本发明提高一种连续密、捏炼共混改性制备装置的整体结构示意图,主要包括由主电机经变速箱驱动的双螺杆挤出机、给所述双螺杆挤出机上料的喂料机以及对所述双螺杆挤出机出料进行冷却的冷却器。所述喂料机以低速泵压的方式向高速运转的双螺杆挤出机提供常温的、无分层的、3立方厘米单位容积范围内成分达标的、具有0‑5兆帕压力可控的混合物料,高速运转(700‑1100转/分钟)的双螺杆挤出机与温控设备共同作用,对混合物料进行共混、脱挥、过滤、熔体泵高压强制推进,得到的熔体在所述冷却器中进一步智能降温、切粒、垂直向上进入无管道矩阵风冷粒料降温装置后螺旋向下流出,完成加工过程。

本发明涉及一种连续密、捏炼共混改性制备装置。
背景技术
目前在对塑料合金的共混、共聚应用领域,平行同向制备平台的选用是极其广泛的;依据上述不同种性熔体对功能性转子组件的阻力、聚热影响的基本概念,平行同向制备平台、往复式制备平台、连续密炼制备平台都有着各自不同的固有优、劣势。
本申请发明人通过对三种不同平台进行整合、优化,再采用现代先进的模块化结构设计理念,形成新的连续密、捏炼共混改性制备装置,并通过对熔体流场做数字化静、动态分析,优化所有混炼组件的输送、混合、混炼、聚热控制体系,使其具有用户应用柔性跨度大、高品质、高产出、低能耗、人员用工少、易操作维护的优点。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于:提供一种连续密、捏炼共混改性制备装置,提高其产出,减低其能耗。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种连续密、捏炼共混改性制备装置,其特征在于:包括双螺杆挤出机、给所述双螺杆挤出机上料的喂料机、对所述双螺杆挤出机出料进行加压推进的熔体泵以及对熔体泵出料进行切粒并冷却的冷却器。
其中:所述喂料机具有一个锥形的料斗,料斗的中心轴线上布置有一根下行螺旋轴,所述下行螺旋轴的上端与旋转电机动力连接,在所述料斗内还布置有两根平行于料斗侧壁布置的上行螺旋轴,两根所述上行螺旋轴也与所述旋转电机动力连接;在所述料斗底部还设有强制喂料齿轮泵以及位于所述强制喂料齿轮泵下方的出料通道。
其中:所述出料通道的出口段具有内径逐渐扩大的逆向屏蔽段。
其中:所述强制喂料齿轮泵包括一对相互啮合的自洁齿轮,其中一个自洁齿轮由一个送料电机驱动旋转,是主动齿轮,另一个是被动齿轮,两个自洁齿轮呈镜像对称设计;

与现有技术相比较,本发明具有的有益效果是:本发明通过强制喂料,能够提高喂料速度,通过采用重新设计的双螺杆挤出机,提高产出速度和产品质量,通过采用新的风冷技术,提高冷却效率,并避免有毒气体与热量扩散到车间,影响工人健康。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,是本发明一个较佳实施例所提供的一种连续密、捏炼共混改性制备装置的整体结构示意图,主要包括由主电机经变速箱驱动的双螺杆挤出机2、给所述双螺杆挤出机2上料的喂料机1、对所述双螺杆挤出机2出料进行加压推进的熔体泵320以及对熔体泵出料进行切粒并冷却的冷却器3。所述喂料机1以低速泵压的方式向高速运转的双螺杆挤出机2提供常温的、无分层的、3立方厘米单位容积范围内成分达标的、具有0-5兆帕压力可控的混合物料,高速运转(700-1100转/分钟)的双螺杆挤出机2与温控设备27共同作用,对混合物料进行共混、脱挥、过滤、熔体泵高压强制推进,得到的熔体在所述冷却器3中进一步智能降温、切粒、垂直向上进入无管道矩阵风冷粒料降温装置后螺旋向下流出,完成加工过程。
