Abstract

本发明公开了一种双面四层整芯阻燃输送带复合共挤涂覆模具,解决了现有装置只能涂覆单层覆盖胶的问题,其特征在于在左、右模具的上模块、下模块之间分别设置中模块,中模块上设置中模块固定模唇,在下模块上设置下模块模唇调节螺栓、下模块阻尼块调节螺栓、下模块可调模唇;上模块的连接体上设有内层覆盖胶流道,下模块的连接体上设有外层覆盖胶流道;上模块和中模块之间、中模块和下模块之间分别设置衣架型流道。本发明可以一次实现输送带两面四层覆盖胶的硫化、涂覆、挤擦;内层为缓冲层,外层为耐磨层,内外层胶贴合紧密不脱层,可有效改善输送带成槽性、耐磨性和耐冲击性能,增大摩擦系数,提高输送带的载物使用角度范围,延长了产品使用寿命。

一种双面四层整芯阻燃输送带复合共挤涂覆模具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种模具,更确切地说涉及一种挤擦法工艺生产的双面四层复合贴面PVC/PVG整芯阻燃输送带面胶复合共挤专用涂覆模具。
背景技术
随着煤矿对输煤胶带阻燃和抗静电等安全要求的需要,国内的PVC/PVC难燃输送带使用得到广泛推广。整芯难燃输送带的生产发展的多年来,经历了两个阶段:一、整芯PVC输送带的生产。该工艺是经糊料浸渍过的织物编织带芯先在烘箱塑化,出烘箱后即用两台挤出机把经加热硫化好的PVC塑料涂覆、挤擦在带芯表面,经冷却、牵引、卷曲即成成品。二、整芯PVG输送带的生产。PVG带生产的整个工艺与PVC带的生产相同,但涂覆料为橡塑复合料,解决了带面弹性低,摩擦系数小的问题。全国多家难燃带生产厂家都采用一种连续硫化的新工艺。近一段时期由于发现煤矿对胶带提出了大运量、大倾角的要求,传统整芯难燃输送带为单层贴面阻燃带有寿命低,冬季使用时由于塑料的冷脆性致输送带成槽性差,覆盖胶易成块脱落,带面光滑,摩擦系数小致载物角度小,耐磨、耐冲击性能差等现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足提供一种双面四层整芯阻燃输送带复合共挤涂覆模具,不仅可连续流水线生产PVC/PVG整芯阻燃输送带,而且可以一次实现两面四层覆盖胶的硫化、涂覆、挤擦。
本发明包括左右两组模具,每组模具都包括连接体、上模块、下模块、边侧板、支板;连接体连接挤出机,左右模具的边部设置边侧板,边侧板设有凹块,左右模具连接螺栓穿过凹块连接左右模具;上模块上设置上模块模唇调节螺栓、上模块阻尼块调节螺栓、上模块可调模唇,上模块上安装吊耳,上模块和下模块上均设置电热管安装孔,模具型腔条形出口两端可安装厚度不同的支板;其特征在于:在左、右模具的上模块、下模块之间分别设置中模块,上模块和中模块之间、中模块和下模块之间由模块固定螺栓连接在一起;中模块上设置中模块固定模唇,通过压紧螺栓固定在中模块上,在下模块上设置下模块模唇调节螺栓、下模块阻尼块调节螺栓、下模块可调模唇;左右模具的上模块、下模块分别通过连接体连接挤出机,上模块的连接体上设有内层覆盖胶流道,下模块的连接体上设有外层覆盖胶流道;上模块和中模块之间、中模块和下模块之间分别设置衣架型流道;所述的左右两模具的中模块上均设置电热管安装孔。
工作原理:挤出机挤出的熔融塑料或橡塑介质流入内层覆盖胶流道、衣架型流道,通过阻尼块、上模块阻尼块调节螺栓、上模唇调节螺栓、上模块可调模唇均匀压力,变成厚度均匀的胶片涂覆、挤擦在浸渍并塑化好的带芯上,形成内层覆盖胶;同理,挤出机挤出的熔融介质也流入外层覆盖胶流道、衣架型流道,通过阻尼块、下模块阻尼块调节螺栓、下模唇调节螺栓、中模块固定模唇、下模块可调模唇均匀压力,形成厚度均匀的胶片涂覆、挤擦在内层覆盖胶上形成外层覆盖胶。
由上述技术方案可知,本发明具有的有益效果:可以一次实现输送带两面四层覆盖胶的硫化、涂覆、挤擦;内层为缓冲层,与输送带带芯粘合性能好,弹性和塑性较好;外层为耐磨层,摩擦性能好,耐冲击;各层胶料厚度均可通过不同的挤出机转速实现调节,输送带厚度范围从8-24mm可调,不同模唇宽度的模具使产品宽度可从650mm到3000mm多种规格可调;结构紧凑,内外层胶贴合紧密不脱层,可有效改善输送带成槽性、耐磨性和耐冲击性能,增大摩擦系数,提高输送带的载物使用角度范围,大大延长了产品的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1所示,本发明包括左右两组模具,每组模具都包括连接体1、上模块2、中模块3、下模块4、边侧板17、支板18;所述的中模块3设置在上模块2、下模块4之间。结合图3所示,上模块2和中模块3之间、中模块3和下模块4之间由模块固定螺栓21连接在一起,
连接体1连接挤出机,上模块2的连接体1上设有内层覆盖胶流道14,下模块4的连接体1上设有外层覆盖胶流道15。上模块2和中模块3之间、中模块3和下模块4之间分别设置衣架型流道13。
在上模块2上设置上模块模唇调节螺栓6、上模块阻尼块调节螺栓7、上模块可调模唇8。上模块模唇调节螺栓6通过上模块可调模唇8调整和均匀内层覆盖胶的厚度,上模块阻尼块调节螺栓7调整和均匀内层覆盖胶挤出的压力,使吐出胶片厚度均匀。
中模块3上设置中模块固定模唇12,通过压紧螺栓20固定在中模块3上。
在下模块4上设置下模块模唇调节螺栓9、下模块阻尼块调节螺栓10、下模块可调模唇11。结合图4所示,下模块模唇调节螺栓9通过下模块可调模唇11、中模块固定模唇12调整和均匀外层覆盖胶的厚度,下模块阻尼块调节螺栓10调整和均匀外层覆盖胶挤出的压力,使吐出胶片厚度均匀。
结合图2所示,左右模具的边部均设置边侧板17,边侧板17设有凹块,左右模具连接螺栓16穿过凹块连接左右模具;上模块2上安装吊耳19方便模具的安装。
上模块2、中模块3、下模块4上均设置电热管安装孔22,放置电加热管,实现对模块的加热。
模具流道条状挤出口两端可安装厚度不同的支板18,来控制成品输送带5的厚度和输送带5边部的质量。

