背景技术
酒主要成份就是乙醇。酒精就是乙醇,人体内若是具备乙醇脱氢酶,就能使乙醇分解成乙醛。乙醛再经过乙醛脱氢酶的分解,变成乙酸。乙酸对人体没有危害,然后又会被分解成二氧化碳和水。乙醇和乙醛对人体危害最大。在人体中,都存在乙醇脱氢酶,而且数量基本是相等的。但缺少乙醛脱氢酶的人就比较多。这种乙醛脱氢酶的缺少,使乙醛不能被完全分解为乙酸,而是以乙醛继续留在体内,使人喝酒后产生恶心欲吐、昏迷不适等醉酒症状。因此,不善饮酒,酒量在合理标准以下的人,即属于乙醛脱氢酶数量不足或完全缺乏的人。对于善饮酒的人,如果饮酒过多、过快,超过了乙醛脱氢酶的分解能力,也会发生醉酒。
解酒药总体可以分为化学药品、中药制剂、保健品三种,其解酒功效随药性快慢有关系。比较而言,化学药品在解酒的同时,会对肝脏、肾脏造成代谢负担而产生不同程度的伤害,且不宜经常服用。

针对上述的不足, 本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种既有保肝护脏、 快速解酒醒酒功能,又能减轻醉酒后胃胀恶心、呕吐、头昏脑胀、口渴的中药解酒饮料。
为解决上述问题,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种中药解酒饮料, 由下列原料按重量份配比而制成:丁香20-35份、厚朴25-38份、肉豆蔻15-25份、草果15-30份、竹茹10-18份、白茅根16-32份、枳蓂子10-15份、紫苏叶12-25份、决明子8-18份、淡竹叶10-20份、陈皮10-15份、白术15-25份。
上述方案中,优选的,所述一种中药解酒饮料由下列原料按重量份配比而制成:丁香25份、厚朴32份、肉豆蔻18份、草果25份、竹茹15份、白茅根28份、枳蓂子12份、紫苏叶22份、决明子12份、淡竹叶15份、陈皮12份、白术18份。
上述方案中, 为了增加所述一种解酒饮料的口感,还包括重量份为10~15份的甜味剂,所述甜味剂选自白砂糖、蜂蜜和木糖中的一种或两种。

肉豆蔻:温中涩肠、行气消食。主治虚泻、冷痢、脘腹胀痛、食少呕吐、宿食不消。
草果:味辛,性温,无毒。燥湿除寒,祛痰截疟,消食化食。主治疟疾,痰饮痞满,脘腹冷痛,反胃,呕吐,泻痢,食积。
竹茹:甘,微寒。清热化痰,除烦止呕。用于痰热咳嗽,胆火挟痰,烦热呕吐,惊悸失眼,中风痰迷,舌强不语,胃热呕吐,妊娠恶阻,胎动不安。
白茅根:甘、寒。凉血,止血,清热,利尿。治热病烦渴,吐血,衄血,肺热喘急,胃热哕逆,淋病,小便不利,水肿,黄疸。
枳蓂子:醒酒、除烦、止渴。
紫苏叶:辛,微温,无毒。理气,和营。治感冒风寒,恶寒发热,咳嗽,气喘,胸腹胀满,胎动不安。
决明子:苦,微寒。清热明目、润肠通便,用于目赤肿痛,大便秘结。
淡竹叶:味甘、淡,性寒。具有清热除烦,利尿通淋的功效十主治热病烦渴,口舌生疮,牙龈肿痛,小儿惊啼,肺热咳嗽,胃热呕哕,小便赤涩淋浊。
陈皮:苦、辛,温。理气健脾,调中,燥湿,化痰。主治脾胃气滞之脘腹胀满或疼痛、消化不良。湿浊阻中之胸闷腹胀、纳呆便溏。痰湿壅肺之咳嗽气喘。
白术:苦、甘,温。补脾,益胃,燥湿,和中,安胎。治脾胃气弱,不思饮食,倦怠少气,虚胀,泄泻,痰饮,水肿,黄疸,湿痹,小便不利,头晕,自汗,胎气不安。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明采用以上各具功效的天然中药材煎煮而成,再加入
适量的甜味剂,其口感独特、味道清爽,具有行气消积、 降逆止呕、补脾益胃,加快酒精代谢,使人体充分吸收营养物质,达到解酒醒酒的目的,并解除醉酒引起的胃胀恶心、头痛脑胀、口干等不适感觉,缓解过量饮酒造成的心率加快、 血压升高, 保护因酒精引起的肝脏损伤。本发明无任何毒副作用, 制备方法简单, 易于推广。

一种中药解酒饮料, 由下列原料按重量份配比而成:
丁香20份、厚朴25份、肉豆蔻15份、草果15份、竹茹10份、白茅根16份、枳蓂子10份、紫苏叶12份、决明子8份、淡竹叶10份、陈皮10份、白术15份。
优选地,所述甜味剂为蜂蜜。
所述中药解酒饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a 原料处理:按重量份称取各组分,然后将各组分原料药混合、研成粉末;
b 提取:将处理后的原料用其4 ~6倍的净水浸泡、加热,在 80 ~ 110℃下煎煮2次,每次3~4h,然后过滤、滤除药渣,合并2次滤液后将其浓缩,并用食用乙醇进行4~6h的沉淀,过滤上清液,回收乙醇,得浸膏;
c勾兑:用净水溶解浸膏进行勾兑,并加入甜味剂均质;
d 过滤、灭菌,装瓶。
