本发明公开了一种高密封注塑模具用止水栓,包括铜材质的套管,所述套管外均匀设有数个橡胶圈,所述套管内设有铝材质的紧固栓,所述紧固栓由数个圆台连接而成,所述每个圆台下底面外缘设有一圈凸起,所述每圈凸起位于每个橡胶圈内,所述紧固栓内部设有一膨胀螺丝;本发明的优点有:在高温下膨胀效果显著,能够实现堵水、堵气的结合,且堵水、堵气效率大大提高;能够耐高温,结构简单,节约成本,使用方便,延长了使用寿命。

一种高密封注塑模具用止水栓
技术领域
本发明涉及注塑模具零部件领域,特别是一种高密封注塑模具用止水栓。 
背景技术
止水栓是用于塑胶模或任何水道冷却或加温系统之中,依照所需的流向配合起到有关于填塞的作用的金属零件。止水栓使用范围:塑胶模具、水道流道冷却系统、流道水道加温导热系统。 
塑胶件注塑过程中,一般需要设计许多冷却或加热水路,而传统的注塑模具用止水栓是靠橡胶的膨胀进行密封的,水温较高时,容易出现漏水现象,封堵效果有限,通常不能实现堵水和堵气结合,且不耐高温,使得大范围的使用受到了限制,并减小了使用寿命,大大降低了使用效率。 
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种高密封注塑模具用止水栓,能够极大的提高封堵效率,实现堵水和堵气结合。 
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案: 
一种高密封注塑模具用止水栓,其特征在于,包括铜材质的套管,所述套管外均匀设有数个橡胶圈,所述套管内设有铝材质的紧固栓,所述紧固栓由数个圆台连接而成,所述每个圆台下底面外缘设有一圈凸起,所述每圈凸起位于每个橡胶圈内,所述紧固栓内部设有一膨胀螺丝。 
一种高密封注塑模具用止水栓,其特征在于,所述套管的材质为黄铜。 
一种高密封注塑模具用止水栓,其特征在于,所述橡胶圈为耐高温橡胶圈。 
一种高密封注塑模具用止水栓,其特征在于,所述橡胶圈的个数为4-8个,所述对应的圆台个数为4-8个。 
一种高密封注塑模具用止水栓,其特征在于,所述橡胶圈的厚度为0.5-1.5mm。 
一种高密封注塑模具用止水栓,其特征在于,所述圆台下底面外缘凸起的外侧面距离橡胶圈顶端的厚度为0.2-1.2mm。 
一种高密封注塑模具用止水栓,其特征在于,所述橡胶圈外侧面还设有一圈铜圈,所述铜圈的厚度为0.3-0.8mm。 
本发明的原理为:1.本发明的止水栓利用不同材质的热膨胀系数,将设在内部的紧固 栓运用热膨胀系数大的铝(热膨胀系=23*10-6/℃),外部的套管运用热膨胀系数较大的铜(热膨胀系=17.7*10-6/℃),在铜套管上设有耐高温橡胶圈,在升温时,铝质紧固栓迅速膨胀,进而带动铜质套管及橡胶圈的膨胀,进一步加大了套管及橡胶圈的膨胀力度;2.本发明的止水栓利用铜部件受热膨胀原理,使铜套管变形,从而与运水孔形成过盈配合,不仅能够堵水,更能够堵气,附于外层的密封圈厚度大大减小,膨胀时配合铜套管膨胀,实现了橡胶封堵和过盈密封的结合,效率大大提高。 
本发明的有益之处在于:在高温下膨胀效果显著,能够实现堵水、堵气的结合,且堵水、堵气效率大大提高;能够耐高温,结构简单,节约成本,使用方便,延长了使用寿命。

以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作具体的介绍。 
结合图1,本发明的高密封注塑模具用止水栓,包括黄铜材质的套管1,所述套管1外均匀设有6个耐高温的橡胶圈2,所述橡胶圈2的厚度为1mm;所述套管1内设有铝材质的紧固栓3,所述紧固栓3由6个圆台4连接而成,所述每个圆台4下底面外缘设有一圈凸起5,所述凸起5的外侧面距离橡胶圈2顶端的厚度为1mm;所述每圈凸起5位于每个橡胶圈2内,所述紧固栓3内部设有一膨胀螺丝6。 
结合图2,本发明的高密封注塑模具用止水栓,除上述结构外,其不同之处在于,所述橡胶圈2外侧面还设有一圈铜圈7,所述铜圈7的厚度为0.5mm;所述橡胶圈2的厚度为0.5mm;所述凸起5的外侧面距离橡胶圈2顶端的厚度为1.2mm;所述套管1的材质为红铜。 
本发明的高密封注塑模具用止水栓,除上述结构外,其不同之处在于,所述铜圈7的厚度为0.3mm;所述橡胶圈2的厚度为1.5mm;所述凸起5的外侧面距离橡胶圈2顶端的厚度为0.5mm。 
本发明的高密封注塑模具用止水栓,除上述结构外,其不同之处在于,所述铜圈7的厚度为0.8mm;所述橡胶圈2的厚度为0.9mm;所述凸起5的外侧面距离橡胶圈2顶端的厚度为0.8mm。 
本发明的高密封注塑模具用止水栓利用了不同材质不同热膨胀系数,结构简单,生 产成本低,且使用效果显著,本发明的高密封注塑模具用止水栓通过实验证明,可承受60kg/cm2的水压,并可用于封堵150~200℃的蒸汽,现已投入生产,并进行了试用,适合广泛的使用。

1.一种高密封注塑模具用止水栓,其特征在于,包括铜材质的套管,所述套管外均匀设有数个橡胶圈,所述套管内设有铝材质的紧固栓,所述紧固栓由数个圆台连接而成,所述每个圆台下底面外缘设有一圈凸起,所述每圈凸起位于每个橡胶圈内,所述紧固栓内部设有一膨胀螺丝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高密封注塑模具用止水栓,其特征在于,所述套管的材质为黄铜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高密封注塑模具用止水栓,其特征在于,所述橡胶圈为耐高温橡胶圈。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高密封注塑模具用止水栓,其特征在于,所述橡胶圈的个数为4-8个,所述对应的圆台个数为4-8个。
5.根据权利要求4所述的高密封注塑模具用止水栓,其特征在于,所述橡胶圈的厚度为0.5-1.5mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高密封注塑模具用止水栓,其特征在于,所述圆台下底面外缘凸起的外侧面距离橡胶圈顶端的厚度为0.2-1.2mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高密封注塑模具用止水栓,其特征在于,所述橡胶圈外侧面还设有一圈铜圈,所述铜圈的厚度为0.3-0.8mm。