1.一种双面四层整芯阻燃输送带复合共挤涂覆模具,包括左右两组模具,每组模具都包括连接体、上模块、下模块、边侧板、支板;连接体连接挤出机,左右模具的边部设置边侧板,边侧板设有凹块,左右模具连接螺栓穿过凹块连接左右模具;上模块上设置上模块模唇调节螺栓、上模块阻尼块调节螺栓、上模块可调模唇,上模块上安装吊耳,上模块和下模块上均设置电热管安装孔,模具型腔条形出口两端可安装厚度不同的支板;其特征在于:在左、右模具的上模块(2)、下模块(4)之间分别设置中模块(3),上模块(2)和中模块(3)之间、中模块(3)和下模块(4)之间由模块固定螺栓(21)连接在一起;中模块(3)上设置中模块固定模唇(12),通过压紧螺栓(20)固定在中模块(3)上,在下模块(4)上设置下模块模唇调节螺栓(9)、下模块阻尼块调节螺栓(10)、下模块可调模唇(11);左右模具的上模块(2)、下模块(4)分别通过连接体(1)连接挤出机,上模块(2)的连接体(1)上设有内层覆盖胶流道(14),下模块(4)的连接体(1)上设有外层覆盖胶流道(15);上模块(2)和中模块(3)之间、中模块(3)和下模块(4)之间分别设置衣架型流道(13);所述的左右两模具的中模块(3)上均设置电热管安装孔(22)。
