本发明公开了一种工业用散热耐腐蚀传动齿轮,它是由轴孔、齿轮体和齿轮牙构成。所述轴孔周围均匀设置六个凸槽;所述凸槽外设置一个调心球轴承;所述调心球轴承层与凸槽的间隙部分设置有散热孔;所述齿轮本体设置有呈三角形状的齿轮牙;所述两齿轮牙之间的出槽处,设置有储油孔;所述齿轮牙外层涂抹有一层耐磨层。本发明齿轮具有散热性好、耐腐蚀、结构简单和使用寿命长等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械加工领域,尤其涉及一种工业用散热耐腐蚀传动齿轮。
背景技术
目前,随着科学技术的进步,机械行业也有了长足的发展,齿轮作为机械加工中重要的机械部件,其在传动过程中难免会产生磨损,一般的齿轮与其他传动件啮合运动时,会产生大量的热,也会导致齿轮磨损,使用寿命变短。 
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种工业用散热耐腐蚀传动齿轮。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种工业用散热耐腐蚀传动齿轮,它是由轴孔、齿轮体和齿轮牙构成,所述轴孔周围均匀设置六个凸槽;所述凸槽外设置一个调心球轴承;所述调心球轴承层与凸槽的间隙部分设置有散热孔;所述齿轮本体设置有呈三角形状的齿轮牙;所述两齿轮牙之间的齿槽处,设置有储油孔;所述齿轮牙外层涂抹有一层耐磨层;所述齿轮体的材料为球墨铸铁;所述齿轮体上的散热孔的数量是五个;所述储油孔环绕在轴孔四周。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明齿轮具有散热性好、耐腐蚀、结构简单和使用寿命长等优点。

如图1所示,一种工业用散热耐腐蚀传动齿轮,它是由轴孔1、齿轮体5和齿轮牙7构成,所述轴孔1周围均匀设置六个凸槽2;所述凸槽2外设置一个调心球轴承3;所述调心球轴承层3与凸槽2的间隙部分设置有散热孔4;所述齿轮本体5设置有呈三角形状的齿轮牙7;所述两齿轮牙7之间的齿槽9处,设置有储油孔6;所述齿轮牙7外层涂抹有一层耐磨层8;所述齿轮体5的材料为球墨铸铁;所述齿轮体5上的散热孔4的数量是五个;所述储油孔6环绕在轴孔1四周。
