技术领域
本发明涉及一种弯曲光伏晶硅电池片的抓取机构,具体是该机构实现了快速抓取超薄弯曲电池片的功能,超薄弯曲电池片本身的弯曲弧度可达1-4毫米,吸盘垂直下压时吸嘴不能完全接触电池片,强行将电池片压平后吸取,又会产生将电池片压裂的隐患,而且基于该种电池片超薄、易碎和弯曲度大的特性,在传送过程中也极易出现碎裂的情况,但通过该系统即可以在确保电池片安全的情况下实现高速抓取和传送。
背景技术
目前国内的光伏企业,大都集中在多晶硅片、电池组件等产品的生产和销售上,各家产品大多同质化,生产门槛不高、产能急速扩张,而依靠规模建立的成本优势却并不高,由于缺乏核心技术,大部分利润被成本抵消,因而发展超薄电池片,成为现今光伏行业发展的一个重要方向,如何实现超薄电池片的产业化,也成为了不得不解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,针对目前光伏行业低迷,成本居高不下,提供一种弯曲光伏晶硅电池片的抓取机构,使超薄弯曲电池片的产业化成为可能,从而大幅降低光伏行业生产成本。
本发明的技术方案是:一种弯曲光伏晶硅电池片的抓取机构,包括摆臂和吸盘组;摆臂头部呈U字形,中间是一个上升斜面,后部为方形块体;摆臂头部U字形头部中间位置有两个带螺纹的气孔(1),上部靠后有两个气孔(2);吸盘组包括四个平头吸盘(4)和两个波纹吸盘(3),分布方式为摆臂前部两侧各三个,且平头吸盘在外侧,波纹吸盘在中间,排列方式为横向对齐,并且竖向对齐。
本发明的优点是:
1.本发明装置结构简介明了,加工简便,有利于生产普及,可以降低制造和维护成本。
2.本发明装置采用多组可调节吸盘,能够抓取超薄弯曲电池片。
3.本发明装置配合工业机器人,可实现高速抓取。
