本发明公开了一种西洋参南瓜营养饮料的制备工艺,属于食品饮料领域,它是由下述重量份的原料组成:西洋参15kg,南瓜果肉150kg,低聚异麦芽糖35kg,白砂糖8kg,柠檬酸1.7kg,枸杞汤16kg,复合螯合剂600g,然后经一定的工序最终获得产品。该发明的有益之处在于:提供了一种西洋参南瓜营养饮料的制备工艺,该饮料对人体具有提高机体免疫力,常饮可以防止胃炎、胃溃疡等疾患发生,也是一种含多种人体所需营养成分的保健饮料。

本发明涉及一种食品饮料领域,具体涉及一种西洋参南瓜营养饮料的制备工艺。
背景技术
饮料是指以水为基本原料,由不同的配方和制造工艺生产出来,供人们直接饮用的液体食品。饮料除提供水分外,由于在不同品种的饮料中含有不等量的糖、酸、乳、钠、脂肪、能量以及各种氨基酸、维生素、无机盐等营养成分,饮料一般可分为含酒精饮料和无酒精饮料,无酒精饮料又称软饮料。虽然现有市场上的饮料种类繁多,但还缺乏一种对人体具有提高机体免疫力,常饮可以防止胃炎、胃溃疡等疾患发生,且含多种人体所需营养成分的西洋参南瓜营养饮料。
发明内容
为了克服背景技术的缺点与不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种西洋参南瓜营养饮料的制备工艺,解决目前市场上还缺乏一种西洋参南瓜营养饮料的制备工艺的问题。
一种西洋参南瓜营养饮料的制备工艺,其包括以下步骤:
称取以下原料:西洋参15kg,南瓜果肉150kg,低聚异麦芽糖35kg,白砂糖8kg,柠檬酸1.7kg,枸杞汤16kg,复合螯合剂600g;
(1)制南瓜浆:将南瓜果肉清洗干净,再用切片机将南瓜果肉切成6-9mm厚、长5-7cm的片状,放入夹层锅煮5-7min即可软化,然后将软化后的南瓜片通过胶体磨,磨成细浆;
(2)制西洋参浆:将西洋参清洗干净,用刀切碎,再将西洋参碎片放入夹层锅内煮12min即可软化,然后将软化后的西洋参碎片通过胶体磨磨成细浆;
(3)调配:将步骤(1)得到的南瓜浆和步骤(2)得到的西洋参浆混合送入冷热缸中,再将低聚异麦芽糖、白砂糖、柠檬酸、枸杞汤和复合螯合剂先溶化再一起倒入冷热缸中,充分搅拌均匀;
(4)杀菌、均质:将步骤(3)得到的混合原料升温到85-95℃进行杀菌处理,时间为12min,然后将料液降温到70℃进行均质,均质压力为42Mpa;
(5)灌装、密封:将步骤(4)杀菌、均质后的料液灌装并密封;
(6)杀菌、冷却:将步骤(5)灌装的饮料用100℃蒸汽杀菌12-16min,然后立即经冷水冷却至室温,进行检验入库。
所述西洋参作为补气的保健首选药材,可以促进血清蛋白合成、骨髓蛋白合成、器官蛋白合成等,提高机体免疫力,抑制癌细胞生长,有效抵抗癌症。
所述南瓜含有丰富的胡萝卜素和维生素C,可以健脾,预防胃炎,防治夜盲症,护肝,使皮肤变得细嫩,并有中和致癌物质的作用。黄色果蔬还富含两种维生素A和D;维生素A能保护胃肠黏膜,防止胃炎、胃溃疡等疾患发生。
本发明的有益效果为:提供了一种西洋参南瓜营养饮料的制备工艺,该饮料对人体具有提高机体免疫力,常饮可以防止胃炎、胃溃疡等疾患发生,也是一种含多种人体所需营养成分的保健饮料。

Claims (1)
1.一种西洋参南瓜营养饮料的制备工艺,其特征在于以下步骤:
称取以下原料:西洋参15kg,南瓜果肉150kg,低聚异麦芽糖35kg,白砂糖8kg,柠檬酸1.7kg,枸杞汤16kg,复合螯合剂600g;
(1)制南瓜浆:将南瓜果肉清洗干净,再用切片机将南瓜果肉切成6-9mm厚、长5-7cm的片状,放入夹层锅煮5-7min即可软化,然后将软化后的南瓜片通过胶体磨,磨成细浆;
(2)制西洋参浆:将西洋参清洗干净,用刀切碎,再将西洋参碎片放入夹层锅内煮12min即可软化,然后将软化后的西洋参碎片通过胶体磨磨成细浆;
