Abstract

processo para a fabricação de um anel de pistão. a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a fabricação de um anel de pistão com uma altura axial < 2 mm, que apresenta uma superfície de rolamento radialmente externa, equipada com , pelo menos, uma alma, uma superfície periférica radialmente interna, bem como, superfícies de flancos superior e inferior passando entre elas, no qual a respectiva alma é equipada com um contorno radial, que se reduz conicamente para fora, depois a superfície de rolamento juntamente com os flancos da alma da respectiva alma cônica, são equipados com, pelo menos, uma camada resistente ao desgaste e, em seguida, exclusivamente o flanco da alma, que forma um canto de raspagem da respectiva alma é submetido a um desgaste de material, pelo menos, parcial.
