Abstract

多工位垂直旋转组合机床,主轴孔(8)和主轴孔二(13)之间装有主轴(10),主轴(10)的一头装有由伺服电机带动的伺服高精度齿盘分割器(11),主轴(10)的中间装有方形夹具体(12),方形夹具体(12)四面的每个面上各装有一个夹具(14);机架(7)左面主轴孔(8)的上边开有孔六(6),主轴孔(8)的左边开有孔三(3);机架(7)顶端中间开有孔五(5),机架(7)后面中间开有孔二(2);机架(7)右面主轴孔二(13)的上边开有孔四(4),主轴孔二(13)的下面开有孔一(1),上述六个孔的每个孔内各装有由动力头带动的攻丝或镗铣成型刀具。本发明创造能根据需要对同一工件进行六个工位滚动连续加工。

多工位垂直旋转组合机床
技术领域
本发明创造涉及一种机床,具体涉及加工阀门类、管接头类零件的多工位垂直旋转组合机床。
背景技术
各种阀门、管接头等零件一般都需要多个方向、多道工序的加工。这类零件在普通机床上的加工需要多次装夹,不断更换切削方向和刀具,加工繁琐,生产效率低,加工精度不高,已经满足不了发展的需要。如普通机床对工件三个方向的端面和螺纹进行加工,传统的工艺是夹住工件一端,对工件的另一端进行镗孔、车端面、攻螺纹等工序;然后调头加工另一端;再利用夹具加工垂直的一端。显而易见,传统加工工艺的效率低,加工精度不高,而且夹具设计与制造困难,特别是当工件三方向不垂直时,夹具的制造就更难了。为此,我在2009年发明了移动式多工位加工机床(2009201917046),但是还不够完善。
发明内容
本发明创造要解决的技术问题是提供一种在一次装夹中就能装四件工件并依次序多个方向、多道工序的加工,能大大提高了加工效率、精度的多工位垂直旋转组合机床。
为实现上述目的,本发明创造的技术方案为:多工位垂直旋转组合机床,其特征是:包括带有顶面和四个侧面的机架,机架左面中间开有主轴孔,机架右面中间开有主轴孔二,主轴孔和主轴孔二之间装有主轴,主轴的一头装有由伺服电机带动的伺服高精度齿盘分割器,主轴的中间装有方形夹具体,齿盘分割器装在机架的外面,方形夹具体装在机架的里面,方形夹具体四面的每个面上各装有一个夹具;机架左面主轴孔的上边开有孔六,主轴孔的左边开有孔三;机架顶端中间开有孔五,机架后面中间开有孔二;机架右面主轴孔二的上边开有孔四,主轴孔二的下面开有孔一,上述六个孔的每个孔内各装有由动力头带动的攻丝或镗铣成型刀具,加工时攻丝或镗铣成型刀具正好位于工件的加工位,如孔六、孔五、孔四上的攻丝或镗铣成型刀具可以对方形夹具体上面的夹具上工件进行加工,孔三、孔二上的攻丝或镗铣成型刀具可以对方形夹具体后面的夹具上工件进行加工,孔一上的攻丝或镗铣成型刀具可以对方形夹具体下面的夹具上工件进行加工,也可以说,如果以主视图看到方向为0度,按逆时针方向旋转,则0度位,工件装夹;在90度位可加工一个工位,在180度位可加工二个工位,在270度位可加工三个工位,加工完毕,又开始新的工件装夹,周而复始。六个孔内安装的六个攻丝或镗铣成型刀具能根据需要对同一工件进行六个工位滚动连续加工。这样可以对工件加工不同的角度,便有了更好的适应性。
本发明创造在一次装夹中就能装四件工件并依次序多个方向、多道工序滚动加工,大大提高了零件加工效率和精度。

下面结合实施例对本发明创造作进一步的说明,下述各实施例仅用于说明本发明创造,但对本发明创造没有限制。
多工位垂直旋转组合机床,其特征是:包括带有顶面和四个侧面的机架7,机架7左面中间开有主轴孔8,机架7右面中间开有主轴孔二13,主轴孔8和主轴孔二13之间装有主轴10,主轴10的一头装有由伺服电机带动的伺服高精度齿盘分割器11,主轴10的中间装有方形夹具体12,齿盘分割器11装在机架7的外面,方形夹具体12装在机架7的里面,方形夹具体12四面的每个面上各装有一个夹具14;机架7左面主轴孔8的上边开有孔六6,主轴孔8的左边开有孔三3;机架7顶端中间开有孔五5,机架7后面中间开有孔二2;机架7右面主轴孔二13的上边开有孔四4,主轴孔二13的下面开有孔一1,上述六个孔的每个孔内各装有由动力头带动的攻丝或镗铣成型刀具,加工时攻丝或镗铣成型刀具正好位于工件的加工位,如孔六6、孔五5、孔四4上的攻丝或镗铣成型刀具可以对方形夹具体12上面的夹具14上工件进行加工,孔三3、孔二2上的攻丝或镗铣成型刀具可以对方形夹具体12后面的夹具14上工件进行加工,孔一1上的攻丝或镗铣成型刀具可以对方形夹具体12下面的夹具14上工件进行加工,也可以说,如果以主视图看到方向为0度,按逆时针方向旋转,则0度位,工件装夹;在90度位可加工一个工位,在180度位可加工二个工位,在270度位可加工三个工位,加工完毕,又开始新的工件装夹,周而复始。六个孔内安装的六个攻丝或镗铣成型刀具能根据需要对同一工件进行六个工位滚动连续加工。
