本发明公开了一种内循环二板式注塑机合模机构,包括前模板、拉杆、后模板、两个移模油缸和四个锁模油缸,拉杆第一端固定在所述前模板上,拉杆第二端穿过所述后模板的拉杆孔,后模板滑动连接在所述拉杆上;两个移模油缸设置于后模板对角位置上,四个锁模油缸对称设置于后模板四角,两个移模油缸与四个锁模油缸的缸筒分别与后模板连接,活塞杆分别与前模板连接,锁模油缸的活塞杆同时也是合模机构的拉杆。移模和锁模时,移模油缸与锁模油缸固定在后模板上,相对静止的拉杆和前模板整体移动,相对于后模板运动,锁模只是在合模的基础上更进一步,本发明内循环二板式注塑机合模机构运动惯性小,提高了速度的可控性,精度高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种注塑机合模机构,特别涉及一种内循环二板式注塑机合模机构。
背景技术
二板式合模机构相对于传统的三板式合模机构而言,省去了合模装置中的尾板,将锁模力直接作用于固定模具的两块模板上,设备由此可节省大量材料和占地空间,造价低,但是现有二板式合模机构机也存在不足,二板式注塑机中,注塑机合模机构的特点为移模时,移模油缸带动动模板、拉杆及锁模油缸活塞组件移动,运动惯性大,速度可控性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种运动惯性小,速度可控性好的内循环二板式注塑机合模机构。
为了实现以上目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种内循环二板式注塑机合模机构,主要包括前模板、拉杆、后模板、两个移模油缸和四个锁模油缸,拉杆有两端分别称作第一端和第二端,拉杆第一端固定在前模板上,拉杆第二端穿过后模板的拉杆孔,前模板滑动连接在导轨上,后模板滑动连接在拉杆上同时与机架连接;四个锁模油缸对称设置于后模板四角,锁模油缸采用活塞阀式的结构设计由挡圈、压缩弹簧、滑阀、活塞和锁紧螺母组成,它们依次排列,锁模油缸筒一端插入后模板内部,另一端与锁模油缸后盖连接,拉杆穿过其中,挡圈和活塞套于拉杆上且相对固定,滑阀设置于挡圈与活塞之间并可来回往复运动,且滑阀可以与拉杆轴肩形成环形油腔,数个压缩弹簧设置在挡圈上使初始位置时滑阀与活塞接触,锁紧螺母对活塞起限位作用,活塞上环向设置有若干个孔,四个锁模油缸通过连通通道彼此相通;两个移模油缸设置于后模板对角位置上,两个移模油缸与四个锁模油缸的缸筒分别与后模板连接,活塞杆分别与前模板连接,锁模油缸的活塞杆同时也是合模机构的拉杆。
移模时,通过移模油缸带动前模板移动,同时,锁模油缸活塞随动,缸内液压油通过打开的活塞阀心部从活塞的一侧采取内循环流至另一侧;当锁模时,锁模油缸活塞阀心部关闭,油缸一侧进高压油,封闭的油腔维持高压实现锁模。本发明合模机构的运动特点为:移模和锁模时,移模油缸与锁模油缸固定在后模板上,相对静止的拉杆和前模板整体移动,相对于后模板运动,锁模只是在合模的基础上更进一步。
由以上技术方案可知,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:本发明所述内循环二板式注塑机合模机构,缸内液压油通过打开的活塞阀心部从活塞的一侧采取内循环流至另一侧,锁模只是在合模的基础上更进一步,液压油流动行程短,运动惯性小,提高了模板速度的可控性,精度高。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一种内循环二板式注塑机合模机构,包括前模板1、拉杆2、后模板3、两个移模油缸4和四个锁模油缸5,拉杆2第一端设有螺纹,前模板1上相应的设有螺纹孔,拉杆2通过螺纹配合固定在前模板上,后模板3上开有拉杆孔,拉杆2第二端穿过拉杆孔,前模板1滑动连接在导轨12上,后模板3滑动连接在拉杆2上同时与机架连接;四个锁模油缸5对称设置于后模板3四角,锁模油缸5采用活塞阀式的结构设计由挡圈6、压缩弹簧、滑阀7、活塞8和锁紧螺母9组成,锁模油缸筒11一端插入后模板3内部,另一端与锁模油缸后盖10连接,拉杆2穿过其中,挡圈6和活塞套于拉杆2上且相对固定,滑阀7设置于挡圈6与活塞之间并可来回往复运动,且滑阀7可以与拉杆轴肩形成环形油腔,数个压缩弹簧设置在挡圈上使初始位置时滑阀7与活塞8接触,锁紧螺母9对活塞起限位作用,活塞上环向设置有若干个孔,四个锁模油缸5通过连通通道彼此相通,两个移模油缸4设置于后模板3对角位置上,移模油缸缸筒与后模板3连接,活塞杆与前模板1连接。
移模时,通过移模油缸4带动前模板1移动,同时,锁模油缸活塞随动,缸内液压油通过打开的活塞阀心从活塞一侧“内循环”至另一侧;当锁模时,锁模油缸5活塞阀心关闭,油缸一侧进高压油,封闭的油腔维持高压实现锁模。本发明合模机构的运动特点为:移模和锁模时,移模油缸4与锁模油缸5固定在后模板3上,相对静止的拉杆2和前模板1整体移动,相对于后模板3运动,锁模只是在合模的基础上更进一步,运动惯性小,提高了速度可控性,精度高。
