Description

特别适用于原油管道的、用于快速、密封地连接导管的快速接头
本发明涉及到一种接头,这种接头在不必使两根导管作转动运动的情况下,通过用一可旋拧的套管实现两种压接合的金属密封,从而能够方便、有效且廉价地将上述两根导管迅速、密封地彼此连接在一起。
众所周知,在油田中,特别是在对油井的操作过程中,要使开采品导管在井口处与该导管的吊钩相连接。就单个的完井而言,只要将单根导管拧到导管吊钩上就能做到上述连接,而就多个完井而言,即在有两根或两根以上导管要连接的情况下,除使用昂贵且复杂的转接匹配器式导管吊钩以外,任何一种方法都不可能做到上述连接。
为了避免上述缺陷,业已研制出了能在不必使所述导管作转动运动的情况下将该导管与所说的导管吊钩相连接的接头。
这种从先有技术中已知的接头基本上包括:一凹形中空体,此中空体与一导管部分相对接;一凸形中空体,此中空体与上述凹形中空体相配合并连接在所说的导管吊钩上;一第一套管,此套管旋拧在上述凸形中空体上,以使得设置在两中空体之间的上述弹性部件的密封起作用;以及一第二套管,此套管旋拧在上述凹形中空体上,以确保机械上的连续性。
遗憾的是,这种类型的接头除具有一定的机械复杂性以外,还要使用两个套管,而且,由于具有弹性部件,该接头特别是在油田中常遇到的恶劣工作条件下不能长期保证上述密封的有效性。
为了做到更好的密封,在某些从先有技术中已知的接头中采用了一种垫圈,这种垫圈由一低弹性金属环构成,但是,这种方法仍不能提供有关领域所需要的足够高的可靠性。
确切地说,本发明的目的在于避免上述缺陷并提供一种接头,这种接头除能使导管快速连接以外,还能确保在极度恶劣的工作条件下,即在不同的高压及高温条件下,获得有效且可靠的密封。
通过用一个单一的套管在接头的凸形中空体与凹形中空体之间实现双重金属压密封能基本上达到上述目的。事实上,在这种方法中,除不再需要诸如垫圈之类辅助的部件以外,由于所述的密封是用构成接头的上述金属凸形体与金属凹形体来实现的,所以从结构的观点来看,所述的金属压密封必然是较为简单的,同时该金属压密封还会在有极高的内部压力的情况下保证形成密封,而所述的双重密封则会在有较高的外部压力的情况下保护该密封。
概括地说,上述用于快速、密封地连接导管的接头包括:一凹形中空体,此中空体对接在一根导体管上;一凸形中空体,此中空体与另一根导管相对接并与上述凹形相配合;以及一套管,此管从外都向下旋拧在上述凹形体上;依照本发明,所说接头的特征在于:凸形中空体上设置有一与之成整体的向外突出的突肩。此突肩的一侧与上述套管相配合,另一侧与凹形中空体的端部相配合;一具有递减断面的内部锥形凸缘从凹形中空体延伸出来,此凸缘与设置在凸形中空体上位于所述突肩附近的相应外部反向锥形凸缘作压接合;一具有递减断面的第二锥形凸缘从凸形中空体的端部延伸出来,此第二锥形凸缘与设置在凹形体内部位于用于凸形体的内部台肩附近处的相应反向锥形凸缘作压接合。
事实上,在这种方法中,分别设置在上述接头之金属凸形体与凹形体上的锥形凸缘/反向锥形凸缘共同实现了两种金属压密封,也即:凸形体端部处的基本密封,它基本上实现了所说的内部密封;以及凹形体端部处的辅助密封,它基本上实现了所说的外部密封;上述两种金属压密封是由所述被向下旋拧直至靠到上述突肩上的套管来启动的,此套管还担负着使所述接头的两个金属体在机械上相互合成一体的任务。
因此,依照本发明的一个最佳实施例,所说的锥形凸缘相应的反向锥形凸缘均具有截头锥体的形状。
其次,依照本发明的另一个最佳实施例,所说的锥形凸缘带有一个球面凸出部并被设计成能与相应的截头锥形反向锥形凸缘作压接合。
最后,依照本发明的再一个最佳实施例,包括在突出的外部突肩与其端部之间的上述接头之凸形中空体的端接部分对应于该接头之凹形体的端接部分朝向上述台肩的端部逐渐变细。
这样,能很容易地使凸形体滑进并对准凹形体。
以下,将参照附图更详细地说明本发明,由于在不脱离本发明范围的情况下可以给出技术或结构上的变体,所以附图仅以示意性、非限制性以及意向性的方式说明了所提供的最佳实施例,在附图中:
图1是显示依照本发明之用于快速、密封地连接导管的接头的纵剖图;
图2是以放大的比例显示图1之接头细节的纵剖图;
图3是以放大的比例显示图1之接头其它细节的纵剖图。
参照附图,标号1表示所述接头的凸形中空体,在该凸形中空体的端接部分1′设置有螺纹2,此螺纹能使得该凸形体固定到两根所要彼此连接的导管或部件中的一个上,该导管或部件在图中未作显示,而包括在凸形体的端部1_与一和凸形体1成整体的向外突出的突肩3之间的凸形体端接部分1″则朝向端部1_逐渐变细,以利于凸形体1滑进并对准上述接头之凹形体4的端接部分4″,凹形中空体的端接部分4″以一种互补的方式逐渐变细;凹形体4的端接部分4′也设置有螺纹5,此螺纹能使得凹形体固定到上述所要连接的导管或管状部件中的另一个上,同时,端接部分4″上设置有一用于凸形体1之端部1_的内部突肩6以及外部螺纹7,此螺纹使得套管8沿凸形体1滑动以便被向下旋拧到凹形体上,直至该套管靠到突肩3上;另外,端接部分4″的端部上还设置有端部4_,此端部4_靠在突肩3的下侧。
一具有递减断面的内部锥形凸缘9从凹形体4的端部4_延伸出来(详见图2),此凸缘用于在密封状态下与设置在凸形体1上的相应外部反向锥形凸缘10作压接合。相应地,一具有球形表面11的凸出锥形凸缘在外部从凸形体1的端部1_延伸出来,此凸缘用于和设置在凹形体4上的相应呈截头锥形的反向锥形凸缘12作压接合。
以下说明这类接头的操作方法。
待凸形中空体1滑进凹形中空体4内之后,当套管8通过螺纹7向下旋拧到凹形体4上时,就会引起中空体1与4之间的相对运动,这种相对运动通过克服由锥形凸缘9和11与其相应的反向锥形凸缘10和12之间的压接合所导致的阻力来实现上述锥形凸缘与反向锥形凸缘之间的金属压密封,这种金属压密封确保了能抗住任何内部压力和外部压力的密封。

