技术领域
本发明涉及一种部件接合方法及部件接合构造,特别涉及一种利用电阻点焊方法的部件接合方法及部件接合构造。
背景技术
在汽车的车体焊接生产线等中使用的接合方法或接合构造中,为了确保稳定的电阻点焊质量,通常采用3片以内的板组焊接构造(参照专利文献1)。由此,在采用大于或等于4片的板组焊接构造的情况下,需要花费例如将规定的接合部分切开而确保3片板组焊接构造的时间。
另一方面,由于在部件接合构造中,大多为对材质不同的金属进行焊接的情况,存在会在不同的材质间生成金属间化合物的情况,因此很难得到具有足够强度的部件接合方法或部件接合构造。由此,在部件接合构造中,事实上依赖于铆接等的机械紧固。

但是,在现有的接合构造及接合方法中,在具有将规定的接合部分切开的切口部的情况下,由于冲击等而受到外力时,容易产生以该切口部为原点的变形等缺陷。由此,为了改善缺陷,不可避免地要变更材料的板厚及材质。
另一方面,在作为接合方法之一的铆接方法中,由于需要专用装置及作为消耗材料的铆钉,因此,会产生制造生产线上及成本上的新问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种部件接合方法及部件接合构造,其可容易地进行大于或等于3片的板组焊接。
本发明的一个实施方式涉及的部件接合方法,具有下述工序:在一片或重合的至少两片中间部件上形成孔部;在前述孔部内埋入由金属构成的嵌入部件;在前述中间部件的外表面,隔着前述中间部件而配置由金属构成的表皮部件;以及将前述表皮部件与前述嵌入部件接合。
优选前述嵌入部件由前述表皮部件的边角料构成。
本发明的其他方式涉及的部件接合构造具有:一片或重合的至少二片中间部件;由金属构成的表皮部件,其隔着前述中间部件而配置在前述中间部件的外表面;孔部,其在前述中间部件上形成;以及由金属构成的嵌入部件,其埋入前述孔部内,前述表皮部件与前述嵌入部件接合。
优选前述嵌入部件由前述表皮部件的边角料构成。
发明的效果
根据本发明,可以提供一种部件接合方法及部件接合构造,其可容易地进行大于或等于3片的板组焊接。

具体实施方式
下面,基于附图对本发明的实施方式进行详细说明。
如图1所示,汽车的侧部车体构造具有:下边梁1,其为在车体的侧边部沿前后方向延伸的表皮部件;铰链柱2,其从下边梁1的前端部向上方延伸;以及中柱3,其从下边梁1的中央部向上方延伸。在下边梁1、铰链柱2及中柱3内,分别设置作为中间部件的下边梁加强件5(参照图2)、铰链柱加强件(省略图示)及中柱加强件(省略图示)。
如图2所示,作为表皮部件的下边梁1,由下边梁内板1a和下边梁外板1b构成。另外,作为设置在下边梁1内的中间部件的下边梁加强件5,由内侧加强件5a和外侧加强件5b构成。
在该情况下,为了实现车体构造的强度提高及轻量化,下边梁内板1a及下边梁外板1b由钢板形成,与之相对,内侧加强件5a及外侧加强件5b由铝合金或碳纤维强化复合材料等轻量、高强度材料形成。
并且,在本实施方式中,由于不是利用铆接等机械紧固,而是利用电阻点焊方法进行4片部件即下边梁内板1a、下边梁外板1b、内侧加强件5a及外侧加强件5b的接合,因此采用如下述的部件接合构造。
也就是说,作为该部件接合构造,如图3所示,在作为由重合的至少两片金属(例如铝合金)或非金属(例如碳纤维强化复合材料)构成的中间部件的内侧加强件5a及外侧加强件5b上,设置作为圆形孔或开口部的孔部10,在该孔部10内,埋入圆板状或硬币状的嵌入部件11,该嵌入部件11由与作为表皮部件的下边梁1相同的金属(例如钢材)构成。
在该情况下,嵌入部件11的厚度,优选基本上为将下边梁加强件5的内侧加强件5a的厚度与外侧加强件5b的厚度相加后得到的尺寸。但是,嵌入部件11的厚度,也可以设定得与将下边梁加强件5的内侧加强件5a的厚度与外侧加强件5b的厚度相加后得到的尺寸相比稍厚,图5(a)所示,通过利用铁锤13对从内侧加强件5a及外侧加强件5b的外表面凸出的嵌入部件11的凸出部件如进行敲打,使凸出部分消失。
仅通过简单地将嵌入部件11嵌入圆形孔部10内,有时会担心嵌入部件11从孔部10中掉落。优选使嵌入部件11的外径比孔部10的内径稍大,如图5(a)所示,将内侧加强件5a及外侧加强件5b以重叠的状态放置在铁砧12上,以跨过这些内侧加强件5a及外侧加强件5b的各自的圆形孔部10、10的方式,利用铁锤13将一片嵌入部件11砸入其中,对嵌入部件11施加塑性变形力,利用压缩应力使嵌入部件11嵌合保持在孔部10内(参照图5(b))。
并且,如图5(c)所示,使由金属例如钢板构成的下边梁内板1a及下边梁外板1b,隔着作为中间部件的内侧加强件5a及外侧加强件5b,与内侧加强件5a及外侧加强件5b的外表面抵接,如图5(c)所示,将它们配置在电阻点焊装置14的相对的电极14a、14b之间,将下边梁内板1a及下边梁外板1b的外表面夹入电极14a、14b之间,在电极14a、14b之间施加电压,进行电阻点焊。