如图2所示,所述喂料机1是逆向阻断式泵送喂料机,其具有一个锥形的料斗110,料斗110的中心轴线上布置有一根下行螺旋轴111,所述下行螺旋轴111的上端与旋转电机112动力连接,所述旋转电机112通过支架113固定在所述料斗110的上方;在所述料斗110内还布置有两根平行于料斗110侧壁布置的上行螺旋轴114,两根所述上行螺旋轴114也与所述旋转电机112动力连接;在本实施例中,所述旋转电机112先通过两对第一级锥齿轮116驱动两根水平轴117旋转,所述两根水平轴117再各通过一对第二级锥齿轮118驱动所述两根上行螺旋轴114同步转动。
所述旋转电机112启动时,如图3所示,料斗110底部的物料将被两根上行螺旋轴114带动沿着料斗110的侧壁向上涌动,然后在所述下行螺旋轴111的带动下,压到所述料斗110底部靠中心的位置,经过上行螺旋轴114与下行螺旋轴111的协同作用,使物料充分搅拌为均匀物质。
在所述料斗110底部还设有强制喂料齿轮泵120,用于将料斗110底部经过充分混合的物料往料斗110下方的出料通道121方向泵送出去,在本实施例中,所述出料通道121与双螺杆挤出机2相接,为了防止进入双螺杆挤出机2的物料反向溢出而影响入料速度,所述出料通道121的出口段具有内径逐渐扩大的逆向屏蔽段1211(如图3所示)。
其中,所述强制喂料齿轮泵120包括一对相互啮合的自洁齿轮130,其中一个自洁齿轮130由一个送料电机(省略视图)驱动旋转,是主动齿轮,另一个是被动齿轮,两个自洁齿轮130呈镜像对称设计。如图4所示,是所述自洁齿轮130的齿廓放大示意图,每个自洁齿轮130具有间隔连接的齿顶与齿槽,在所述齿顶的两端分别设有第一破碎刀口1321与第二破碎刀口1322,在所述齿槽的中部设有第三破碎刀口1323,在所述齿顶的中部设有第四破碎刀口1324;所述第三破碎刀口1323与第二破碎刀口1322之间的部分齿槽为内凹的第一自洁面1331,所述第三破碎刀口1323与第一破碎刀口1321之间的部分齿槽为内凹的第二自洁面1332,所述第一破碎刀口与第四破碎刀口1324之间的部分齿顶为内凹的第三自洁面1333,所述第二破碎刀口1322与第四破碎刀口1324之间的部分齿顶为内凹的第四自洁面1334。
在所述自洁齿轮130旋转过程,主动齿轮的第一破碎刀口、第二破碎刀口1322、第三破碎刀口、第四破碎刀口1324能够分别与被动齿轮上的第一自洁面1331、第二自洁面1332、第三自洁面1333、第四自洁面1334对应啮合;与此同时,所述被动齿轮上的第一破碎刀口、第二破碎刀口1322、第三破碎刀口、第四破碎刀口1324又能够分别与所述主动齿轮上的第一自洁面1331、第二自洁面1332、第三自洁面1333、第四自洁面1334对应啮合。凭借啮合过程中刀口对相应的自洁面的铲刮作用,能够防止粘稠的物料粘结在齿廓上所造成的卡滞、堵塞以及传输效率降低等问题。
如图5所示,是本发明较佳实施例提供的连续密、捏炼共混改性制备装置中的双螺杆挤出机2的螺杆结构示意图,两根螺杆同向同步转动,与双螺杆挤出机2的料筒(未予图示)以及料筒上的温控设备27协同作用,将入料加工成符合要求的出料。如图所示,所述料筒由入料端至出料端依次包括超精混段腔室21、活化段腔室22、一次脱挥段腔室23、强化段腔室24、二次脱挥段腔室25以及输送段腔室26,其中:
所述超精混段腔室21,具有间隔排列的喘动转子对201与剪切转子对202,所述喘动转子对201具有螺旋形的刃口,以形成螺旋形的输送通道,所述刃口上间隔地设有周向切槽203,所述剪切转子对202具有纵截面呈方形波状的剪切通道,泵送喂料机提供的物料被喘动转子对201驱动沿输送通道前进,同时被所述切槽203剪切破坏,而且物料中破碎产生的气体也由切槽203轴向地被排出,然后物料在剪切转子对202的剪切通道中进行精细剪切破碎;
