本发明公开了一种镶块镶嵌式双型腔模具,包括固定板、下顶出板、上顶出板、模脚以及公模,所述公模上镶嵌有两块形状大小相同的镶块,镶块的底部设有插柱,插柱插接在公模内,插柱的端部穿出公模,公模上设有导向块,导向块的横截面为T型形状,镶块的底部设有锁块槽,锁块槽的横截面为T型形状,导向块设置在锁块槽内,镶块通过固定片固定在公模上,固定片通过固定销与公模固定连接,上顶出板上设有导向筒,公模设有复位杆,复位杆套装在导向筒内,复位杆与下顶出板连接。本发明通过导向块与锁块槽可以使镶块牢固地安装在公模上,通过复位杆可以使公模顺利复位。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种双型腔模具,特别涉及一种镶块镶嵌式双型腔模具。
背景技术
模具:在外力作用下使坯料成为有特定形状和尺寸的制件的工具。广泛用于冲裁、模锻、冷镦、挤压、粉末冶金件压制、压力铸造,以及工程塑料、橡胶、陶瓷等制品的压塑或注塑的成形加工中。模具具有特定的轮廓或内腔形状,应用具有刃口的轮廓形状可以使坯料按轮廓线形状发生分离(冲裁)。应用内腔形状可使坯料获得相应的立体形状。模具一般包括动模和定模(或凸模和凹模)两个部分,二者可分可合。分开时取出制件,合拢时使坯料注入模具型腔成形。模具是精密工具,形状复杂,承受坯料的胀力,对结构强度、刚度、表面硬度、表面粗糙度和加工精度都有较高要求,模具生产的发展水平是机械制造水平的重要标志之一。现有的模具塑料成型不方便,注塑效率差。
发明内容
针对现有技术上存在的不足,本发明提供一种通过导向块与锁块槽可以使镶块牢固地安装在公模上,通过复位杆可以使公模顺利复位的镶块镶嵌式双型腔模具。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:
一种镶块镶嵌式双型腔模具,包括固定板、下顶出板、上顶出板、模脚以及公模,公模与固定板通过两块形状大小相同的模脚,两块模脚呈平行布置,下顶出板设置在两块模脚之间,上顶出板设置在下顶出板上,所述公模上镶嵌有两块形状大小相同的镶块,镶块的底部设有插柱,插柱插接在公模内,插柱的端部穿出公模,公模上设有导向块,导向块的横截面为T型形状,镶块的底部设有锁块槽,锁块槽的横截面为T型形状,导向块设置在锁块槽内,镶块通过固定片固定在公模上,固定片通过固定销与公模固定连接,上顶出板上设有导向筒,公模设有复位杆,复位杆套装在导向筒内,复位杆与下顶出板连接。
进一步地,所述镶块设有回料柱。
进一步地,所述回料柱与镶块为一体结构。
进一步地,所述回料柱为T型形状。
进一步地,所述公模设有冷却水孔。
采用上述技术方案的镶块镶嵌式双型腔模具,由于所述公模上镶嵌有两块形状大小相同的镶块,镶块的底部设有插柱,插柱插接在公模内,插柱的端部穿出公模,公模上设有导向块,导向块的横截面为T型形状,镶块的底部设有锁块槽,锁块槽的横截面为T型形状,导向块设置在锁块槽内,镶块通过固定片固定在公模上,固定片通过固定销与公模固定连接,上顶出板上设有导向筒,公模设有复位杆,复位杆套装在导向筒内,复位杆与下顶出板连接,所以通过镶块成型塑料制件,通过导向块与锁块槽可以使镶块牢固地安装在公模上,通过复位杆可以使公模顺利复位。

如图1所示,一种镶块镶嵌式双型腔模具,包括固定板1、下顶出板2、上顶出板3、模脚4以及公模5,公模5与固定板1通过两块形状大小相同的模脚4,两块模脚4呈平行布置,下顶出板2设置在两块模脚4之间,上顶出板3设置在下顶出板2上,公模5上镶嵌有两块形状大小相同的镶块8,镶块8的底部设有插柱13,插柱13插接在公模5内,插柱13的端部穿出公模5,公模5上设有导向块12,导向块12的横截面为T型形状,镶块8的底部设有锁块槽11,锁块槽11的横截面为T型形状,导向块12设置在锁块槽11内,镶块8通过固定片10固定在公模5上,固定片10通过固定销与公模5固定连接,上顶出板3上设有导向筒7公模5设有复位杆6,复位杆6套装在导向筒7 内,复位杆6与下顶出板2连接,镶块8设有回料柱9,回料柱9与镶块8为一体结构,回料柱9为T型形状,公模5设有冷却水孔15,上顶出板3上设有防撞块14。
本发明镶块镶嵌式双型腔模具,由于公模5与固定板1通过两块形状大小相同的模脚4,两块模脚4呈平行布置,下顶出板2设置在两块模脚4之间,上顶出板3设置在下顶出板2上,公模5上镶嵌有两块形状大小相同的镶块8,镶块8的底部设有插柱13,插柱13插接在公模5内,插柱13的端部穿出公模5,公模5上设有导向块12,导向块12的横截面为T型形状,镶块8的底部设有锁块槽11,锁块槽11的横截面为T型形状,导向块12设置在锁块槽11内,镶块8通过固定片10固定在公模5上,固定片10通过固定销与公模5固定连接,上顶出板3上设有导向筒7公模5设有复位杆6,复位杆6套装在导向筒7 内,复位杆6与下顶出板2连接,所以通过镶块8成型塑料制件,通过导向块12与锁块槽11可以使镶块8牢固地安装在公模5上,通过复位杆6可以使公模5顺利复位。由于镶块8设有回料柱9,回料柱9与镶块8为一体结构,回料柱9为T型形状,所以方便使塑料制件留在公模5这一侧,方便脱模。由于公模5设有冷却水孔15,所以方便接通冷却水道。由于上顶出板3上设有防撞块14,所以可以有效防止上顶出板3与公模5相撞。

1. 一种镶块镶嵌式双型腔模具,包括固定板、下顶出板、上顶出板、模脚以及公模,公模与固定板通过两块形状大小相同的模脚,两块模脚呈平行布置,下顶出板设置在两块模脚之间,上顶出板设置在下顶出板上,其特征在于:所述公模上镶嵌有两块形状大小相同的镶块,镶块的底部设有插柱,插柱插接在公模内,插柱的端部穿出公模,公模上设有导向块,导向块的横截面为T型形状,镶块的底部设有锁块槽,锁块槽的横截面为T型形状,导向块设置在锁块槽内,镶块通过固定片固定在公模上,固定片通过固定销与公模固定连接,上顶出板上设有导向筒,所述公模设有复位杆,复位杆套装在导向筒内,复位杆与下顶出板连接。
