本发明涉及一种用于加工液压缸缸筒毛坯的装置及其加工工艺,装置包括机台、动力头、数控刀盘、两个V型块,两个V型块平行排列安装在机台的中心位置,数控刀盘连接在机台上位于两个V型块的同一侧,动力头连接在机台上位于两个V型块的前后两端,动力头上安装有动力头锥盘,动力头锥盘上安装有镗刀,加工工艺包括以下步骤:镗液压缸缸筒毛坯的端面;倒液压缸缸筒毛坯的内角;倒液压缸缸筒毛坯端面的外角;以倒好的外角为定位基准在深孔镗床上加工液压缸缸筒的内孔,完成液压缸缸筒毛坯的外圆表面和内孔之间的余量互借的加工。有益效果是:装置结构简单,便于操作,工艺方案简单,利用装置与工艺方案的配合,提高了生产效率,保证了产品质量。

[0002] 目前市场上的国产液压缸缸筒大多是内孔和外圆不同心,利用传统的加工装置和 加工工艺无法保证液压缸缸体的同心度要求,造成在加工国产缸筒时出现较高的废品率, 经济效益低,若采用国外的缸筒,成本又较高。
[0003] 传统的加工液压缸缸筒的工艺为:首先在车床上卡住缸筒的一端,以缸筒的另一 端外圆定位车缸筒另一端的端面,之后调头以缸筒外圆定位,车缸筒一端端面总长余量留 量;然后在划线平台划找正线,在车床上卡住缸筒一端,顶住缸筒的另一端找正倒外角,之 后调头在车床上卡住缸筒的另一端,顶住缸筒的一端找正倒外角。采用这种以缸筒内孔定 位倒外角的传统加工方法会使得加工完内孔之后,缸筒产生较大的壁厚差,使得缸筒不但 不美观同时缸筒内径的圆度偏差较大,质量无法保证。

[0004] 本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于加工液压缸缸筒毛坯的装置及加工 工艺,克服了传统加工液压缸缸筒毛坯易出现液压缸缸筒外圆壁厚差过大、液压缸缸筒毛 坯内径圆度偏差大、废品率高的缺陷。
[0005] 本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种用于加工液压缸缸筒毛坯的装 置,包括机台、两个动力头、两个数控刀盘、两个V型块(所谓的V型块是指一种在机械加工 中用于装夹的工具),所述两个V型块前后平行排列的固定安装在所述机台上表面的中心 位置,所述两个数控刀盘活动连接在所述机台上且均位于所述两个V型块的同一侧,所述 两个动力头活动连接在所述机台上且分别对称的位于所述两个V型块的前后两端,所述两 个动力头上均安装有动力头锥盘,所述动力头锥盘上活动安装有镗刀。
[0006] 一种液压缸缸筒毛坯的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
[0007] 步骤1)将液压缸缸筒毛坯通过两个V型块固定在机台上,以液压缸缸筒毛坯的外 圆表面为定位基准,镗液压缸缸筒毛坯的两端端面;
[0008] 步骤2)利用机台上设置的两个动力头倒液压缸缸筒毛坯的两端端面的内角;
[0009] 步骤3)利用机台上设置的两个数控刀盘倒液压缸缸筒毛坯的两端端面的外角; [0010] 步骤4)以步骤3)中倒好的外角为定位基准在深孔镗床上加工所述液压缸缸筒毛 坯的内孔,完成液压缸缸筒毛坯的外圆表面和内孔之间的余量互借的加工,得到加工完成 的液压缸缸筒。
[0011] 本发明的有益效果是:装置结构简单,便于操作,工艺方案简单,利用装置与工艺 方案的配合,提高了生产效率,保证了产品质量。
[0012] 在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
