Abstract

本发明属于发光材料领域,其公开了含金属纳米粒子的硅酸盐发光材料及其制备方法;该含金属纳米粒子的硅酸盐发光材料具有化学式:MLn1-xSiO4:xRE,yA;其中,M为Li、Na及K元素中的一种或两种;Ln为Y、Sc、La及Lu元素中的一种或两种;A为金属纳米粒子,A选自Ag、Au、Pt、Pd或Cu;RE为Eu、Gd、Tb、Tm、Sm、Ce及Dy离子中的一种或两种;x的取值为0<x≤0.1;y的取值为0<y≤0.005。本发明提供的含金属纳米粒子的硅酸盐发光材料,在电子束激发下,具有较高的发光效率,可以较好地应用于场发射光源器件中。