在该情况下,设定为使嵌入部件11的中心位于电阻点焊装置14的电极14a、14b之间的中心线上,利用电极14a、14b夹持下边梁内板1a及下边梁外板1b的外表面,在电极14a、14b之间施加高电压而进行电阻点焊。电阻点焊是为了将下边梁内板1a及下边梁外板1b与嵌入部件11接合而进行的。
由此,如图3所示,由于下边梁内板1a及下边梁外板1b利用焊接部15与嵌入部件11一体地固着,因此可以提供一种部件接合构造,其可容易地进行包含不具有切口部的部件在内的大于或等于3片(在实施例中为4片)的板组焊接。
在该情况下,嵌入部件11由下边梁1的边角料构成。这样,由于可以使用下边梁1的边角料作为嵌入部件11,因此可以有效地利用下边梁1的边角料,从而可以实现成本的降低。
下面,对部件接合方法进行说明。作为该部件接合方法,首先,在作为中间部件5的内侧加强件5a及外侧加强件5b上形成圆形孔部10,该中间部件5由一片或重合的至少两片金属或者非金属构成(第1工序)。
在该第1工序之后,如图5(a)至(b)所示,利用铁锤13将由金属构成的圆形嵌入部件11敲击而埋入圆形孔部10内(第2工序)。
在该第2工序之后,将由金属构成的作为表皮部件的下边梁内板1a及下边梁外板1b,隔着中间部件5而配置在内侧加强件5a及外侧加强件5b的外表面(第3工序)。
在该第3工序之后,利用电阻点焊将作为表皮部件的下边梁内板1a及下边梁外板1b与嵌入部件11接合(第4工序)。
这样,根据由第1工序至第4工序构成的部件接合方法,可以容易地进行包含不具有切口部的部件在内的大于或等于3片(在图示例子中为4片)的板组焊接。因此,与铆接方法不同,无需专用装置及作为消耗材料的铆钉,由于可以使用现有的焊接装置,因此无需进行生产线的变更,可以利用现有的生产线,从而可以实现设备成本的降低。
此外,本发明并不限定于前述实施方式,在本发明的范围内可进行各种设计变更。例如,在图3的实施方式中,下边梁加强件5由两片中间部件5a、5b构成,但也可以由3片中间部件构成,或者如图4所示,也可以成为4片中间部件,片数并不限定。另外,孔部10在实施方式中为圆形,但并不限定于圆形,例如也可以为椭圆形、三角形、四边形、多边形等。
图4的实施方式中的作为表皮部件的下边梁1,在下边梁内板1a和下边梁外板1b上分别层叠内侧加强件5a及外侧加强件5b,并且下边梁内板1a和下边梁外板1b向相反的方向(左方和右方)延伸。此外,在图4中,与图3相同的部分标注相同的参照标号,省略说明。
图6是表示部件接合构造的其他例子的要部放大剖面图。如图6所示,作为表皮部件的下边梁1并不一定为两片,也可以形成为,通过将一片下边梁1弯折为剖面为U字状或剖面为コ字状,从而具有相对的下边梁内板1a及下边梁外板1b。
作为将表皮部件和嵌入部件接合的方法,优选电阻点焊,但并不限定于电阻点焊,也可以采用其他接合方法,例如激光焊接或振动摩擦焊接等。
在前述实施方式中,作为中间部件5的内侧加强件5a及外侧加强件5b,由铝合金或碳纤维强化复合材料等轻量、高强度材料形成,但作为中间部件5的内侧加强件5a及外侧加强件5b,也可以由与下边梁内板1a及下边梁外板1b相同的钢板构成。在该情况下,优选在内侧加强件5a及外侧加强件5b上形成孔部10并埋入由钢板构成的嵌入部件11。也就是说,在利用配置在两个外侧的点焊机14的电极14a、14b夹持多层钢板而进行点焊的情况下,存在中间部的钢板的点焊不充分的情况,但通过如上所示填充嵌入部件11,可以消除未焊接部的产生,从而可以实现焊接接合部的可靠性的提高。
Claims (4)
1.一种部件接合方法,其具有下述工序:
在一片或重合的至少两片中间部件上形成孔部;
在前述孔部内埋入由金属构成的嵌入部件;
在前述中间部件的外表面,隔着前述中间部件而配置由金属构成的表皮部件;以及
将前述表皮部件与前述嵌入部件接合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的部件接合方法,
前述嵌入部件由前述表皮部件的边角料构成。
3.一种部件接合构造,其具有:
一片或重合的至少二片中间部件;
由金属构成的表皮部件,其隔着前述中间部件而配置在前述中间部件的外表面;
孔部,其在前述中间部件上形成;以及
由金属构成的嵌入部件,其埋入前述孔部内,
前述表皮部件与前述嵌入部件接合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的部件接合构造,
前述嵌入部件由前述表皮部件的边角料构成。
