技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于飞机起落架的操纵致动器活塞。
背景技术
包括可操纵下部的起落架是已知的。该下部通常包括对抗悬置力可滑动地安装在起落架外壳内的杆,该杆在其下端处承载轮轴,该轮轴接纳一个或多个轮子。在某些情形中,该起落架承载轴环或套筒,轴环或套筒可转动地安装在起落架外壳上,同时通过扭矩连杆连接到可操纵下部。该轴环或套筒设有带齿环,该带齿环与操纵致动器的齿条协作,以使可操纵下部枢转。举例来说,将会提及到设有此类齿条致动的空客A320的辅助起落架。
齿条在其两个端部处连接到活塞,活塞可滑动地安装成与在起落架任一侧上延伸的缸形成密封,从而在其中限定液压致动器的两个腔室。
通常地,出于简单的原因,此类活塞完全由青铜制成。然而,以此方式制造活塞证实是很麻烦的。此外,如果在生产中活塞的外径不满足技术规格,则整个活塞就要报废。同样地,如果在使用期间活塞磨损到不再满足尺寸技术规格的程度,则整个活塞必须报废而用新的活塞进行更换。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种用于齿条操纵致动器的重量更轻的活塞。
为了达到该目的,提出了一种用于飞机起落架的带有齿条的操纵致动器活塞,该活塞包括由重量轻的合金制成的本体,本体具有外部带螺纹的主跨度,该主跨度在一侧上终止于肩部,而在另一侧上由裙部延伸,该本体具有旋入到其的、攻有螺纹的青铜轴衬,该青铜轴衬在其外壁上具有至少一个用于接纳密封件的槽,该轴衬在肩部和销之间延伸,该销通过裙部而将活塞固定到齿条。
因此,活塞的关键部分(即,本体)是由重量轻的合金制成的,该合金远比青铜重量轻。生产或使用期间影响轴衬的磨损缺陷导致轴衬的报废,这代表着比完全用青铜制成的活塞少得多的青铜数量。
所谓青铜是指含有大部分铜和锡的任何类型的合金。然而,较佳地采用由标准AMS4690所定义的合金。
所谓轻重量合金是指含有大部分铝的任何类型的合金,尤其是,目前用于航空的轻重量合金,诸如2024或系列7000的锌合金。

图1示出仅一个由外壳2承载的缸8。很显然,外壳2承载另一相同的缸,以接纳附连到齿条另一端的另一个活塞7。由此形成的两个液压腔室9限定了双向作用的液压致动器,该液压致动器允许齿条沿一个或另一个方向移动。

参照图2,并根据本发明,活塞7包括由重量轻的合金制造的本体10,其具有圆筒形和外部带螺纹的主跨度(span)11。该主跨度11在一侧上终止于肩部12,在另一侧上终止于延伸该主跨度11的裙部13。青铜轴衬14旋入到主跨度11上。青铜轴衬14的外径以很小的间隙配合于缸8的内径。青铜轴衬14包括槽16,以接纳密封腔室9的密封件17。青铜轴衬14轴向地保持在肩部12或销15之间,该销啮合在裙部的横向钻孔内,并且通过裙部13以将齿条6的一端附连到活塞7。在这一方面,从图1中可见,齿条6的端部20构造成承载在匹配的闸瓦21上的半球形,匹配的闸瓦本身通过轴承19承载在本体10的底部18上。因此,当压力施加在腔室9内时,生成的力通过球形端部上的推力传递到齿条,而不将应力作用在销15上。
为了完成组件的密封,密封件22被容纳在肩部12的向上面内形成的槽中,肩部12从而承载抵靠青铜轴衬4,由此阻止任何流体通过主跨度11的螺纹而流过。
由此生产的活塞远比完全由青铜制造的活塞重量更轻。此外,在轴衬14存在有不符合项的情形中,所有需要做的是改变轴衬,而不需更换整个活塞。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于飞机起落架(1)的带有齿条(6)的操纵致动器活塞,其特征在于,活塞包括由含有大部分铝的合金制成的本体(10),本体具有外部带螺纹的主跨度(11),该主跨度在一侧上终止于肩部(12),而在另一侧上由裙部(13)延伸,该本体具有旋入到其的、攻有螺纹的青铜轴衬,该青铜轴衬在其外壁上具有至少一个用于接纳密封件的槽,裙部具有接纳用于将活塞固定到齿条的销的钻孔,轴衬在使用期间在肩部和销之间延伸,以使其轴向地保持在肩部和销之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的活塞,其特征在于,槽形成在肩部面向轴衬的向上面内,从而接纳密封件(22),当轴衬旋入到本体上时,该密封件抵靠轴衬。
