本发明公开了一种高效封堵的注塑模具用止水栓,包括铜材质的套管,所述套管内设有梯形的铝材质的紧固栓,所述紧固栓由数个梯形连接而成,所述套管外均匀设有数个铜圈及橡胶圈,所述每个铜圈或橡胶圈正对着紧固栓中每个梯形的下底边缘,所述紧固栓内部设有膨胀螺丝,所述膨胀螺丝内部设有软质的凹槽;本发明的优点有:在高温下膨胀效果显著,能够高效的堵水、堵气;本发明的止水栓可以放置于运水的任何位置,安装简单,使用效率高,效果好;不需要安装二级沉头孔,安装及取下方便简单、高效。

一种高效封堵的注塑模具用止水栓
技术领域
本发明涉及注塑模具零部件领域,特别是一种能够高效封堵的注塑模具用止水栓。
背景技术
止水栓是用于塑胶模或任何水道冷却或加温系统之中,依照所需的流向配合起到有关于填塞的作用的金属零件。止水栓使用范围:塑胶模具、水道流道冷却系统、流道水道加温导热系统。
塑胶件注塑过程中,一般需要设计许多冷却或加热水路,而传统的注塑模具用止水栓是靠橡胶的膨胀进行密封的,水温较高时,容易出现漏水现象,且传统的注塑模具用止水栓需要设计运水沉头孔,再将止水栓放入其中,通常止水栓放置位置固定(如图1所示),不易变通,使用效率低下。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种高效封堵的注塑模具用止水栓,简化了安装程序,并且极大的提高了封堵效率。
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种高效封堵的注塑模具用止水栓,其特征在于,包括铜材质的套管,所述套管内设有梯形的铝材质的紧固栓,所述紧固栓由数个梯形连接而成,所述套管外均匀设有数个铜圈及橡胶圈,所述每个铜圈或橡胶圈正对着紧固栓中每个梯形的下底边缘,所述紧固栓内部设有膨胀螺丝,所述膨胀螺丝内部设有软质的凹槽。
一种高效封堵的注塑模具用止水栓,其特征在于,所述铜圈及橡胶圈交错排布。
一种高效封堵的注塑模具用止水栓,其特征在于,所述套管及铜圈的材质为黄铜。
一种高效封堵的注塑模具用止水栓,其特征在于,所述橡胶圈为耐高温橡胶圈。
一种高效封堵的注塑模具用止水栓,其特征在于,所述铜圈及橡胶圈的厚度为0.5-1.5mm。
一种高效封堵的注塑模具用止水栓,其特征在于,所述凹槽的材质为橡胶。
一种高效封堵的注塑模具用止水栓,其特征在于,所述凹槽顶端设有矩形开孔。
本发明的原理为:1.本发明的止水栓利用不同材质的热膨胀系数,将设在内部的紧固栓运用热膨胀系数大的铝(热膨胀系=23*10-6/℃),外部的套管运用热膨胀系数较大的铜(热膨胀系=17.7*10-6/℃),在铜套管上设有耐高温橡胶圈,在升温时,铝质紧固栓迅速膨胀,进而带动铜质套管及橡胶圈的膨胀,进一步加大了套管及橡胶圈的膨胀力度;2.本发明的止水栓利用铜部件受热膨胀原理,使铜套管变形,从而与运水孔形成过盈配合,不仅能够堵水,更能够堵气,附于外层的密封圈厚度大大减小,膨胀时配合铜套管膨胀,实现了橡胶封堵和过盈密封的结合,效率大大提高。
本发明的有益之处在于:1.在高温下膨胀效果显著,能够高效的堵水、堵气;2.本发明的止水栓可以放置于运水的任何位置,安装简单,使用效率高,效果好;3.不需要安装二级沉头孔,安装及取下方便简单、高效。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作具体的介绍。
结合图2和图3,本发明的高效封堵注塑模具用止水栓7,包括黄铜材质的套管1,所述套管1内设有梯形的铝材质的紧固栓3,所述紧固栓3由5个梯形连接而成,所述套管1外均匀设有数个铜圈3及橡胶圈2,所述铜圈3及橡胶圈2交错排布,所述每个铜圈3或橡胶圈2正对着紧固栓中每个梯形的下底边缘,当高温膨胀时,下底膨胀能够带动铜圈3及橡胶圈2进一步膨胀,所述紧固栓4内部设有膨胀螺丝5,所述膨胀螺丝5内部设有橡胶材质的凹槽6,所述凹槽6顶端设有矩形开孔(图中未示出),能够配合止水栓安装工具进行高效的安装。
本发明的注塑模具用止水栓7,除上述结构外,其不同之处在于,所述橡胶圈2为硅橡胶圈,能够耐高温,提高了使用效率;所述套管1材质为红铜;所述铜圈3及橡胶圈2的厚度为1mm。
本发明的注塑模具用止水栓6,除上述结构外,其不同之处在于,所述铜圈3及橡胶圈2的厚度为1.5mm。
本发明运用到的止水栓安装工具,包括安装杆及安装头,所述安装头截面为矩形,能够自由穿过凹槽6顶端的矩形开孔,所述安装头端头设有开口,其端头可通过调节张开成鱼钩状,从而牢牢抓住矩形开孔外侧,用以将止水栓拉出运水管。
本发明的注塑模具用止水栓通过实验证明,其封堵效果显著,可承受60kg/cm2的水压,并可用于封堵150~200℃的蒸汽,本发明的止水栓可安装于运水管的任何位置,可以有效的减小模芯钻空的加工,提高水路排布及钳工的加工效果。

1.一种高效封堵的注塑模具用止水栓,其特征在于,包括铜材质的套管,所述套管内设有梯形的铝材质的紧固栓,所述紧固栓由数个梯形连接而成,所述套管外均匀设有数个铜圈及橡胶圈,所述每个铜圈或橡胶圈正对着紧固栓中每个梯形的下底边缘,所述紧固栓内部设有膨胀螺丝,所述膨胀螺丝内部设有软质的凹槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效封堵的注塑模具用止水栓,其特征在于,所述铜圈及橡胶圈交错排布。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的高效封堵的注塑模具用止水栓,其特征在于,所述套管及铜圈的材质为黄铜。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的高效封堵的注塑模具用止水栓,其特征在于,所述橡胶圈为耐高温橡胶圈。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的高效封堵的注塑模具用止水栓,其特征在于,所述铜圈及橡胶圈的厚度为0.5-1.5mm。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的高效封堵的注塑模具用止水栓,其特征在于,所述凹槽的材质为橡胶。
