一种模具拉动机构
技术领域
本发明涉及模具传输技术,具体为一种通过气缸伸缩来实现模具拉动和定位的模具拉动机构。
背景技术
目前模具拉动机构有两种:一种是人工作业拉动模具;另一种是通过摩擦轮的摩擦力来拉动模具。人工作业拉动模具劳动强度大,效率低,成本高,模具定位精度低,远不适用于现代生产需要。摩擦拉动模具的摩擦轮容易打滑,定位精度太低,且摩擦轮容易磨损,需定期更换摩擦轮,既影响定位精度,又增加使用成本。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种模具拉动机构,该机构由气缸伸缩带动L型弯板通过光轴做往返运动,实现模具拉动,具有结构简单、易于控制、操作简便、安全可靠等特点。
本发明解决所述技术问题的技术方案是:设计一种模具拉动机构,其特征在于该机构包括机架、气缸、气缸侧端盖、气缸弯板、气缸连接盘、L型弯板、弹簧、凹槽、弹簧盖板、拨块、气缸活塞杆、光轴和直线轴承,所述气缸弯板一端固定在机架上,另一端与气缸侧端盖连接;气缸与气缸侧端盖连接,气缸活塞杆的顶端与气缸连接盘相连,末端与L形弯板相连;气缸连接盘固定在气缸弯板上;弹簧装在弹簧盖板的凹槽内,凹槽的底面接触拨块,拨块安装在L型弯板内,L型弯板与直线轴承连接,直线轴承安装在光轴上。
与现有技术相比,本发明拉动机构由气缸带动L形弯板做直线往返运动,由弹簧伸缩带动拨块卡住模具,从而拉动模具运动到准确位置,具有结构简单,工装工艺紧凑,模具定位精确,不用手工辅助拉动,安全可靠,效率较高,成本较低,适于工业化应用等特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例及其附图进一步叙述本发明。
本发明设计的模具拉动机构(简称拉动机构,参见图1),其特征在于该拉动机构包括机架、气缸1,气缸侧端盖2,气缸弯板3,气缸连接盘4,L型弯板5,弹簧6,凹槽7,弹簧盖板8,拨块9,气缸活塞杆10,光轴11和直线轴承12,所述气缸弯板3一端通过螺钉连接固定在机架上,另一端通过螺钉与气缸侧端盖2连接,气缸1通过螺钉与气缸侧端盖2连接,气缸活塞杆10的顶端与气缸连接盘4相连,末端与L形弯板5相连;气缸连接盘4通过螺钉固定在气缸弯板3上;弹簧6装在弹簧盖板8的凹槽7内,凹槽7的底面接触拨块9,拨块9安装在L型弯板5内,L型弯板5与直线轴承12连接,直线轴承12安装在光轴11上。
本发明拉动机构的工作原理和过程是:首先,弹簧6在模具压力下处于压缩状态,同时拨块9在弹簧6作用下向上收起,模具走过一个壁厚的距离时,弹簧6解除压力,处于伸长状态,弹簧6会带动拨块9伸出,拨块9卡住模具内壁,此时气缸1的气缸活塞杆10伸出,且处于最大行程位置。当气缸1的气缸活塞杆10缩回时,气缸活塞杆10带动L形弯板5沿光轴11做直线运动,由于拨块9卡着模具内壁,从而也带动模具运动一定距离。模具到达定位的准确位置后,模具下降,脱离拨块9的控制,完成全部拉动工作。
本发明拉动机构是一种简单、但较精确的模具拉动机构,有效解决了摩擦轮拉动机构的打滑,定位不准确,且不易控制等问题,具有明显效果,并已成功应用于模具输送生产线上。
虽然本发明拉动机构专为模具输送生产线而设计,但其结构完全适用于有类似模具的移动件拉动要求的生产线上。
本发明未述及之处适用于现有技术。

1.一种模具拉动机构,其特征在于该机构包括机架、气缸、气缸侧端盖、气缸弯板、气缸连接盘、L型弯板、弹簧、凹槽、弹簧盖板、拨块、气缸活塞杆、光轴和直线轴承,所述气缸弯板一端固定在机架上,另一端与气缸侧端盖连接;气缸与气缸侧端盖连接,气缸活塞杆的顶端与气缸连接盘相连,末端与L形弯板相连;气缸连接盘固定在气缸弯板上;弹簧装在弹簧盖板的凹槽内,凹槽的底面接触拨块,拨块安装在L型弯板内,L型弯板与直线轴承连接,直线轴承安装在光轴上。