[0013] 进一步,在所述步骤1)镗液压缸缸筒毛坯的两端端面时,用两个V型块夹紧所述 液压缸缸筒毛坯的外圆表面,以液压缸缸筒毛坯的外圆表面为定位基准用动力头锥盘上的 镗刀镗液压缸缸筒毛坯的两端端面,液压缸缸筒毛坯的两端端面的加工余量均为1〜2_。
[0014] 采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是:通过V型块固定液压缸缸筒毛坯,定位方式 简单,加工工序简单,加工效率高。
[0015] 进一步,在所述步骤2)倒液压缸缸筒毛坯的两端端面的内角时,用两个V型块夹 紧所述液压缸缸筒毛坯的外圆表面,以液压缸缸筒毛坯的外圆表面为定位基准进行加工, 通过动力头上的动力头锥盘顶住液压缸缸筒毛坯两端,用动力头锥盘上的镗刀倒液压缸缸 筒毛坯的两端端面内角的角度为45°,所述内角的两条直角边的边长为2_。
[0016] 采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是:通过以液压缸缸筒毛坯的外圆表面为定位基 准倒液压缸缸筒毛坯两端端面的内角以调整液压缸缸筒毛坯的外圆表面圆心和内孔圆心 的偏心尺寸。
[0017] 进一步,在所述步骤3)倒液压缸缸筒毛坯的两端端面的外角时,通过动力头上的 动力头锥盘顶住液压缸缸筒毛坯两端,以步骤2)中倒完的内角为定位加工基准,用数控刀 盘上安装的刀具倒液压缸缸筒毛坯的两端端面外角,倒液压缸缸筒毛坯的两端端面外角的 角度为45°,所述外角的两条直角边的边长为15mm。
[0018] 采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是:通过以加工之后的液压缸缸筒毛坯的内角为 基准倒液压缸缸筒毛坯的外角,减小了液压缸缸筒毛坯外圆表面圆心与内孔圆心之间的偏 差。

具体实施方式

[0027] 如图1、图2所示,本发明一种用于加工液压缸缸筒毛坯的装置包括机台1、两个动 力头2、两个数控刀盘6、两个V型块4。两个V型块4前后平行排列的固定安装在所述机台 1上表面的中心位置,V型块用来夹紧固定液压缸缸筒毛坯5。两个数控刀盘6活动连接在 机台1上且位于两个V型块4的同一侧,数控刀盘6可以在机台1上移动调整位置,两个数 控刀盘6上均安装有刀具,数控刀盘6上的刀具用来倒液压缸缸筒毛坯5的外角。两个动 力头2活动连接在机台1上且分别对称的位于两个V型块4的前后两端,两个动力头2上 均安装有动力头锥盘3,动力头锥盘3上活动安装有镗刀7,镗刀7用来加工液压缸缸筒毛 坯5两端的端面以及倒液压缸缸筒毛坯5的内角,镗刀7处于收缩状态时,动力头锥盘3可 以顶住液压缸缸筒毛坯5的两端进行固定定位,然后对液压缸缸筒毛坯5进行下一步工序 的加工。
[0028] 本发明一种用于加工液压缸缸筒毛坯的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
[0029] 步骤1)将液压缸缸筒毛坯通过两个V型块4固定在机台1上,以液压缸缸筒毛坯 5的外圆表面为定位基准,镗液压缸缸筒毛坯5的两端端面。该步骤的具体步骤如下:用两 个V型块4夹紧液压缸缸筒毛坯5的外圆表面,以液压缸缸筒毛坯5的外圆表面为加工定 位基准。动力头2带动动力头锥盘3转动,动力头锥盘3上的镗刀7随着动力头锥盘3转 动完成对液压缸缸筒毛坯5两端的端面加工,镗液压缸缸筒毛坯的两端端面时两端端面的 加工余量均为1〜2mm。
