力和免疫力;维生素e能促进生殖,,保护T淋巴细胞、保护红细胞、抗自由基氧化、抑制血小板聚集从而降低心肌梗死和脑梗塞的危险性。还对烧伤、冻伤、毛细血管出血、更年期综合症、美容等方面有很好的疗效,有助于肠内大肠杆菌合成多种维生素它能吸附大量水分,增加粪便量,促进肠蠕动,加快粪便的排泄,使致癌物质在肠道内的停留时间缩短,对肠道的不良刺激减少,从 而可以预防肠癌发生,钙、锌都是人体必不可少的元素。能促进人体的生长于发育。

本发明一种余甘果SOD保健食品添加剂的制作方法配方科学合理,SOD提取物余甘果价格便宜、操作方便作为食品可直接摄入日内,也可加入各种食品中,具有抗衰、抗癌、提高免疫力功能的作用。 
具体实施方式
一种余甘果SOD保健食品添加剂的制作方法,由以下步骤制成: 
1)、将新鲜的余甘果压榨取汁,加入0.1-0.4果胶酶澄清; 
2)、将澄清后的余甘果汁用高温100-120℃/10-20s进行瞬间灭菌; 
3)、将灭菌后的余甘果汁用真空低温25--40℃/700-660mmHg进行蒸发浓缩; 
4)、将浓缩后的余甘果汁置于0℃以下进行结冰; 
5)将余甘果汁冻结物进行真空升华2.5-5mmHg/35--80℃干燥制粉,即成为余甘果SOD粉,包装即可完成。

1.一种余甘果SOD保健食品添加剂,其特征在于按以下的重量份配比组成:SOD粉3--7份、糖精2--5份、维生素c3--6份、维生素e1--4份、食用纤维1--3份、活性钙2--4份、锌4--9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种余甘果SOD保健食品添加剂,其特征在于按以下的重量份配比组成:SOD粉4份、糖精3份、维生素c5份、维生素e2份、食用纤维2份、活性钙3份、锌6份。
3.根据权利要求1或者2所述的一种余甘果SOD保健食品添加剂的制作方法,其特征在于由以下步骤制成:
1)、将新鲜的余甘果压榨取汁,加入0.1-0.4果胶酶澄清;
2)、将澄清后的余甘果汁用高温100-120℃/10-20s进行瞬间灭菌;
3)、将灭菌后的余甘果汁用真空低温25--40℃/700-660mmHg进行蒸发浓缩;
4)、将浓缩后的余甘果汁置于0℃以下进行结冰;
