一种活齿传动总成中的活齿滑片滑块组合设计方法,本发明属于机械传动设计及制造技术领域。此技术是建立在专利200580039668.6基础上的改进技术,专利200580039668.6中记录了依靠滑片组合滑移变形实现活齿无级啮合的功能,可以实现非摩擦啮合无级变速。本发明提出了以厚度不同的滑片滑块进行有机组合装配,可以实现在任何传动比时,活齿单元体上活齿滑片滑块与传动带或链上的啮合齿进行啮合传动时,均有厚度较大的滑块参与承载,达到大扭矩可靠传动。

技术领域
本发明属于机械传动设计及制造技术领域。 
背景技术
此技术是建立在专利200580039668.6基础上的改进技术,专利200580039668.6中记录了依靠滑片组合滑移变形实现活齿无级啮合的功能,可以实现非摩擦啮合无级变速。但其内容没有详细介绍具体类型。 
发明内容
本发明提出了以厚度不同的滑片滑块进行有机组合装配,可以实现在任何传动比时,活齿单元体上活齿滑片滑块与传动带或链上的啮合齿进行啮合传动时,均有厚度较大的滑块参与承载,达到大扭矩可靠传动。

具体实施方式
本发明的实施例如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5所示: 
将厚度较大的滑片定义为:滑块,厚度较薄的定义为:滑片,滑片滑块的组合体统称为滑片组。 
滑片组限位约束挡条通过滑片、滑块的窗口穿入后,再与活齿单元体的凹槽镶嵌组合,对滑片及滑块进行限位约束,使其在活齿单元体内运动状态进行约束,并保留有一定的复位、落座运动空间,具体定义可参照其背景专利200580039668.6。 
其滑片滑块的具体组合原则为:当传动带或链上的啮合齿将在承载受力方向上的任一个厚度较大滑块压下时,在同一组活齿滑片组内,至少有一个滑块没有被压下,且该没有被压下的滑块能承载其他至少任一个啮合齿上的为了传递扭矩而传递的力,达到可靠传递扭矩的目的。如图5所示,提供了三种状态下的啮合情况,可以清楚展现所述啮合内容。见:图5.1,图5.2,图5.3。 
滑片滑块组合的其中一种典型方式如图2所示:一片滑块加七片滑片,再加一片滑块加七片滑片,再加一片滑块加七片滑片,最后再加一片滑块。 
件号8固定销的作用是将限位约束挡条7与活齿单元体3连接成一体,其具体实施方案为:将限位约束挡条7与活齿单元体3装配完成后,在活齿单元体的滑片滑块所在空间以外的与限位约束挡条镶嵌组合相交位置横向贯穿打孔,如图所示,在孔中插入固定销8即可。 
其固定销可以是整体长销,一次性贯穿两组活齿滑片组,也可以是:分别从活齿单元体两侧分别打盲孔,两组活齿滑片组分别用两根独立的固定销从两侧分别装配固定。 
另外,固定销8、固定销安装孔9的截面形状可以是:圆形、方形、矩形、多边形、异形。其孔可以是封闭孔,也可以是开口孔15。 
活齿单元体与锥盘轨道槽配合传递推力的耳梁13上可以开如图所示的滚针轴承装配孔14,在内部装入滚针10、滚针挡圈11、销轴12,销轴的外侧部分与锥盘轨道槽配合,从而可以实现滚动直线移动副的效果,减小摩擦阻力。 

Claims (9)

1.一种活齿传动总成中的活齿滑片滑块组合设计方法,该活齿传动总成包括:含啮合齿的金属链,活齿单元体,包含有滑块、滑片的活齿滑片组,滑片组限位约束挡条,固定销,其特征是:活齿滑片组中的滑片组合是以厚度不同的滑片滑块进行有机组合装配,可以实现在任何传动比时,活齿单元体上活齿滑片滑块与传动带或链上的啮合齿进行啮合传动时,均有厚度较大的滑块参与承载,其滑片滑块的具体组合原则为:当传动链上的啮合齿将在承载受力方向上的任一个厚度较大滑块压下时,在同一组活齿滑片组内,至少有一个滑块没有被压下,且该没有被压下的滑块能承载其他至少任一个链啮合齿上的为了传递扭矩而传递的力,实现可靠传递扭矩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的活齿滑片滑块组合设计方法,其特征是:所述的含啮合齿的金属链可以是含啮合齿的金属带。
3.根据权利要求1所述的活齿滑片滑块组合设计方法,其特征是:所述的滑片组限位约束挡条通过滑片、滑块的窗口穿入后,再与活齿单元体的凹槽镶嵌组合,对滑片及滑块进行限位约束,使其在活齿单元体内运动状态进行约束,并保留有一定的复位、落座运动空间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的活齿滑片滑块组合设计方法,其特征是:在活齿单元体的滑片滑块所在空间以外的与限位约束挡条镶嵌组合相交位置横向贯穿打孔,在孔中插入固定销。
5.根据权利要求1所述的活齿滑片滑块组合设计方法,其特征是:固定销可以是整体长销,一次性贯穿两组活齿滑片组,也可以是:分别从活齿单元体两侧分别打盲孔,两组活齿滑片组分别用两根独立的固定销从两侧分别装配固定。
6.根据权利要求1所述的活齿滑片滑块组合设计方法,其特征是:固定销、固定销安装孔的截面形状可以是:圆形、方形、矩形、多边形、异形,其孔可以是封闭孔或开口孔。
7.根据权利要求1所述的活齿滑片滑块组合设计方法,其特征是:活齿单元体与锥盘轨道槽配合传递推力的耳梁上可以开滚针轴承装配孔,在内部装入滚针、滚针挡圈、销轴,销轴的外侧部分与锥盘轨道槽配合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的活齿滑片滑块组合设计方法,其特征是滑片滑块组合方式为:若干片滑块加若干片滑片,再加若干片滑块加若干片滑片。
9.根据权利要求1所述的活齿滑片滑块组合设计方法,其特征是滑片滑块组合方式为:一片滑块加七片滑片,再加一片滑块加七片滑片,再加一片滑块加七片滑片,最后再加一片滑块。
