本发明涉及一种应用于冰箱门的三元乙丙橡胶密封条,属于橡胶技术领域。本发明应用于冰箱门的三元乙丙橡胶密封条由以下重量份的原料组成:三元乙丙橡胶100份、聚氯乙烯23-30份、碳酸钙40-45份、聚乙烯蜡1-3份、石蜡0.1-0.5份、促进剂1-1.2份、聚乙二醇2-5份、氧化锌1-1.5份、抗氧剂10100.2-0.5份、钙锌稳定剂4-6份、增塑剂0.5-1.5份、硫化剂0.5-2份。本发明橡胶密封条拉伸强度高,延伸性好,有良好的耐低温性能,综合力学性能良好,对人体无毒。

    本发明属于橡胶技术领域,具体是一种应用于冰箱门的三元乙丙橡胶密封条。
背景技术
三元乙丙橡胶具有优越的耐氧化、抗臭氧和抗侵蚀的能力。由于三元乙丙橡胶属于聚烯烃家族,它具有极好的硫化特性。在所有橡胶当中,三元乙丙橡胶具有最低的比重。它能吸收大量的填料和油而影响特性不大。
聚氯乙烯(PolyVinyl Chloride,经常被称作PVC)是一种使用一个氯原子取代聚乙烯中的一个氢原子的高分子材料。由氯乙烯在引发剂作用下聚合而成的热塑性树脂。是氯乙烯的均聚物。氯乙烯均聚物和氯乙烯共聚物统称为氯乙烯树脂。PVC为无定形结构的白色粉末,支化度较小。工业生产的PVC分子量一般在5万~12万范围内,具有较大的多分散性,分子量随聚合温度的降低而增加;无固定熔点,80~85℃开始软化,130℃变为粘弹态,160~180℃开始转变为粘流态;有较好的机械性能。
随着人们对健康的关注以及冰箱行业的发展,人们对冰箱配件的要求越来越高。冰箱门密封条要求力学性能、抗迁移性合格,还要求对人体无毒。

本发明的目的在于提供一种应用于冰箱门的三元乙丙橡胶密封条。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种应用于冰箱门的三元乙丙橡胶密封条,其特征在于,所述应用于冰箱门的三元乙丙橡胶密封条由以下重量份的原料组成:三元乙丙橡胶100份、聚氯乙烯23-30份、碳酸钙40-45份、聚乙烯蜡1-3份、石蜡0.1-0.5份、促进剂1-1.2份、聚乙二醇2-5份、氧化锌1-1.5份、抗氧剂1010 0.2-0.5份、钙锌稳定剂4-6份、增塑剂0.5-1.5份、硫化剂0.5-2份。
所述应用于冰箱门的三元乙丙橡胶密封条由以下重量份的原料组成:三元乙丙橡胶100份、聚氯乙烯26份、碳酸钙43份、聚乙烯蜡2份、石蜡0.3份、促进剂1.1份、聚乙二醇3.5份、氧化锌1.2份、抗氧剂1010 0.35份、钙锌稳定剂5份、增塑剂1份、硫化剂1.6份。
所述硫化剂为过氧化二异丙苯。
本发明的有益效果:本发明橡胶密封条在三元乙丙橡胶中加入聚氯乙烯,改善单一配方的缺点;本发明橡胶密封条拉伸强度高,延伸性好,有良好的耐低温性能,综合力学性能良好,对人体无毒。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
一种应用于冰箱门的三元乙丙橡胶密封条,所述应用于冰箱门的三元乙丙橡胶密封条由以下重量份的原料组成:三元乙丙橡胶100份、聚氯乙烯26份、碳酸钙43份、聚乙烯蜡2份、石蜡0.3份、促进剂1.1份、聚乙二醇3.5份、氧化锌1.2份、抗氧剂1010 0.35份、钙锌稳定剂5份、增塑剂1份、过氧化二异丙苯1.6份。将上述原料高温搅拌均匀,进入密炼机密炼,混炼15min,经双螺杆挤出机挤出,即得到本发明三元乙丙橡胶密封条。
实施例2
一种应用于冰箱门的三元乙丙橡胶密封条,所述应用于冰箱门的三元乙丙橡胶密封条由以下重量份的原料组成:三元乙丙橡胶100份、聚氯乙烯23份、碳酸钙40份、聚乙烯蜡1份、石蜡0.1份、促进剂1份、聚乙二醇2份、氧化锌1份、抗氧剂1010 0.2份、钙锌稳定剂4份、增塑剂0.5份、过氧化二异丙苯0.5份。将上述原料高温搅拌均匀,进入密炼机密炼,混炼15min,经双螺杆挤出机挤出,即得到本发明三元乙丙橡胶密封条。

一种应用于冰箱门的三元乙丙橡胶密封条,所述应用于冰箱门的三元乙丙橡胶密封条由以下重量份的原料组成:三元乙丙橡胶100份、聚氯乙烯30份、碳酸钙45份、聚乙烯蜡3份、石蜡0.5份、促进剂1.2份、聚乙二醇5份、氧化锌1.5份、抗氧剂1010 0.5份、钙锌稳定剂6份、增塑剂1.5份、过氧化二异丙苯2份。将上述原料高温搅拌均匀,进入密炼机密炼,混炼15min,经双螺杆挤出机挤出,即得到本发明三元乙丙橡胶密封条。