所述活化段腔室22,上游段具有间隔排列的输送转子对204与所述剪切转子对202,下游段具有捏炼转子对205,所述输送转子对204具有螺旋形的流道,能够使物料在压力作用下向下游方向流动,所述剪切转子对202对已超精混的物料进行弱剪切小面域涡流挤压、大面域弱剪切、高强度的540度环状碾压、挫动破碎粉体团聚物、高效表面活化的同时,对所含气(汽)体的混合料进行压缩,增大混合料的堆积比,保证该段物料内的树脂由固态开始向临界流体转化(此时树脂应呈现出抽丝形态、混合物呈膏状体态);所述捏炼转子对205也具有纵截面呈方形波状的剪切通道;
所述一次脱挥段腔室23,具有所述喘动转子对201,相比现有技术,由于喘动转子对201设计了切槽203,从而克服了常规脱挥元件设计时所不能克服的脱挥区域狭窄的弊端,与常规设计相比,由于对物料熔体的径向连续切割,以及沿轴向呈S形设计的切槽203,使物料熔体表面积展开最大化,提升脱挥能力3倍以上;
所述强化段转子,具有密炼转子对206、剪切转子对202以及捏炼转子对205,所述密炼转子对206中的一个转子的直径沿轴向逐渐增大再缩小,另一个转子的直径沿轴向逐渐缩小再增大,而且两个转子的所有侧隙为均隙,所述强化段转子可对物料进行压延、聚拢、揉捏的动作,使物料颗粒物在碾压破碎时树脂再包覆效能得到提升;
所述二次脱挥段腔室25,与所述一次脱挥段腔室23的结构一致,不再赘述;
所述输送段腔室26,具有建压转子对207,所述建压转子对207具有螺旋形的压力流道,它不同于普通的输送元件设计,其设计要点为提高输送效率、克服和控制两元件啮合区的涡流聚热和漏流对输送效率的负面影响,引用修形技术对建压转子对207的端面修形,从而使建压转子对207啮合时所有侧隙2071其实际啮合工作精度为0.15-0.20mm,保证了其高效输送能力。
如图6、图7、图8所示,是所述熔体泵以及冷却器的结构示意图,其中:
所述熔体泵320为现有结构,在此以一对啮合的齿轮示意,其用来提供熔体向下游流动的动力;在所述熔体泵320与所述双螺杆挤出机2的出料口之间还设有板式换网器310,其具有至少两个网目尺寸的滤网,并由液压驱动,使其中一个所述滤网与所述螺杆末端相对,使螺杆末端中压出的熔体经过滤网过滤以后再往下游流动;所述熔体泵320的出料口连接水冷式输料筒330,经过所述熔体泵320的熔体被压入所述水冷式输料筒330内的变径通道,所述水冷式输料筒330内还设有与所述变径通道不连通但交错的冷却水水道,以构成蜂窝状换热结构,所述冷却水水道中的冷却水再通过管道331与散热器332相接,以形成水冷结构;
所述冷却器是一致风切变粒料冷却分离器,用于将从所述水冷式输料筒330中压出的熔体切粒并冷却为常温粒料,其包括:切粒罩340、切粒机350、涡流型送风机360以及粒料风冷分离器370,其中:
所述切粒罩340的一个侧面可供所述水冷式输料筒330内的变径通道的出口伸入;
所述切粒罩340的另一个侧面可供所述切粒机350的一组旋转刀片351伸入,将从所述变径通道的出口处出来的熔体予以切碎为粒料;
所述涡流型送风机360,其出风口与所述切粒罩340的下口相连通,使切粒罩340中被所述旋转刀片351切碎的粒料马上被所述涡流型送风机360的风力带走,而不会粘结在切粒罩340上;
