背景技术
收线机一般用于金属拉丝机、捻股机等收线场合。现有的收线机主要包括过线、排线、收线机构,但过线和排线过程中由于张力不稳导致收线松紧不一,收线不均匀,容易断丝。排线采用电磁排线、气动排线、光杆排线,电磁、气动排线不能实现排距可调,光杆排线排线不均匀。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的诸多缺陷,本实用新型的目的是提供一种操作便捷,排线均匀,运行稳定、可靠,排线效率高,适用范围广的收线机排线机构。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种收线机排线机构,排线机构设置于机架上,其特征在于:所述排线机构包括安装于机架上的排线支架,排线支架内穿设滚珠丝杆和导轨,滚珠丝杆经联轴器与伺服电机连接,一滑块旋接在滚珠丝杆上,滑块穿设在平行于滚珠丝杆的导轨上,滑块经排线过线轮支架连接排线过线轮,排线支架上设有控制滑块行程、换向的接近开关。
本实用新型排线机构采用滚珠丝杆通过伺服电机的驱动,实现排线均匀、排距可调,工作运行可靠稳定,整体结构紧凑,振动小,噪音低,操作方便,节约空间。
