本发明公开了一种隧道砖窑的预烘干装置，包括烘干房和铺设于烘干房地面上的铁轨，所述烘干房设置在隧道砖窑的一侧，在烘干房一端的地下设有与隧道砖窑连通的风道，该风道在烘干房内的地面上设有多个出风口，所述风道的进风口处设置有鼓风机，鼓风机将隧道砖窑的热风通过风道及出风口送入烘干房内；所述烘干房的另一端设置有烟囱。本发明设置在隧道砖窑的一侧，充分利用隧道砖窑内的余热进行烘干，其结构合理，节约能源，效果好。

一种隧道砖窑的预烘干装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种砖坯烘干装置，属于砖窑技术领域。
背景技术
人行道彩砖隧道窑是用建筑材料建造一座隧道形式的固定窑体，在窑体中段设一焙烧段，焙烧段两端分别为预热段和保温段，在窑体内铺设有铁轨，焙烧时，将干燥的砖坯码放于平板车上，将满载干燥砖坯的平板列车牵引至焙烧段，点火焙烧。这种隧道窑利用焙烧段在窑体内散发的余热可完成预热、升温、保温的各段工序，其具有节约能源的优势。现有技术在烧制砖的过程中，要先把砖坯在日光下晒干或烘干，然后进窑烧制，也就是在烧制前需要先进行砖坯的干燥，不干的砖坯直接进窑烧制，容易出现变形，影响质量，而且需要的工期长，当遇有不好的天气时更是时间长，更是费时费力；若单独设置烘干房，造成能源浪费。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术存在的缺陷，提供一种用于隧道砖窑的烘干装置。
为解决这一技术问题，本发明提供了一种隧道砖窑的预烘干装置，包括烘干房和铺设于烘干房地面上的铁轨，所述烘干房设置在隧道砖窑的一侧，在烘干房一端的地下设有与隧道砖窑连通的风道，该风道在烘干房内的地面上设有多个出风口，所述风道的进风口处设置有鼓风机，鼓风机将隧道砖窑的热风通过风道及出风口送入烘干房内；所述烘干房的另一端设置有烟囱。
所述风道4的进风口设置在隧道砖窑3的预热段或保温段。
所述烘干房内铺设的铁轨与隧道砖窑内的铁轨相连。
有益效果：本发明设置在隧道砖窑的一侧，充分利用隧道砖窑内的余热进行烘干，其结构合理，节约能源，效果好。

本发明包括烘干房1和铺设于烘干房1地面上的铁轨2，所述烘干房1设置在隧道砖窑3的一侧，在烘干房1一端的地下设有与隧道砖窑3连通的风道4，该风道4在烘干房1的地面上设有多个出风口5，所述风道4的进风口处设置有鼓风机6，鼓风机6将隧道砖窑3的热风通过风道4及出风口5送入烘干房1内；所述烘干房1的另一端设置有烟囱7。
所述风道4的进风口设置在隧道砖窑3的预热段或保温段。
所述烘干房1内铺设的铁轨2与隧道砖窑3内的铁轨相连。
本发明设置在隧道砖窑的一侧，充分利用隧道砖窑内的余热进行烘干，其结构合理，节约能源，效果好。

1.一种隧道砖窑的预烘干装置，其特征在于：包括烘干房（1）和铺设于烘干房（1）地面上的铁轨（2），所述烘干房（1）设置在隧道砖窑（3）的一侧，在烘干房（1）一端的地下设有与隧道砖窑（3）连通的风道（4），该风道（4）在烘干房（1）内的地面上设有多个出风口（5），所述风道（4）的进风口处设置有鼓风机（6），鼓风机（6）将隧道砖窑（3）的热风通过风道（4）及出风口（5）送入烘干房（1）；所述烘干房（1）的另一端设置有烟囱（7）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隧道砖窑的预烘干装置，其特征在于：所述风道（4）的进风口设置在隧道砖窑（3）的预热段或保温段。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的隧道砖窑的预烘干装置，其特征在于：所述烘干房（1）内铺设的铁轨（2）与隧道砖窑（3）内的铁轨相连。
