本发明涉及一种含门冬氨酸鸟氨酸的饮品及其制备方法。该饮品包括以下重量百分比的成分:门冬氨酸鸟氨酸0.1-30%、酒石酸0.01-3%、白砂糖0.1-10%、葡萄糖0.1-10%、柠檬酸0.01-3%、乳酸0.01-10%、蜂蜜0.01-10%,余量为纯净水。本发明进一步公开了该饮品的制备方法。本发明饮品口感好适于日常饮用,具有修复损伤的肝细胞、保护肝脏的功效,可护肝、解毒、缓解醉酒。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健食品领域,具体涉及一种含门冬氨酸鸟氨酸的复合配方饮品及其制备方法,属于含门冬氨酸鸟氨酸的饮品领域。
背景技术
由于现代人生活节奏快,工作压力大,过度劳累,缺乏运动,应酬喝酒的场合多,导致很多人肝脏负担大,发生肥胖性脂肪肝、酒精性脂肪肝等,肝脏长期处于损伤状态。并且中国目前是病毒性肝炎发病大国,许多患者需要服用抗病毒药物,但是这样肝脏除了负担营养物质的转化工作外还要担负解除药物毒性的重任,而肝脏被病毒感染后,不仅难以完成药物的解毒重任,还有可能产生药物性肝损伤,加速肝组织纤维化。因此目前需要一种既不增加肝脏负担、又能有利于损伤的肝细胞修复、保护肝脏并且口感好适于日常饮用的饮品。
发明内容
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明提供一种含门冬氨酸鸟氨酸的饮品,饮用后可缓解肝炎、脂肪肝,可解肝毒、缓解醉酒症状并且口感好。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种含门冬氨酸鸟氨酸的饮品,该饮品包括以下重量百分比的成分:门冬氨酸鸟氨酸0.1-30%、酒石酸0.01-3%、白砂糖0.1-10%、葡萄糖0.1-10%、柠檬酸0.01-3%、乳酸0.01-10%、蜂蜜0.01-10%,余量为纯净水。
优选的,该饮品还包括果汁、牛奶或酸奶中的一种或一种以上。
优选的,所述果汁、牛奶或酸奶的重量百分比分别为1-99%。
还提供了一种含门冬氨酸鸟氨酸的饮品的制备方法,包括:
(1)将门冬氨酸鸟氨酸、酒石酸、白砂糖、葡萄糖、柠檬酸、乳酸、蜂蜜、果汁、牛奶和酸奶倒入纯净水中混匀加热升温至充分溶解;(2)滤膜过滤,滤液灭菌,分装,即得。
优选的,步骤(1)中所述的升温是将混合溶液的温度升温至40-50℃。
优选的,步骤(2)中所述的灭菌是将滤液温度升到62~65℃,保持30分钟。
所述滤膜为孔径范围为0.15μm至2.0μm的滤膜。
本发明提供的含门冬氨酸鸟氨酸的饮品被饮用后分解出的鸟氨酸几乎参与了尿素循环活化和氨解毒的全过程,促进氨甲酰磷酸合成酶及谷氨酰胺的合成,增加了肝脏的解毒功能,改善支链氨基酸与芳香氨基酸的比值,临床上可显著降低血氨;门冬氨酸则参与肝细胞内谷氨酰胺和核酸合成,可促进肝脏内谷氨酰胺合成,又间接参与三羧酸循环合成,并提供能量代谢的中间产物,改善肝脏功能,加速受损肝细胞的自我修复和再生过程。除此之外,由于加入了白砂糖、果汁、牛奶或者酸奶等调味成分,使本饮品口感好,果汁、蜂蜜及牛奶为本饮品进一步提供人体所需要的营养成分,提供日常所需能量。乳酸、酒石酸和柠檬酸等有机酸的加入既起到调节产品酸度改善口味的效果又能与乙醇反应生成酯类物质,缓解醉酒后的不适症状。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细描述。
实施例1:将重量百分比为64.12%的纯净水倒入配料罐中,然后加入门冬氨酸鸟氨酸使其含量为0.6%,酒石酸为0.06%,柠檬酸为0.06%,葡萄糖为1.2%,白砂糖为1.8%,乳酸为0.06%,蜂蜜为0.3%,最后加入果汁12.7%,牛奶12.7%、酸奶6.4%。加入完毕后逐渐加热升温至40℃边搅拌边升温直至充分混匀为止,再用0.8μm滤膜过滤,过滤后将温度升至62℃,保持30分钟进行灭菌,最后分装。
