本发明是一种注塑模具系统的二次顶出机构,包括产品,镶件,静模,动模,弹簧,油缸和齿轮机构,所述镶件前端设置有螺牙,所述螺牙与产品接触,所述产品设置在静模和动模之间,所述动模另一端设置有推板,在所述动模和推板之间设置所述弹簧,所述油缸通过齿轮机构驱动所述镶件转动。采用本发明技术方案,注塑时不易变形,在带有螺牙结构的产品的脱模时,螺牙不会拉伤或损坏。

本发明涉及注塑模具领域,具体涉及一种注塑模具系统的二次顶出机构。
背景技术
注塑模具生产过程,如果产品材质较软,耐热性不高,在注塑时容易变形,并且,产品上有螺牙,脱模时,容易拉伤,损坏螺牙,造成产品不合格等缺陷,达不到生产要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的问题,提供一种注塑模具系统的二次顶出机构。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种注塑模具系统的二次顶出机构,包括产品,镶件,静模,动模,弹簧,油缸和齿轮机构,所述镶件前端设置有螺牙,所述螺牙与产品接触,所述产品设置在静模和动模之间,所述动模另一端设置有推板,在所述动模和推板之间设置所述弹簧,所述油缸通过齿轮机构驱动所述镶件转动。
优选的,所述动模和推板上分别设有槽,所述弹簧的一端抵紧所述动模上的槽底,另一端抵紧所述推板上的槽底。
本发明的有益效果是:
采用本发明技术方案,注塑时不易变形,在带有螺牙结构的产品的脱模时,螺牙不会拉伤或损坏。

具体实施方式
下面将参考附图并结合实施例,来详细说明本发明。
参照图1所示,一种注塑模具系统的二次顶出机构,主要包括产品1,镶件2,静模3,动模4,弹簧5,油缸6和齿轮机构7,所述镶件2前端设置有螺牙21,所述螺牙21与产品1接触,所述产品1设置在静模3和动模4之间,所述动模4另一端设置有推板8,在所述动模4和推板8之间设置所述弹簧5,所述油缸6通过齿轮机构7驱动所述镶件2转动。
所述齿轮机构7包括齿轮板71、主动齿轮72、中间齿轮73、第一从动齿轮74、第一从动齿轮轴75、轴端小齿轮76、第二从动齿轮轴77、第二从动齿轮78、第三从动齿轮轴79和第三从动齿轮80,其中,主动齿轮72连接油缸6,主动齿轮72通过中间齿轮73啮合第一从动齿轮74,第一从动齿轮74安装在第一从动齿轮轴75上,第一从动齿轮轴75一端还安装有轴端小齿轮76,轴端小齿轮76分别与第二从动齿轮78和第三从动齿轮80相啮合,第二从动齿轮78和第三从动齿轮80分别安装在第二从动齿轮轴77和第三从动齿轮轴79,第二从动齿轮轴77和第三从动齿轮轴79分别连接一个镶件2,本实施例中有两个镶件2,几个齿轮轴一端安装在齿轮板71上,另一端安装在推板8上。
所述动模4和推板8上分别设有槽,所述弹簧5的一端抵紧所述动模4上的槽底,另一端抵紧所述推板8上的槽底。
本发明的原理:
注塑完成后开模时,动模4先向后移动一小段距离,油缸6驱动齿轮机构7动作,从而带动镶件2转动,实现螺牙21的脱模,接着弹簧5恢复,弹出推板8,动模4再次向后移动,取出产品1。

1.一种注塑模具系统的二次顶出机构,主要包括产品(1),镶件(2),静模(3),动模(4),弹簧(5),油缸(6)和齿轮机构(7),其特征在于,所述镶件(2)前端设置有螺牙(21),所述螺牙(21)与产品(1)接触,所述产品(1)设置在静模(3)和动模(4)之间,所述动模(4)另一端设置有推板(8),在所述动模(4)和推板(8)之间设置所述弹簧(5),所述油缸(6)通过齿轮机构(7)驱动所述镶件(2)转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的注塑模具系统的二次顶出机构,其特征在于,所述动模(4)和推板(8)上分别设有槽,所述弹簧(5)的一端抵紧所述动模(4)上的槽底,另一端抵紧所述推板(8)上的槽底。
