技术领域：
    本发明涉及汽车轮毂的生产，特别是一种汽车轮毂压装螺栓用辅助装置。
背景技术：
    轮毂总成是汽车上的重要零件，使用量大，其与轮辋连接的轮毂螺栓是通过螺栓上的滚花段与轮毂上对应孔过盈配合压装在一起的，现在的生产工序中，一般厂家是利用简易辅助装置将轮毂螺栓插入轮毂对应孔中，凭目测感觉将其放正，然后利用压力机将螺栓压装到轮毂上。由于手工放置螺栓不可能保证螺栓轴线与孔轴线重合，因此压装后螺栓极易歪斜，位置度很差，严重影响其与轮辋的装配质量。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是设计一种结构合理，使用效果好的汽车轮毂压装螺栓用辅助装置。
本发明的技术方案是，一种汽车轮毂压装螺栓用辅助装置，它包括底座，弹簧，其特征在于：底板与底座固定连接，在底座的轮毂对应孔内设有弹簧，弹簧的下部固定在底板上，在弹簧的上部设有导向套，在导向套的外部套装有衬套，衬套与底座固定连接。
本发明结构合理，使用效果好，能够提高汽车轮毂的产品质量，降低了产品的加工成本。

具体实施方式：
结合附图详细描述实施例，一种汽车轮毂压装螺栓用辅助装置，它包括底座5，弹簧2，底板1与底座通过螺栓7固定连接，在底座的轮毂对应孔内设有弹簧，弹簧的下部固定在底板上，在弹簧的上部设有导向套3，在导向套的外部套装有衬套4，衬套与底座固定连接。本发明用中心销6定位轮毂总成轴承孔， 并通过底座上均布的浮动导向套对轮毂螺栓进行限位，导向套的尺寸同轮毂总成螺栓使用同样的尺寸，这样能保证压装到位后的螺栓位置度满足产品要求。导向套采用浮动式优点是保证压装导向过程中导向套能与轮毂螺栓一起向下运动，不损伤螺栓，而且便于压装后取下工件。
本发明结构合理，使用效果好，能够提高汽车轮毂的产品质量，降低了产品的加工成本。

1.一种汽车轮毂压装螺栓用辅助装置，它包括底座，弹簧，其特征在于：底板与底座固定连接，在底座的轮毂对应孔内设有弹簧，弹簧的下部固定在底板上，在弹簧的上部设有导向套，在导向套的外部套装有衬套，衬套与底座固定连接。