所述粒料风冷分离器370,具有沿垂向布置的圆筒体372,所述圆筒体372由下至上依直径不同分为轴流部3721、第一扩径部3722、旋流部3723、颈缩部3724、第二扩径部3725与缓冲回流部3726,所述轴流部3721与所述切粒罩340的上口相连通,由所述切粒罩340进入圆筒体372内的上升气流先通过所述轴流部3721,并依圆筒体372的轴线中心线流动,经过所述第一扩径部3722进入旋流部3723之后,由于容积相对变大,上升气流的速度相对变慢,而且,在所述旋流部3723的周侧设有四个沿环形排列的螺旋风机3727,所述螺旋风机3727均沿圆筒体372的切向方向向内向下送出螺旋风,所述上升气流与所述螺旋风交汇混合后,带动粒料与冷风进行充分的热交换而降温,然后以螺旋线形式继续向上,经过所述颈缩部3724与第二扩径部3725之后直至所述缓冲回流部
3726,在所述缓冲回流部3726中,上升气流的力量基本耗尽,经由上部开口进入除尘设备(未予图示),而上升气流中携带的粒料在离心力作用下甩到圆筒体372的内壁处,然后在重力作用下沿着所述圆筒体372的内壁向下滑落,在所述旋流部3723中再次降温后,落入所述轴流部3721,并最终由所述轴流部3721底部一侧的出料口3728所收集。
所述冷却器3采用水冷、风冷相结合的二段式的冷却步骤,能够保护高分散性熔体在微观上的填充颗粒物被树脂包覆的强度,不会因冷却速度(载体再结晶速度)过快导致微观上的局部填充颗粒物树脂微薄的包覆层过快的面域收缩而出现撕裂现象,避免发生过滤和冷却因素而导致后续的流延、吹膜、注塑等相关产品力学性能和表观不佳的现象。
所述冷却器3采用的粒料风冷分离器,是应用空气动力学原理,掌控风切变动力大小,有机的引导高速运行的粒料按指定的方向、路径运行,能够有效规避高速运行时的粒料与结构件的碰撞,并营造粒料与冷却空气的差速环境,提高了冷却效率。
所述冷却器3的粒料风冷分离器采用立式布置,可以节约占地面积,而且冷却用气流能够被完全收集,能够避免有毒气体的扩散,还能够避免车间内温度过高,提高人工劳动效率。
以上说明对本发明而言只是说明性的,而非限制性的,本领域普通技术人员理解,在不脱离权利要求所限定的精神和范围的情况下,可作出许多修改、变化或等效,但都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

1.一种连续密、捏炼共混改性制备装置,其特征在于:包括双螺杆挤出机、给所述双螺杆挤出机上料的喂料机、对所述双螺杆挤出机出料进行加压推进的熔体泵以及对熔体泵出料进行切粒并冷却的冷却器;
在所述熔体泵与所述双螺杆挤出机的出料口之间还设有板式换网器,其具有至少两个网目尺寸的滤网,并由液压驱动,使其中一个所述滤网与所述双螺杆挤出机的出料口相对;所述熔体泵的出料口连接水冷式输料筒,所述水冷式输料筒内设有变径通道,所述水冷式输料筒内还设有与所述变径通道不连通但交错的冷却水水道,以构成蜂窝状换热结构,所述冷却水水道中的冷却水再通过管道与散热器相接,以形成水冷结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连续密、捏炼共混改性制备装置,其特征在于:所述喂料机具有一个锥形的料斗,料斗的中心轴线上布置有一根下行螺旋轴,所述下行螺旋轴的上端与旋转电机动力连接,在所述料斗内还布置有两根平行于料斗侧壁布置的上行螺旋轴,两根所述上行螺旋轴也与所述旋转电机动力连接;在所述料斗底部还设有强制喂料齿轮泵以及位于所述强制喂料齿轮泵下方的出料通道。
3.根据权利要求2所述的连续密、捏炼共混改性制备装置,其特征在于:所述出料通道的出口段具有内径逐渐扩大的逆向屏蔽段。
