本发明涉及一种铸造模型成型技术，特别是一种型砂刮平装置。
背景技术：
砂型成型后，由于其表面上存在有杂物而需要清除目前采用手工清除，清除效率低且清楚的表面平整度差而影响铸件的表面质量。
发明内容：
本发明目的是提供一种效率高和表面平整的一种型砂刮平装置。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是，一种型砂刮平装置，包括刮板，其特征在于：气缸固定于支架上，拉杆的两端分别与气缸活塞杆和销轴连接，此销轴与杠杆左端的横向长孔相配，所述杠杆中部设有与支架上的轴转配的孔，所述杠杆的右端设有横向长孔，支杆上端的小直径台阶螺纹体置于所述杠杆右端的横向长孔中，螺帽与所述支杆的台阶螺纹体相配，支撑板通过螺栓固定在所述支杆的一侧平面上，此支撑板上部的左、右一侧各设有一个分别与设在支架上的两个相平行导杆相滑配，刮板的上端通过螺栓固定在所述支撑板的下端。
本发明与现有技术比较具有效率高和表面平整的显著优点。

具体实施方式： 
结合下述实施例对本发明作详细说明，气缸13固定在支架4上，杠杆1的中部转动支撑在与支架固连的轴3上，拉杆2的一端与气缸活塞杆连接，另一端与杠杆左端的横向长孔11中的销轴连接，支杆6上端的小直径螺纹体穿于杠杆右端的横向长孔12中，通过螺帽与杠杆连接，此支杆下部的周面上设有两个对称的平面，支撑板7通过螺钉8固定于支杆的一侧平面上，刮板10的上端通过螺钉9固定于支撑板上。上述支撑板上端的左右侧各设有分别与两个相平行的导杆5相滑配的孔。
本发明的工作原理：气缸带动拉杆往复运动，杠杆绕轴左、右摆转，刮板作前、后水平移平对型砂表面进行刮平作业。

1. 一种型砂刮平装置，包括刮板，其特征在于：气缸固定于支架上，拉杆的两端分别与气缸活塞杆和销轴连接，此销轴与杠杆左端的横向长孔相配，所述杠杆中部设有与支架上的轴转配的孔，所述杠杆的右端设有横向长孔，支杆上端的小直径台阶螺纹体置于所述杠杆右端的横向长孔中，螺帽与所述支杆的台阶螺纹体相配，支撑板通过螺栓固定在所述支杆的一侧平面上，此支撑板上部的左、右一侧各设有一个分别与设在支架上的两个相平行导杆相滑配，刮板的上端通过螺栓固定在所述支撑板的下端。
