背景技术
目前,制备钻石微粉蓝宝石抛光液的方法会产生由于蓝宝石表面硬度高而抛不动的问题,从而导致其光洁度不好,容易产生沉淀。
发明内容
本发明的目的:本发明提供一种钻石微粉蓝宝石抛光液的制备方法,本发明具有良好的切削量,可以使抛光表面具有良好的光洁度,安全性高,悬浮性好。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种钻石微粉蓝宝石抛光液的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)挑选原料:原料采用半成品的多晶的金刚石微粉,中心粒度稳定在3μm;
(2)固含量:取一定量的水放入搅拌机搅拌,加入已挑选的金刚石微粉原料,固含量要求5%;
(3)调节pH:加入少量的硅酸钠调节pH,使pH值达到9-10,搅拌1小时;
(4)改善悬浮性:加入0.05%dispal,搅拌1小时。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明具有良好的切削量,可以使抛光表面具有良好的光洁度,安全性高,悬浮性好。
