本发明公开了一种含青稞的香橼泡腾片,是由下述重量份的原料制成:香橼100-120、青稞10-15、麦芽8-12、竹炭粉4-5、小苏打适量、陈皮3-4、干姜2-3、肉桂1-2、沙苑子3-4、山楂4-5、枳椇子1-2、罗汉果2-3、葛根4-5、酸粉和椰汁适量;本发明将新鲜香橼冷冻干燥后超微粉碎,与小苏打混合制成药粒,在药粒表面裹上由米醋等原料制成的酸粉,成品泡腾片放入热水中外层酸粉会迅速溶解,使水呈弱酸性,继而加速内层药粒的溶解,服用方便,添加青稞、麦芽、芡实和中药原料使其营养丰富、保健功效显著,香味独特,口感更佳。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药饮片,尤其涉及一种含青稞的香橼泡腾片及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有的中药饮片一般都是切片、切段后晒干、烘干、炒制或蒸制等制成,不但需要加水煎煮成药液,营养成分有所流失,更耗时费力,味苦难喝,难以下咽,因此本发明将中药制成泡腾片,放入热水中即可迅速溶解,方便人们服用。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种含青稞的香橼泡腾片及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种含青稞的香橼泡腾片,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
香橼100-120、青稞10-15、麦芽8-12、竹炭粉4-5、小苏打适量、陈皮3-4、干姜2-3、肉桂1-2、沙苑子3-4、山楂4-5、枳椇子1-2、罗汉果2-3、葛根4-5、酸粉和椰汁适量;
所述酸粉是由下述重量比的原料制成:米醋:沙棘油:芡实=1:1:4-6。
一种含青稞的香橼泡腾片制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将芡实拣杂洗净后晒干,倒入烧热的沙棘油中,小火翻炒至熟香,再倒入米醋,小火翻炒至干后冷却,超微粉碎,得到酸粉;
(2)将新鲜的香橼用含有1-2%白醋的凉水浸泡30-40分钟,再去杂洗净,经冷冻干燥、超微粉碎、过筛,得到香橼粉和残渣;
(3)将上述残渣与陈皮、干姜、肉桂等中药原料混合粉碎,加入4-5倍清水,文火煎煮1-2小时,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将优质青稞、麦芽拣杂洗净,用椰汁浸泡5-6小时,捞出洗净后晾干,送入锅中,倒入竹炭粉,小火翻炒至熟香,筛去竹炭粉,粉碎后得到青稞粉;
(5)将上述香橼粉、中药粉、青稞粉与小苏打混合均匀,超微粉碎后得到粉料,将粉料制成小颗粒状药粒,将上述酸粉在药粒表面压片成型,低温烘干后得到成品药粒。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明将新鲜香橼冷冻干燥后超微粉碎,与小苏打混合制成药粒,在药粒表面裹上由米醋等原料制成的酸粉,成品泡腾片放入热水中外层酸粉会迅速溶解,使水呈弱酸性,继而加速内层药粒的溶解,服用方便,添加青稞、麦芽、芡实和中药原料使其营养丰富、保健功效显著,香味独特,口感更佳。由于本发明具有主药与辅药构成中药复方性质,人群需要调节身体不适的亚健康状态时,可以根据自身症状,与药性,自行选购中药服用调节,如三天无效,应到医院;中医生也可根据药性组方搭配使用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种含青稞的香橼泡腾片,是由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:
香橼100、青稞10、麦芽8、竹炭粉4、小苏打2、陈皮3、干姜2、肉桂1、沙苑子3、山楂4、枳椇子1、罗汉果2、葛根4、酸粉和椰汁适量;
所述酸粉是由下述重量比的原料制成:米醋:沙棘油:芡实=1:1:5。
一种含青稞的香橼泡腾片制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将芡实拣杂洗净后晒干,倒入烧热的沙棘油中,小火翻炒至熟香,再倒入米醋,小火翻炒至干后冷却,超微粉碎,得到酸粉;
(2)将新鲜的香橼用含有1%白醋的凉水浸泡30分钟,再去杂洗净,经冷冻干燥、超微粉碎、过筛,得到香橼粉和残渣;
(3)将上述残渣与陈皮、干姜、肉桂等中药原料混合粉碎,加入5倍清水,文火煎煮2小时,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将优质青稞、麦芽拣杂洗净,用椰汁浸泡6小时,捞出洗净后晾干,送入锅中,倒入竹炭粉,小火翻炒至熟香,筛去竹炭粉,粉碎后得到青稞粉;
(5)将上述香橼粉、中药粉、青稞粉与小苏打混合均匀,超微粉碎后得到粉料,将粉料制成小颗粒状药粒,将上述酸粉在药粒表面压片成型,低温烘干后得到成品药粒。

Claims (1)

1.一种含青稞的香橼泡腾片,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:香橼100-120、青稞10-15、麦芽8-12、竹炭粉4-5、小苏打适量、陈皮3-4、干姜2-3、肉桂1-2、沙苑子3-4、山楂4-5、枳椇子1-2、罗汉果2-3、葛根4-5、酸粉和椰汁适量,还包括含有1-2%白醋的凉水;所述酸粉是由下述重量比的原料制成:米醋:沙棘油:芡实=1:1:4-6;
所述的含青稞的香橼泡腾片制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将芡实拣杂洗净后晒干,倒入烧热的沙棘油中,小火翻炒至熟香,再倒入米醋,小火翻炒至干后冷却,超微粉碎,得到酸粉;
(2)将新鲜的香橼用含有1-2%白醋的凉水浸泡30-40分钟,再去杂洗净,经冷冻干燥、超微粉碎、过筛,得到香橼粉和残渣;

(5)将上述香橼粉、中药粉、青稞粉与小苏打混合均匀,超微粉碎后得到粉料,将粉料制成小颗粒状药粒,将上述酸粉在药粒表面压片成型,低温烘干后得到成品药粒。