实施例2:将重量百分比为84.98%的纯净水倒入配料罐,然后加入门冬氨酸鸟氨酸使其含量为0.45%,酒石酸为0.09%,柠檬酸为0.09%,葡萄糖为1.8%,白砂糖为2.7%,乳酸为0.09%,蜂蜜为0.9%,最后只加入果汁使其含量为8.9%。加入完毕后逐渐加热升温至50℃边搅拌边升温直至充分混匀为止,再用0.22μm或者2.0μm滤膜过滤,过滤后将温度升至65℃,保持30分钟进行灭菌,最后分装。
实施例3:将重量百分比为84.88%的纯净水倒入配料罐,然后加入门冬氨酸鸟氨酸使其含量为0.45%,酒石酸为0.09%,柠檬酸为0.09%,葡萄糖为1.8%,白砂糖为2.7%,乳酸为0.09%,蜂蜜为0.9%,最后只加入牛奶使其含量为9%。加入完毕后逐渐加热升温至45℃边搅拌边升温直至充分混匀为止,再用0.8μm滤膜过滤,过滤后将温度升至到64℃,保持30分钟进行灭菌,最后分装。
实施例4:将重量百分比为84.93%的纯净水倒入配料罐,然后加入门冬氨酸鸟氨酸使其含量为0.45%,酒石酸为0.09%,柠檬酸为0.04%,葡萄糖为1.8%,白砂糖为2.7%,乳酸为0.09%,蜂蜜为0.9%,最后只加入酸奶使其含量为9%。加入完毕后逐渐加热升温至42℃边搅拌边升温直至充分混匀为止,再用0.8μm滤膜过滤,过滤后将温度升至到63℃,保持30分钟进行灭菌,最后分装。
实施例5:缓解肝炎、脂肪肝的实验数据如下:
选取10名轻度肝炎患者和15名脂肪肝患者作为自愿被试志愿者,1月内每天饮用本发明的饮品两瓶,每瓶300ml,之后经医院检查后脂肪肝患者病情改善者53.3%,肝功能指数(谷草转氨酶AST、谷丙转氨酶ALT)下降的患者48%。
实施例6:缓解醉酒后不适症状实验数据如下:
选取10名自愿被试志愿者,每人在1小时内喝下56度白酒150ml,期间不食用其他食物或饮料,9名被试者出现不同程度的恶心、头晕、胃灼烧感等,之后分别提供其饮用本发明的饮品300ml,饮用完本饮品半小时之后询问其不适症状,其中77.8%的人胃灼烧感减轻,88.9%的人恶心症状减轻,55.6%的人头晕症状减轻。

1.一种含门冬氨酸鸟氨酸的饮品,其特征在于:该饮品包括以下重量百分比的成分:门冬氨酸鸟氨酸0.1-30%、酒石酸0.01-3%、白砂糖0.1-10%、葡萄糖0.1-10%、柠檬酸0.01-3%、乳酸0.01-10%、蜂蜜0.01-10%,还包括果汁、牛奶或酸奶中的一种或一种以上,余量为纯净水。
2.如权利要求1所述的含门冬氨酸鸟氨酸的饮品,其特征在于:当饮品中还包括果汁、牛奶或酸奶中的一种时,所述果汁、牛奶或酸奶的重量百分比为1-99%;当饮品中还包括果汁、牛奶或酸奶中的一种以上时,所述果汁和牛奶、果汁和酸奶、牛奶和酸奶或果汁牛奶和酸奶的重量百分比之和为1-99%。
3.一种制备权利要求1所述的含门冬氨酸鸟氨酸的饮品的方法,其特征在于,包括:(1)将门冬氨酸鸟氨酸、酒石酸、白砂糖、葡萄糖、柠檬酸、乳酸、蜂蜜倒入纯净水中,最后加入果汁、牛奶或酸奶中的一种或一种以上,混匀加热升温至充分溶解;(2)滤膜过滤,滤液灭菌,分装,即得。
4.按照权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述的升温是升温至40-50℃。
5.按照权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中所述的灭菌是将滤液温度升到62~65℃,保持30分钟。
6.按照权利要求3所述的的方法,其特征在于:所述滤膜为孔径范围为0.15μm至2.0μm的滤膜。
