本发明属于食品添加剂领域,具体涉及一种食品防腐剂,按重量计包括:大蒜提取物、迷迭香提取物、丁香提取物、阿魏提取物,本发明提供的食品添加剂使用植物中提取,无毒副作用,抗菌效果好,各组分可以协同配合,抗菌广谱性能好,而且对环境要求较低,水溶性好,在添加过程中在食物中分散均匀。

本发明属于食品添加剂领域,具体涉及一种食品防腐剂。
背景技术
吃剩的食物如果不及时保存,肯定会变味,这是众所周知的常识---细菌作怪。细菌的威力不说不知道,一说把人吓一跳,如“肉毒菌”,它能产生世界上最毒的物质——“肉毒素”,这种毒素只需 l 克便可毒死 200 万人 ;“黄曲霉”,它所产生的“黄曲霉毒素”是最强的致癌物质之一。黄曲霉毒素的毒性是氰化钾的20倍,而肉毒素是氰化钾的2万倍。此还有痢疾杆菌、致病性大肠杆菌、副溶血弧菌、沙门菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等。食品防腐剂是能防止由微生物引起的腐败变质、延长食品保藏期的食品添加剂。食品防腐剂是即对以腐败物质为代谢底物的微生物的生长具有持续的抑制作用。重要的是它能在不同情况下抑制最易发生的腐败作用,特别是在一般灭菌作用不充分时仍具有持续性的效果。现在的防腐剂多为化学合成制备的,成分较为单一,抗菌的光谱性较差。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的上述缺点,本发明提供一种食品防腐剂,从植物中提取,无毒副作用,且抗菌广谱性好。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种食品防腐剂,按重量计包括:
大蒜提取物    35-55份
迷迭香提取物  18-30份
丁香提取物    10-15份
阿魏提取物    15-30份
上述各物质的提取方法:
将上述各物质分别洗净,并捣碎成1-3cm的小块,然后加入5%的食盐水,浸泡5-8h,然后进行蒸馏,蒸馏提取3次,然后对提取液进行精馏,精馏后得到提取物,然后将各提取物进行混合得到成品。
优选地,可以将上述混合好的提取物加入到在45℃下的琼脂中,琼脂与上述提取物的重量比为2:1,便于保存和运输。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的食品添加剂使用植物中提取,无毒副作用,抗菌效果好,各组分可以协同配合,抗菌广谱性能好,而且对环境要求较低,水溶性好,在添加过程中在食物中分散均匀。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种食品防腐剂,按重量计包括:
大蒜提取物    50份
迷迭香提取物  20份
丁香提取物    15份
阿魏提取物    15份
上述各物质的提取方法:
将上述各物质分别洗净,并捣碎成1-3cm的小块,然后加入5%的食盐水,浸泡5-8h,然后进行蒸馏,蒸馏提取3次,然后对提取液进行精馏,精馏后得到提取物,然后将各提取物进行混合得到成品。
添加量为食物重量的0.25%,就可以对食物进行有效的防腐作用。

一种食品防腐剂,按重量计包括:
大蒜提取物    40份
迷迭香提取物  25份
丁香提取物   15份
阿魏提取物    20份

现将实施例1-5的方案与山梨酸、山梨酸钾、苯甲酸进行对比试验,实验材料为荞麦饼干、卤蛋、卤猪脚、腌香椿,将上述进行包装,在28℃、相对湿度70%下保存,结果如下表:
