Abstract
本发明公开了一种添加于食品中的防腐剂,所述防腐剂的组分包括:以体积份计,苯甲酸钠23-28mL、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯2-6mL、丙二醇30-50mL、甘油单脂肪酸酯2-8mL、连翘叶提取物4-10mL、脱水山梨醇脂肪酸酯0.2-0.8mL、水50-60mL。通过上述方式,本发明的添加于食品中的防腐剂,成本低廉,所述防腐剂具有高效广谱抑菌效果,对大肠杆菌、黄曲霉、产黄青霉、金黄色葡萄球菌等均有抑制作用,能够用于水产品、畜肉、清凉饮料、面类等食品的防腐。

技术领域
本发明涉及防腐剂领域,特别是涉及一种添加于食品中的防腐剂。
背景技术
食品防腐剂能抑制微生物活动,防止食品腐败变质,从而延长食品的保质期。绝大多数饮料和包装食品想要长期保存,往往都要添加食品防腐剂。就食品防腐剂来源而言,可分为三类:即目前大量应用的化学防腐剂、 植物源天然防腐剂和动物源天然防腐剂,其中后两类属于目前食品防腐剂领域的研究热点。当然,食品防腐剂也是一把“双刃剑”,也有可能给人们的健康带来一定的麻烦。在我国,目前食品生产中使用的防腐剂绝大多数都是人工合成的,使用不当会有一定的副作用;有些防腐剂甚至含有微量毒素,长期过量摄入会对人体健康造成一定的损害;还有些防腐剂抗菌效果不好,加入后达不到防腐效果,使食物容易变坏。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种添加于食品中的防腐剂,所述防腐剂。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种添加于食品中的防腐剂,所述防腐剂的组分包括:以体积份计,苯甲酸钠 23-28 mL、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯 2-6 mL、丙二醇 30-50 mL、甘油单脂肪酸酯 2-8 mL、连翘叶提取物 4-10 mL、脱水山梨醇脂肪酸酯 0.2-0.8 mL、水 50-60 mL。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防腐剂的组分包括:以体积份计,苯甲酸钠 24-27 mL、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯 3-5 mL、丙二醇 35-45 mL、甘油单脂肪酸酯 3-7 mL、连翘叶提取物 5-9 mL、脱水山梨醇脂肪酸酯 0.4-0.6 mL、水 55-60 mL。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述水为纯水。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述连翘叶提取物是将连翘叶粉末在50-60℃下加热搅拌3-4小时。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的添加于食品中的防腐剂,成本低廉,所述防腐剂具有高效广谱抑菌效果,对大肠杆菌、黄曲霉、产黄青霉、金黄色葡萄球菌等均有抑制作用,能够用于水产品、畜肉、清凉饮料、面类等食品的防腐。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一:
提供一种添加于食品中的防腐剂,所述防腐剂的组分包括:以体积份计,苯甲酸钠 26 mL、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯 3 mL、丙二醇 35 mL、甘油单脂肪酸酯 7 mL、连翘叶提取物 5 mL、脱水山梨醇脂肪酸酯 0.5 mL、纯水 55 mL,其中所述连翘叶提取物是将连翘叶粉末在60℃下加热搅拌3小时。
实施例二:
提供一种添加于食品中的防腐剂,所述防腐剂的组分包括:以体积份计,苯甲酸钠 25 mL、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯 5 mL、丙二醇 45 mL、甘油单脂肪酸酯 6 mL、连翘叶提取物 7 mL、脱水山梨醇脂肪酸酯 0.6 mL、纯水 60 mL,其中所述连翘叶提取物是将连翘叶粉末在55℃下加热搅拌4小时。
实施例三:
提供一种添加于食品中的防腐剂,所述防腐剂的组分包括:以体积份计,苯甲酸钠 24 mL、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯 4 mL、丙二醇 40 mL、甘油单脂肪酸酯 4 mL、连翘叶提取物 8 mL、脱水山梨醇脂肪酸酯 0.4 mL、纯水 57 mL,其中所述连翘叶提取物是将连翘叶粉末在50℃下加热搅拌4小时。
本发明的的添加于食品中的防腐剂,成本低廉,所述防腐剂具有高效广谱抑菌效果,对大肠杆菌、黄曲霉、产黄青霉、金黄色葡萄球菌等均有抑制作用,能够用于水产品、畜肉、清凉饮料、面类等食品的防腐。

1.一种添加于食品中的防腐剂,其特征在于,所述防腐剂的组分包括:以体积份计,苯甲酸钠 23-28 mL、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯 2-6 mL、丙二醇 30-50 mL、甘油单脂肪酸酯 2-8 mL、连翘叶提取物 4-10 mL、脱水山梨醇脂肪酸酯 0.2-0.8 mL、水 50-60 mL。
2.根据权利要求1所述的添加于食品中的防腐剂,其特征在于,所述防腐剂的组分包括:以体积份计,苯甲酸钠 24-27 mL、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯 3-5 mL、丙二醇 35-45 mL、甘油单脂肪酸酯 3-7 mL、连翘叶提取物 5-9 mL、脱水山梨醇脂肪酸酯 0.4-0.6 mL、水 55-60 mL。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的添加于食品中的防腐剂,其特征在于,所述水为纯水。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的添加于食品中的防腐剂,其特征在于,所述连翘叶提取物是将连翘叶粉末在50-60℃下加热搅拌3-4小时。