Claims (4)

1.用于快速、密封地连接导管的接头,它包括:一凹形中空体,此中空体对接在一根导管上;一凸形中空体,此中空体对接于另一根导管并与上述凹形体相配合;以及一套管,此套管从外部向下旋拧在上述凹形体上;所述接头的特征在于:上述凸形中空体上设置有一与之成一体的向外突出的突肩,此突肩的一侧与上述套管相配合,另一侧与凹形中空体的端部相配合;一具有递减断面的内部锥形凸缘从凹形体延伸出来,此凸缘与设置在凸形中空体上位于所述突肩附近的相应外部反向锥形凸缘作压接合;一具有递减断面的第二锥形凸缘从凸形中空体的端部延伸出来,此凸缘与设置在凹形体内位于用于凸形体的内部台肩附近处的相应反向锥形凸缘作对压接合。
2.如权利要求1所述之用于快速、密封地连接导管的接头,其特征在于,所说的锥形凸缘与相应的反向锥形凸缘均具有截头锥体的形状。
3.如权利要求1所述之用于快速、密封地连接导管的接头,其特征在于,所说的锥形凸缘带有一个球面凸出部并与相应的呈截头锥形的反向锥形凸缘作对压接合。
4.如权利要求1所述之用于快速、密封地连接导管的接头,其特征在于,它包括在突出的外部突肩与其端部之间的上述接头之凸形中空体的端接部分对应于该接头之凹形体的端接部分朝向上述台肩的端部逐渐变细。
