Abstract

一种凸焊机电极,所述的电极具有一个零件进入孔和设置在所述零件进入孔的最底部区域的磁铁,以吸引要焊接的零件,以及一个伸入零件进入孔的入口部分的磁性材料的隔热元件,其特征在于所述的隔热元件是柱形的并与零件进入孔的最底部与一个冷却孔相邻的磁铁连接。

Description

凸焊机的电极
本发明涉及一种带有零件进入孔的凸焊机电极,在零件进入孔的最底部区域设置有磁铁用于吸引要焊接的零件。
这种类型的电极可参见JP-A-1299482,及JP-A-2235584。前者是在电极的导孔最内部安装磁铁,磁铁促使杆状零件进入导孔。而后者是当磁铁在电极内有些上下移动时,在它们之间设置导柱,通过导柱来传导对杆状零件的磁力。JP-A-1266974也公开了一种类似的电极,其中在磁铁顶端设置了隔片来起到隔热的功能。
显而易见,在JP-A-1299482中要在导孔内部设置磁铁,由于没有散发磁铁所传递的热量的结构,若磁铁过热就会产生磁力下降的问题。JP-A-2235584虽缓和了导柱向磁铁的传热,然而磁铁本身的散热仍有与上述同样的问题。而JP-A-1266974中的隔片太薄隔热效果很差。
本发明的目的就是为了提供一种可缓解向磁铁传热及可将传到磁铁的热量有效排除的电极。
本发明的电极的结构是:一种凸焊机电极,所述电极具有一个零件进入孔和设置在所述零件进入孔的最底部区域的磁铁,以吸引要焊接的零件,以及一个伸入零件进入孔的入口部分的磁性材料的隔热元件,其特征在于所述隔热元件是柱形的并与零件进入孔的最底部与一个冷却孔相邻的磁铁连接。

图4是整体的侧面图,固定电极1上放置着钢板零件2,两者间留出的进入孔3和通孔4如图4所示合在一起。双点划线表示零件的供给手段,由符号5表示,例如能够用导轨或往复式供给杆等来实现。本实施例中所传递的零件6采用了凸螺栓,它由轴部7及与之成一体的凸缘8以及焊接用的突起9构成(参见图1)。符号10是与固定电极1相配对的可移动电极。
下面就图1的实施例进行说明。电极1包括固定部分11、外壳12,它们通过螺纹部分13拧为一体,外壳12上开有一个进入孔14,外壳内部压入由合成树脂制成的绝缘筒15,沿绝缘筒15向下延伸的下端安装有磁铁(永磁铁)16。在图1的情况下磁铁16被包在铁制容器17内,其上焊接有非磁性物质,如不锈钢片制成的盖板18。绝缘筒15内部安装的隔热片19是由铁制成的磁性体,其下方焊接着盖板18,隔热片19伸向进入孔的入口方向。固定部分11中通过冷却孔导入冷却水,磁铁16尽可能向冷却孔20的上部21靠近,而且由于容器17是铁制的,因而设置有绝缘用的空隙22。
下面就图1的实施例的工作情况进行说明。焊接用的突起9在熔化之前如图所示,在轴7的下部与隔热片19的上部之间存在着微小的间隙,由于磁力经隔热片19作用于轴7,轴7伸入进入孔14时受到吸引力,因而可平稳地进入。若突起9熔化、凸缘8聚集于钢板零件2上,则由于前面所述的间隙非常小,刚好使二者接触上。这时,由轴7传向磁铁16的热量被隔热片19缓和,同时经过冷却孔20的上部21冷却。另外,如该实施例所示,隔热片19本身被包含在绝缘筒15内,因而能够防止其外部过热。
在图2的实施例中,磁铁16被放置在由合成树脂材料制造的容器23中,隔热片19由连接材料24固定在磁铁16的上表面上。
在图3的实施例中,磁铁16直接伸向固定部分11的内部,磁铁16的上表面上安装着与图2相同的隔热片19,在隔热片19的上端接合有绝缘帽25。
由于本发明通过隔热片缓和了焊接时的热传递,而后磁铁传出的热又直接被冷却孔主动吸收,因此不会出现磁铁过热状态,从而保证了磁铁的正常性能,消除了现有技术中所述的问题。

Claims (1)

1.一种凸焊机电极,所述的电极具有一个零件进入孔和设置在所述零件进入孔的最底部区域的磁铁,以吸引要焊接的零件,以及一个伸入零件进入孔的入口部分的磁性材料的隔热元件,其特征在于所述的隔热元件是柱形的并与零件进入孔的最底部与一个冷却孔相邻的磁铁连接。