[0030] 步骤2)利用机台1上设置的两个动力头2倒液压缸缸筒毛坯的两端端面的内角。 如图3所不,用两个V型块夹紧液压缸缸筒毛述5的外圆表面,以液压缸缸筒毛述的外圆表 面为加工定位基准进行倒角加工。将液压缸缸筒毛坯5用V型块夹紧固定后,动力头2带 动动力头锥盘3转动,动力头锥盘3上的镗刀7也跟着转动,镗刀7便完成倒内角的工序。 用动力头锥盘3上的镗刀7倒液压缸缸筒毛坯两端面内角2X45°,即倒液压缸缸筒毛坯 的两端端面内角的角度为45°,所述内角的两条直角边的边长为2mm。倒的内角小于圆周 的二分之一,倒内角是为了调整液压缸缸筒外圆的圆心与液压缸缸筒内孔的圆心之间的偏 差。
[0031] 步骤3)利用机台1上设置的两个数控刀盘6倒液压缸缸筒毛坯的两端端面的外 角。如图4所示,动力头锥盘3顶住液压缸缸筒毛坯5的两端,并以步骤2)中倒完的内角 为定位基准进行下一步工序的加工。具体步骤如下:动力头2收回动力头锥盘3上的镗刀 7,同时两个V型块4松开,动力头2带动动力头锥盘3轴向进给,动力头锥盘3顶起液压缸 缸筒毛坯5在步骤2)中倒好的内角,动力头锥盘3顶起液压缸缸筒毛坯5并带动液压缸缸 筒毛坯5转动,液压缸缸筒毛坯5转动过程中,数控刀盘6上的刀具通过预先设定好的数控 编程对液压缸缸筒毛坯进行倒外角工序的加工。数控刀盘6上的刀具倒液压缸缸筒毛坯的 两端端面外角15X45°,即倒液压缸缸筒毛坯的两端端面外角的角度为45°,所述外角的 两条直角边的边长为15_。以加工好的内角为基准倒外角是为了调整减小液压缸缸筒毛坯 5外圆圆心和内孔圆心之间的偏差,提商广品加工质量。
[0032] 步骤4)以步骤3)中倒好的外角为定位基准在深孔镗床上加工所述液压缸缸筒毛 坯的内孔,完成液压缸缸筒毛坯的外圆表面和内孔之间的余量互借的加工,得到加工完成 的液压缸缸筒。米用深孔键床加工液压缸缸筒毛述的内孔时,可以米用液压缸缸筒毛述。
[0033] 采用深孔镗床加工工件时根据工件的长短选用两种加工工件艺:短工件采用授 油器授油并液压顶紧;长工件采用镗杆尾部授油,四爪卡盘夹紧。授油器采用主轴式结构 形式,床身导轨采用适宜深孔加工机床的双矩形导轨,承载能力大,导向精度好。适用于机 床制造、机车、船舶、煤机、液压、动力机械、风动机械等行业的镗削、滚压加工,使工件粗糙 度达0. 4-0. 8 μ m。深孔镗床可选择下列几种加工形式:1、工件旋转、刀具旋转且往复进给 运动;2、工件旋转、刀具不旋转只作往复进给运动;3、工件不旋转、刀具旋转且往复进给运 动。
[0034] 在本发明中,利用深孔键床加工液压缸缸筒毛述的内孔时,可以米用液压缸缸筒 毛坯旋转、深孔镗床上的刀具旋转和往复进给的加工方式完成液压缸缸筒毛坯内孔的加 工;或者采用液压缸缸筒毛坯旋转、深孔镗床上的刀具不旋转只往复进给的加工方式完成 液压缸缸筒毛坯内孔的加工;还可以采用液压缸缸筒毛坯不旋转、深孔镗床上的刀具旋转 且往复进给的加工方式完成液压缸缸筒毛坯内孔的加工。