4.根据权利要求2所述的连续密、捏炼共混改性制备装置,其特征在于:所述强制喂料齿轮泵包括一对相互啮合的自洁齿轮,其中一个自洁齿轮由一个送料电机驱动旋转,是主动齿轮,另一个是被动齿轮,两个自洁齿轮呈镜像对称设计;
每个自洁齿轮具有间隔连接的齿顶与齿槽,在所述齿顶的两端分别设有第一破碎刀口与第二破碎刀口,在所述齿槽的中部设有第三破碎刀口,在所述齿顶的中部设有第四破碎刀口;所述第三破碎刀口与第二破碎刀口之间的部分齿槽为内凹的第一自洁面,所述第三破碎刀口与第一破碎刀口之间的部分齿槽为内凹的第二自洁面,所述第一破碎刀口与第四破碎刀口之间的部分齿顶为内凹的第三自洁面,所述第二破碎刀口与第四破碎刀口之间的部分齿顶为内凹的第四自洁面;
所述主动齿轮的第一破碎刀口、第二破碎刀口、第三破碎刀口、第四破碎刀口能够分别与被动齿轮上的第一自洁面、第二自洁面、第三自洁面、第四自洁面对应啮合;所述被动齿轮上的第一破碎刀口、第二破碎刀口、第三破碎刀口、第四破碎刀口能够分别与所述主动齿轮上的第一自洁面、第二自洁面、第三自洁面、第四自洁面对应啮合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的连续密、捏炼共混改性制备装置,其特征在于:所述冷却器包括:切粒罩、切粒机、涡流型送风机以及粒料风冷分离器,其中:
所述水冷式输料筒内的变径通道的出口从侧面伸入所述切粒罩内;
在所述切粒罩另一侧面可供所述切粒机的一组旋转刀片伸入,所述旋转刀片用来将从所述变径通道的出口处出来的熔体予以切碎为粒料;
所述涡流型送风机,其出风口与切粒罩的下口相连通;
所述粒料风冷分离器与所述切粒罩的上口相连通。
6.根据权利要求5所述的连续密、捏炼共混改性制备装置,其特征在于:所述粒料风冷分离器具有沿垂向布置的圆筒体,所述圆筒体由下至上具有直径依次变大的轴流部、旋流部与缓冲回流部,所述轴流部可供携带着粒料的上升气流由所述切粒罩的上口进入圆筒体内,在所述旋流部的周侧设有数个沿环形排列的螺旋风机,所述螺旋风机均沿圆筒体的切向方向向内向下送出螺旋风,所述缓冲回流部设有出风口,在所述轴流部底部一侧还设有出料口。
7.根据权利要求6所述的连续密、捏炼共混改性制备装置,其特征在于:所述轴流部与旋流部以第一扩径部相接,所述旋流部上方设有颈缩部,所述颈缩部与缓冲回流部以第二扩径部相接。
8.根据权利要求1所述的连续密、捏炼共混改性制备装置,其特征在于:所述双螺杆挤出机的两根螺杆同向同步转动,并与双螺杆挤出机的料筒协同工作,所述料筒由入料端至出料端依次包括超精混段腔室、活化段腔室、一次脱挥段腔室、强化段腔室以及输送段腔室,其中:
所述超精混段腔室,具有间隔排列的喘动转子对与剪切转子对,所述喘动转子对具有螺旋形的刃口,以形成螺旋形的输送通道,所述刃口上间隔地设有周向切槽,所述剪切转子对具有纵截面呈方形波状的剪切通道;
所述活化段腔室,上游段具有间隔排列的输送转子对与所述剪切转子对,下游段具有捏炼转子对,所述输送转子对具有螺旋形的流道,能够使物料在压力作用下向下游方向流动;
所述一次脱挥段腔室,具有所述喘动转子对;
所述强化段转子,具有密炼转子对、所述剪切转子对以及所述捏炼转子对,所述密炼转子对中的一个转子的直径沿轴向逐渐增大再缩小,另一个转子的直径沿轴向逐渐缩小再增大,而且两个转子的所有侧隙为均隙;
所述输送段腔室,具有建压转子对,所述建压转子对具有螺旋形的压力流道,而且所述建压转子对啮合时所有侧隙为均隙。
9.根据权利要求8所述的连续密、捏炼共混改性制备装置,其特征在于:在所述强化段腔室以及输送段腔室之间还具有二次脱挥段腔室,所述二次脱挥段腔室具有所述喘动转子对。
