技术领域

背景技术
现有技术中已知提供了一种阴性医疗连接器盖子,这种盖子在其可开启端部上具有密封件,以便能够以防止盖子内部污染的方式储存连接器盖子。现有技术中还已知提供了一种采用密封条的组件,该密封条由箔基材料或箔基复合材料组成,该密封条对附接至密封条的一系列阴性医疗连接器盖子中的每个盖子的可开启端部进行密封。这种组件具有许多缺点,包括下列风险:即,在从上述密封条移走所选择的一个盖子以进行使用时,另一个盖子也可能从上述密封条被部分地或完全移走,并因此有遭受污染的风险。此外,在从密封条移走一个盖子时,方便的是用一只手在该盖子的附接位置附近抓住密封条,并用另一只手在该盖子附接至密封条的位置附近抓住盖子;因此,两只手都靠近未经覆盖的盖子的开口,因此存在如下风险:用户的一根或多根手指将接触盖子的开口并将微生物引入该开口中,从而违背了所述盖子和密封条保护医疗连接器免受微生物影响的目的。
发明内容
在本发明的第一实施例中,提供了一种用于安装医疗连接器盖子以进行使用的组件。在该实施例中,该组件包括由材料片形成的载架。载架具有孔阵列。该组件还包括多个医疗连接器盖子,每个盖子都具有(i)可开启端部,其被构造成覆盖医疗连接器;和(ii)封闭的可抓握端部。每个盖子都被插入该阵列的一个孔中。该组件还包括多个密封翼片。单独的密封翼片包括覆盖部分,覆盖部分密封地覆盖所述盖子中的相应一个盖子的可开启端部,并且所述密封翼片包括悬伸部分,该悬伸部分从所述相应一个盖子的可开启端部悬伸。该悬伸部分被设定尺寸以包括具有足够长度的拴带部(tether),使得该拴带部的末端与载架的邻近部分重叠。该末端附接至载架,使得所述盖子中的相应一个盖子通过这种密封翼片而被拴系至载架。该组件被构造成使得用户能够通过如下方式准备所选定的一个盖子以进行使用,即:抓住所选定的盖子的可抓握端部,并且从所选定的盖子对应的孔中移除所选定的盖子并将所选定的盖子的可开启端部从密封翼片的覆盖部分撕下,利用拴带部将密封翼片保持附接至载架。

定义。除非本文另外要求,否则在本说明书和所附权利要求中使用的下列术语应具有所示意义:
“医疗连接器盖子”是用于医疗连接器的盖子,例如(但不限于)鲁尔连接器。因此,“阴性医疗连接器盖子”是用于阴性医疗连接器的盖子。“阳性医疗连接器盖子”是用于阳性医疗连接器的盖子。所述盖子可以包括消毒剂,但并非必须如此。所述盖子可以对使用该盖子的医疗连接器进行清洁或消毒,但并非必须如此。
医疗连接器盖子的“可开启端部”是盖子的向容纳医疗连接器的腔体敞口的端部。通常,在使用之前,医疗连接器盖子的可开启端部都被以一种或另一种方式覆盖,以防止盖子内部被污染,出于该原因,我们将该端部称为“可开启”而非“开启”。

图1是现有技术的、附接至密封翼片11的阴性医疗连接器盖子12的组件的侧视图。密封翼片11被设计成提供每个阴性连接器盖子12的可开启端部上的密封,因此必须由适当的材料制成,例如金属箔,或具有作为屏障的箔层的复合材料塑料片。这种组件具有许多缺点,包括如下风险:即,在从密封翼片移走一个盖子以进行使用时,也可能将另一盖子从密封翼片部分地或完全移走,因此有遭受污染的风险。
图2是结合本发明的实施例使用的载架21的透视图。该载架包括可以由任何适当材料制成的片。该适当材料可以是聚合材料或复合物聚合材料,例如聚烯烃、苯乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET,包括聚酯薄膜)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)或聚氨酯。在聚烯烃中,低密度或高密度的聚乙烯可能是合适的,以及聚丙烯。虽然希望所述片是柔性的,但在其它应用中,刚性片也可用于所述载架。
载架21包括至少一个安装孔23,安装孔23位于一个端部处,以便于该载架的安装,可选地,载架21也可包括位于每一端部处的一对安装孔23或任何期望数目的安装孔。一个安装孔23例如可用于将该载架挂在钩子上或者从输液架突出的其它构件上。替代地,也可同时使用一对安装孔23以将载架21安装在适当的水平定向上。载架21还包括孔22的阵列,用于以下文更详细讨论的方式将医疗连接器盖子接收在其内以实现相应的填充。
图3是从载架的下侧观察时根据本发明实施例的包括图2的载架21的组件的透视图,该载架21填充有多个医疗连接器盖子31。医疗连接器盖子31位于图2所示的载架21的孔阵列中的每个孔22内。每个孔22都都被设定尺寸,以通过摩擦配合来固定其对应的盖子,从而相对于该载架以机械方式稳定所述盖子。该载架可适当地填充有阴性医疗连接器盖子。作为替换方式,该载架可适当地填充有阳性医疗连接器盖子。作为又一替换方式,该载架可混合地填充有阳性医疗连接器盖子和阴性医疗连接器盖子。由于用于阳性医疗连接器的盖子的尺寸通常不同于用于阴性医疗连接器的盖子的尺寸,所以,通常需要根据旨在置于孔22中的特定医疗连接器盖子来设定孔22的尺寸。在一个可替换实施例中,孔22被构造成以无需摩擦配合的方式接收医疗连接器盖子。
在图3的实施例中,每个盖子31都具有单独的密封翼片32。该密封翼片32包括覆盖部分322,该覆盖部分322密封地覆盖盖子31的可开启端部。该密封翼片还包括从盖子31的可开启端部悬伸的悬伸部分。该悬伸部分被设定尺寸以包括具有足够长度的拴带部323,使得该拴带部的末端321与载架2的邻近部分重叠。末端321附接至载架21,使得相应的盖子31通过密封翼片32而被拴系至载架21。该密封翼片可由金属箔制成,或者它可以是具有作为屏障的金属箔层的复合材料聚合物片。在该密封翼片使用复合材料的情况下,必要的是,应当仅在盖子31的可开启端部上存在箔层;在拴带部323或者拴带部的末端321上不需要有箔,但可选地,也可以整个翼片都包括箔层。密封翼片32可通过胶水、UV粘合剂、机械手段或通过热粘合而附接至盖子31的可开启端部以及载架21。

多个密封翼片,其中,独立的密封翼片包括覆盖部分,所述覆盖部分密封地覆盖所述盖子中的相应一个盖子的可开启端部,并且所述密封翼片包括悬伸部分,所述悬伸部分从所述相应一个盖子的可开启端部悬伸,所述悬伸部分被设定尺寸以包括拴带部,所述拴带部具有足够的长度,其中,所述拴带部的末端与所述载架的邻近部分重叠,所述末端附接至载架,其中,所述盖子中的所述相应一个盖子通过所述密封翼片而被拴系至所述载架;