[0035] 如图5所不,在液压缸缸筒毛述加工之前,液压缸缸筒毛述的外圆表面的圆心即 外角的外壁面11的圆心为倒外角前液压缸缸筒毛述外圆的圆心12。液压缸缸筒毛述的内 孔的圆心即倒内角前的内孔壁面8的圆心为倒内角前液压缸缸筒毛坯内孔的圆心13。以液 压缸缸筒毛坯外圆表面为基准定位倒液压缸缸筒毛坯内角之后,液压缸缸筒毛坯内孔壁面 扩展到倒内角后的内孔壁面9上,然后以液压缸缸筒毛坯倒过的内角为定位基准,即以顶 尖实际顶住位置15为基准进行倒液压缸缸筒毛坯的外角,得到外角的内壁面10,外角的内 壁面10的圆心为外角内壁面的圆心14。加工前倒外角前液压缸缸筒毛坯外圆的圆心12与 倒内角前液压缸缸筒毛坯内孔的圆心13之间的偏心尺寸大于加工后外角内壁面的圆心14 与倒内角前液压缸缸筒毛坯内孔的圆心13之间的偏心尺寸,可见加工后偏心尺寸减小了, 然后再以加工完成的外角为加工定位基准加工内孔,实现了液压缸缸筒毛坯外圆与内孔不 同心的毛坯余量互借,减小了加工误差。
[0036] 本发明利用简单的装置和加工工艺,改变了液压缸缸筒毛坯外圆圆心与内孔圆心 之间的偏心尺寸,提高了加工精确度。

Claims (5)
1. 一种用于加工液压缸缸筒毛坯的装置,其特征在于,包括机台、两个动力头、两个数 控刀盘、两个V型块,所述两个V型块前后平行排列的固定安装在所述机台上表面的中心位 置,所述两个数控刀盘活动连接在所述机台上且均位于所述两个V型块的同一侧,所述两 个动力头活动连接在所述机台上且分别对称的位于所述两个V型块的前后两端,所述两个 动力头上均安装有动力头锥盘,所述动力头锥盘上活动安装有镗刀。
2. -种液压缸缸筒毛坯的加工工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤: 步骤1)将液压缸缸筒毛坯通过两个V型块固定在机台上,以液压缸缸筒毛坯的外圆表 面为定位基准,镗液压缸缸筒毛坯的两端端面; 步骤2)利用机台上设置的两个动力头倒液压缸缸筒毛坯的两端端面的内角; 步骤3)利用机台上设置的两个数控刀盘倒液压缸缸筒毛坯的两端端面的外角; 步骤4)以步骤3)中倒好的外角为定位基准在深孔镗床上加工所述液压缸缸筒毛坯的 内孔,完成液压缸缸筒毛坯的外圆表面和内孔之间的余量互借的加工,得到加工完成的液 压缸缸筒。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种液压缸缸筒毛坯的加工工艺,其特征在于,在所述步骤 1) 镗液压缸缸筒毛坯的两端端面时,用两个V型块夹紧所述液压缸缸筒毛坯的外圆表面, 以液压缸缸筒毛坯的外圆表面为定位基准用动力头锥盘上的镗刀镗液压缸缸筒毛坯的两 端端面,液压缸缸筒毛坯的两端端面的加工余量均为1〜2_。
4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种液压缸缸筒毛坯的加工工艺,其特征在于,在所述步骤 2) 倒液压缸缸筒毛坯的两端端面的内角时,用两个V型块夹紧所述液压缸缸筒毛坯的外圆 表面,以液压缸缸筒毛坯的外圆表面为定位基准进行加工,通过动力头上的动力头锥盘顶 住液压缸缸筒毛坯两端,用动力头锥盘上的镗刀倒液压缸缸筒毛坯的两端端面内角的角度 为45°,所述内角的两条直角边的边长为2mm。
5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种液压缸缸筒毛坯的加工工艺,其特征在于,在所述步骤 3) 倒液压缸缸筒毛坯的两端端面的外角时,通过动力头上的动力头锥盘顶住液压缸缸筒毛 坯两端,以步骤2)中倒完的内角为定位加工基准,用数控刀盘上安装的刀具倒液压缸缸筒 毛坯的两端端面外角,倒液压缸缸筒毛坯的两端端面外角的角度为45°,所述外角的两条 直角边的边长为15mm。
