Abstract
一种曲柄连接机构,天心锁紧块焊接在缺口中,平键插套在方形槽中,天心的转轴和平键插套在天心锁紧块上的锁紧块中心孔中,内六角螺丝螺接在天心锁紧块上且内六角螺丝的前端伸入锁紧块中心孔中抵压在平键上;台阶靠压在天心锁紧块的左平面上,垫片插套在第二外六角螺杆上且夹持在天心锁紧块的右平面和第二外六角螺杆的帽部之间,第二外六角螺杆螺接在天心的转轴上;曲柄转轴插套在圆盘上的曲柄转轴插套孔中,第二内六角螺丝穿过圆盘预设的螺钉穿过孔、曲柄上的预设孔与天心螺接在一起。它利用整个机构所形成的重心分配不均匀的特点,使机构在运转过程中由惯性引导循环往复,在使用过程中,让健身者感觉更省力,运动起来更为流畅舒适。

技术领域:
本发明涉及健身运动器械技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种健身运动器械上所用的曲柄连接机构。
背景技术:
目前生产中的健身器材的曲柄连接机构基本是采用三根直管焊接而成的十字架式的结构,这种结构重量分布均匀,而且质量相对较轻。其不足之处是:它在使用过程中,会给使用者产生运行起来比较费力,运行不够流畅的感觉。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种曲柄连接机构,它利用机构产生的惯性力,在使用过程中,让健身者感觉更省力,运动起来更为流畅舒适。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种曲柄连接机构,包括曲柄、天心和圆盘,曲柄上固定有曲柄转轴,天心的转轴上成型有台阶和方形槽,曲柄上成型有缺口,天心锁紧块焊接在缺口中,外六角螺杆穿过天心锁紧块和曲柄上的预设槽口与螺母螺接在一起,平键插套在方形槽中,天心的转轴和平键插套在天心锁紧块上的锁紧块中心孔中,内六角螺丝螺接在天心锁紧块上且内六角螺丝的前端伸入锁紧块中心孔中抵压在平键上;
台阶靠压在天心锁紧块的左平面上,垫片插套在第二外六角螺杆上且夹持在天心锁紧块的右平面和第二外六角螺杆的帽部之间,第二外六角螺杆螺接在天心的转轴上;
圆盘上成型有圆盘中心孔、曲柄转轴插套孔和螺钉穿过孔,曲柄转轴插套在曲柄转轴插套孔中,在圆盘中心孔处附近的圆盘实体上成型有螺钉穿过孔,第二内六角螺丝穿过螺钉穿过孔、曲柄上的预设孔与天心螺接在一起。
所述自攻螺丝穿过曲柄上的预设孔与惯性轮螺接在一起。
所述第二内六角螺丝有四个。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、它利用整个机构的惯性力,在使用过程中,让健身者感觉更省力,运动起来更为流畅舒适。
2、圆盘、曲柄和天心连接紧凑,稳定性好,安装容易。

具体实施方式:
实施例:见图1所示,一种曲柄连接机构,包括曲柄1、天心2和圆盘3,曲柄1上固定有曲柄转轴1a,天心2的转轴上成型有台阶22和方形槽21,曲柄1上成型有缺口1b,天心锁紧块4焊接在缺口1b中,外六角螺杆8穿过天心锁紧块4和曲柄1上的预设槽口与螺母9螺接在一起,平键5插套在方形槽21中,天心2的转轴和平键5插套在天心锁紧块4上的锁紧块中心孔41中,内六角螺丝10螺接在天心锁紧块4上且内六角螺丝10的前端伸入锁紧块中心孔41中抵压在平键5上;
台阶22靠压在天心锁紧块4的左平面上,垫片6插套在第二外六角螺杆7上且夹持在天心锁紧块4的右平面和第二外六角螺杆7的帽部之间,第二外六角螺杆7螺接在天心2的转轴上;
圆盘3上成型有圆盘中心孔31、曲柄转轴插套孔32和螺钉穿过孔33,曲柄转轴1a插套在曲柄转轴插套孔32中,在圆盘中心孔31处附近的圆盘3实体上成型有螺钉穿过孔33,第二内六角螺丝11穿过螺钉穿过孔33、曲柄1上的预设孔与天心2螺接在一起。
所述自攻螺丝12穿过曲柄1上的预设孔与圆盘3螺接在一起。
所述第二内六角螺丝11有四个。
工作原理:见图2所示,本发明安装到椭圆机上后,图2所示状态为初始位置,此时外脚踏管C的左端位于最高点位置,而内脚踏管D的左端处于最低点,健身者的右脚和左脚分别踩踏在外脚踏板B和内脚踏板E上,右脚用力踩外脚踏板B,惯性轮3顺时针转动,当外脚踏杆C的左端转到最低点位置时,此时正好是图3所示状态,在该机构的惯性作用下,曲柄1继续转动,这样健身者便会感觉到曲柄1的转动更为顺畅和舒适。

1. 一种曲柄连接机构,包括曲柄(1)、天心(2)和圆盘(3),曲柄(1)上固定有曲柄转轴(1a),其特征在于:天心(2)的转轴上成型有台阶(22)和方形槽(21),曲柄(1)上成型有缺口(1b),天心锁紧块(4)焊接在缺口(1b)中,外六角螺杆(8)穿过天心锁紧块(4)和曲柄(1)上的预设槽口与螺母(9)螺接在一起,平键(5)插套在方形槽(21)中,天心(2)的转轴和平键(5)插套在天心锁紧块(4)上的锁紧块中心孔(41)中,内六角螺丝(10)螺接在天心锁紧块(4)上且内六角螺丝(10)的前端伸入锁紧块中心孔(41)中抵压在平键(5)上;
台阶(22)靠压在天心锁紧块(4)的左平面上,垫片(6)插套在第二外六角螺杆(7)上且夹持在天心锁紧块(4)的右平面和第二外六角螺杆(7)的帽部之间,第二外六角螺杆(7)螺接在天心(2)的转轴上;
圆盘(3)上成型有圆盘中心孔(31)、曲柄转轴插套孔(32)和螺钉穿过孔(33),曲柄转轴(1a)插套在曲柄转轴插套孔(32)中,在圆盘中心孔(31)处附近的圆盘(3)实体上成型有螺钉穿过孔(33),第二内六角螺丝(11)穿过螺钉穿过孔(33)、曲柄(1)上的预设孔与天心(2)螺接在一起。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种曲柄连接机构,其特征在于:自攻螺丝(12)穿过曲柄(1)上的预设孔与圆盘(3)螺接在一起。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种曲柄连接机构,其特征在于:第二内六角螺丝(11)有四个。
