本发明公开了一种稀土热熔胶,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物64.2-71、柠檬酸镧0.01-0.02、氯菊酯0.4-0.6、硅酸钾1-2、二甲基二巯基乙酸异辛酯锡0.6-1、聚磷酸铵0.7-1、氯化石蜡6-10、聚丙烯酸丁酯4-6、N,N-二乙基苯胺0.2-0.3、氢化蓖麻油1-2、石墨粉0.5-1、硬脂酸2-3、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.7-1、粘结助剂6-8;本发明制备的热熔胶具有很好的剥离强度和施工性能,加入的稀土可以促进各物料间的相容性,增强热熔胶的粘结性、密封性和稳定性。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及一种热熔胶粉末,尤其涉及一种稀土热熔胶。
背景技术
热熔胶是一种可塑性的粘合剂,在一定温度范围内其物理状态随温度改变而改变,而化学特性不变,其无毒无味,属环保型化学产品。
发明内容
本发明目的就是提供一种稀土热熔胶。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种稀土热熔胶,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物64.2-71、柠檬酸镧0.01-0.02、氯菊酯0.4-0.6、硅酸钾1-2、二甲基二巯基乙酸异辛酯锡0.6-1、聚磷酸铵0.7-1、氯化石蜡6-10、聚丙烯酸丁酯4-6、N,N-二乙基苯胺0.2-0.3、氢化蓖麻油1-2、石墨粉0.5-1、硬脂酸2-3、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.7-1、粘结助剂6-8;
所述的增粘结助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
液体石蜡24-30、亚麻籽胶2-3、氟化石墨1-2、EVA树脂4-5、马来酸二丁酯3-4、油酸钾皂0.6-2、丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.2-0.5;
将EVA树脂加热软化,加入马来酸二丁酯,搅拌均匀,加入丙基三甲氧基硅烷,在50-60℃下保温搅拌10-15分钟,加入到液体石蜡中,搅拌均匀,得粘结液;
将亚麻籽胶与油酸钾皂混合,搅拌均匀后加入氟化石墨,球磨均匀,加入到上述粘结液中,60-80转/分搅拌分散3-4分钟,即得所述粘结助剂。
一种稀土热熔胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将上述氯化石蜡、硬脂酸混合,60-70℃下搅拌混合3-4分钟,加入石墨粉、聚磷酸铵,搅拌至40-50℃,加入3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷,200-400转/分搅拌混合5-7分钟,加入剩余各原料,在25-30℃下保温静置1-2小时,送入混炼机,加热升温至90-100℃,混炼20-30min;将混炼均匀后的产物加入到双螺杆挤出机,挤出产物经冷却、造粒,即得所述稀土热熔胶。
本发明的优点是:
本发明制备的热熔胶具有很好的剥离强度和施工性能,加入的稀土可以促进各物料间的相容性,增强热熔胶的粘结性、密封性和稳定性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种稀土热熔胶,它是由下述重量份(公斤)的原料组成的:
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物64.2、柠檬酸镧0.02、氯菊酯0.6、硅酸钾1-2、二甲基二巯基乙酸异辛酯锡0.6、聚磷酸铵0.7、氯化石蜡10、聚丙烯酸丁酯6、N,N-二乙基苯胺0.3、氢化蓖麻油2、石墨粉0.5、硬脂酸2、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.7、粘结助剂8;
所述的增粘结助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
液体石蜡30、亚麻籽胶3、氟化石墨2、EVA树脂4、马来酸二丁酯3、油酸钾皂0.6、丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.5;
将EVA树脂加热软化,加入马来酸二丁酯,搅拌均匀,加入丙基三甲氧基硅烷,在50℃下保温搅拌15分钟,加入到液体石蜡中,搅拌均匀,得粘结液。
将亚麻籽胶与油酸钾皂混合,搅拌均匀后加入氟化石墨,球磨均匀,加入到上述粘结液中,80转/分搅拌分散3分钟,即得所述粘结助剂。
一种稀土热熔胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将上述氯化石蜡、硬脂酸混合,70℃下搅拌混合3分钟,加入石墨粉、聚磷酸铵,搅拌至50℃,加入3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷,400转/分搅拌混合5分钟,加入剩余各原料,在30℃下保温静置1小时,送入混炼机,加热升温至100℃,混炼30min;将混炼均匀后的产物加入到双螺杆挤出机,挤出产物经冷却、造粒,即得所述稀土热熔胶。
性能测试
软化点95℃;
剥离强度:92N/25mm。

1.一种稀土热熔胶,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物64.2-71、柠檬酸镧0.01-0.02、氯菊酯0.4-0.6、硅酸钾1-2、二甲基二巯基乙酸异辛酯锡0.6-1、聚磷酸铵0.7-1、氯化石蜡6-10、聚丙烯酸丁酯4-6、N,N-二乙基苯胺0.2-0.3、氢化蓖麻油1-2、石墨粉0.5-1、硬脂酸2-3、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.7-1、粘结助剂6-8;
所述的增粘结助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
液体石蜡24-30、亚麻籽胶2-3、氟化石墨1-2、EVA树脂4-5、马来酸二丁酯3-4、油酸钾皂0.6-2、丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.2-0.5;
将EVA树脂加热软化,加入马来酸二丁酯,搅拌均匀,加入丙基三甲氧基硅烷,在50-60℃下保温搅拌10-15分钟,加入到液体石蜡中,搅拌均匀,得粘结液;
将亚麻籽胶与油酸钾皂混合,搅拌均匀后加入氟化石墨,球磨均匀,加入到上述粘结液中,60-80转/分搅拌分散3-4分钟,即得所述粘结助剂。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的稀土热熔胶的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将上述氯化石蜡、硬脂酸混合,60-70℃下搅拌混合3-4分钟,加入石墨粉、聚磷酸铵,搅拌至40-50℃,加入3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷,200-400转/分搅拌混合5-7分钟,加入剩余各原料,在25-30℃下保温静置1-2小时,送入混炼机,加热升温至90-100℃,混炼20-30min;将混炼均匀后的产物加入到双螺杆挤出机,挤出产物经冷却、造粒,即得所述稀土热熔胶。
