背景技术
食品添加剂是为改善食品色、香、味等品质,以及为防腐和加工工艺的需要而加入食品中的化合物质或者天然物质。食品添加剂多种多样,可以对食物的颜色、味道等进行调节,增加食物的口味和保存时间。现在的食品添加剂成分较为单一,功能也较为单一,一般食品的制作过程中需要添加多种食品添加剂,并且需要对各种添加剂的分量进行调配,使用不便。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的上述缺点,本发明提供一种食品添加剂,通过对各种原料进行复配,得到功能多样且性能稳定的食品添加剂。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种食品添加剂,包括:β-胡萝卜素、叶黄素、果胶、L-抗坏血酸、硅铝酸钠、磷酸三钙、微晶纤维素、肌苷酸、L-鹅膏覃氨酸。
一种食品添加剂,按重量计包括:β-胡萝卜素18-30%、叶黄素8-18%、果胶6-10%、L-抗坏血酸10-18%、硅铝酸钠1-3%、磷酸三钙1-3%、微晶纤维素0-2%、肌苷酸6-20%、L-鹅膏覃氨酸8-15%。
本食品添加剂可用于酱牛肉、腌菜、面食领域,添加剂的使用量为食物重量的0.15-0.5%。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的食品添加剂中包括多种着色剂、抗结块剂、防腐剂等,可以对食物进行全面的添加,提高食物的口感、色泽和保鲜性能,而且本发明提供的食品添加剂成本低廉,使用简单。

实施例1
一种食品添加剂,按重量计包括:β-胡萝卜素28%、叶黄素14%、果胶8%、L-抗坏血酸15%、硅铝酸钠1%、磷酸三钙1%、微晶纤维素1%、肌苷酸20%、L-鹅膏覃氨酸12%。
实施例2
一种食品添加剂,按重量计包括:β-胡萝卜素30%、叶黄素16%、果胶10%、L-抗坏血酸16%、硅铝酸钠1%、磷酸三钙1%、微晶纤维素2%、肌苷酸15%、L-鹅膏覃氨酸9%。
实施例3
一种食品添加剂,按重量计包括:β-胡萝卜素22%、叶黄素15%、果胶10%、L-抗坏血酸16%、硅铝酸钠1%、磷酸三钙2%、肌苷酸19%、L-鹅膏覃氨酸15%。

1.一种食品添加剂,其特征在于,包括β-胡萝卜素、叶黄素、果胶、L-抗坏血酸、硅铝酸钠、磷酸三钙、微晶纤维素、肌苷酸、L-鹅膏覃氨酸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品添加剂,其特征在于,按重量计包括:β-胡萝卜素18-30%、叶黄素8-18%、果胶6-10%、L-抗坏血酸10-18%、硅铝酸钠1-3%、磷酸三钙1-3%、微晶纤维素0-2%、肌苷酸6-20%、L-鹅膏覃氨酸8-15%。
