本发明公开了一种多功能微型变速箱,包括箱体、所述箱体内设置有动力输入的输入轴、动力传递的中间轴和动力输出的输出轴,所述输出轴上设置有换档叉,还包括辅助输出轴和换挡机构,所述辅助输出轴的一端设置有锥齿轮II,所述中间轴的一端设置有与锥齿轮II啮合的锥齿轮I,所述换挡机构连接在辅助输出轴上并用于控制锥齿轮II切入或脱离锥齿轮I上,本发明多功能微型变速箱通过在中间传动轴的一端设置有锥齿轮动力传动装置和换挡装置,使其用作辅助动力的输出端,该结构布置紧凑、体积小,操作方便、成本低,解决了农机在行走作业时难题。

技术领域
本发明属于差速传动装置技术领域,具体是涉及一种多功能微型变速箱。
背景技术
目前,应用于我国的农用机械例如旋耕机、开沟机、施肥机和播种机通常是采用两套微型变速箱,一套行走变速箱,将发动机的动机变速传递给行走轮动力输出轴,另一套是工作装置变速箱,它从发动机、或从走轮动力输出轴取得动力,然后将动力输出给工作装置动力输出轴,两套变速箱结构相似,功能接近相同,虽然在一定程度上提高了通用性,但通常零件结构复杂,体积大,功能冗余,且一般工作装置的停止必然要导致行走动力输出轴同时停止。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种多功能微型变速箱,该多功能微型变速箱通过在中间传动轴的一端设置有锥齿轮动力传动装置和换挡装置,使其用作辅助动力的输出端,该结构布置紧凑、体积小,操作方便、成本低,解决了农机在行走作业时难题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明多功能微型变速箱,包括箱体、所述箱体内设置有动力输入的输入轴、动力传递的中间轴和动力输出的输出轴,所述输出轴上设置有换档叉,还包括辅助输出轴和换挡机构,所述辅助输出轴的一端设置有锥齿轮II,所述中间轴的一端设置有与锥齿轮II啮合的锥齿轮I,所述换挡机构连接在辅助输出轴上并用于控制锥齿轮II切入或脱离锥齿轮I上。
进一步,所述箱体外壁上靠近辅助输出轴处设置有导向轴,所述换挡机构同时套装在辅助输出轴和导向轴上,所述换挡机构上设置有连接环,该连接环通过传动机构连接有操纵手柄。
进一步,所述换挡机构内设置有四爪,所述四爪均匀分布的固定连接在辅助输出轴上。
进一步,所述锥齿轮I与锥齿轮II之间的角度设置为90°。
进一步,所述辅助输出轴设置在靠近输入轴一侧且与其空间相互垂直。
进一步,所述锥齿轮I与锥齿轮II设置为准双曲面锥齿轮。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明多功能微型变速箱通过在中间传动轴的一端设置有锥齿轮动力传动装置和换挡装置,使其用作辅助动力的输出端,该换挡装置换挡轻盈,顺畅,维护方便,变速箱整体结构布置紧凑、体积小,操作方便、成本低,解决了农机在行走作业时难题。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图,对本发明的优选实施例进行详细的描述。
如图1所示为现有变速箱内部锥齿轮的结构示意图;如图2所示为本发明多功能微型变速箱内部锥齿轮的结构示意图;如图3所示为本发明多功能微型变速箱箱体的局部结构图。本发明多功能微型变速箱包括箱体9、所述箱体9内设置有动力输入的输入轴1、动力传递的中间轴2和动力输出的输出轴3,所述输出轴3上设置有换档叉4,还包括辅助输出轴7和换挡机构8,所述辅助输出轴7的一端设置有锥齿轮II6,所述中间轴2的一端设置有与锥齿轮II6啮合的锥齿轮I5,所述换挡机构8连接在辅助输出轴7上并用于控制锥齿轮II7切入或脱离锥齿轮I5上。
本实施例通过在中间轴的设置有一对锥齿轮啮合动力传动装置,使其用作辅助动力的辅助输出端,并在输出端设置有动力的中断与传递的换挡机构8,中间轴2与发动机处于长啮合状态,在微型变速箱工作时,发动机将动力传递给输入轴1,输入轴1通过一对啮合锥齿轮将动力传递给与其长期连接的中间轴2,中间轴2用过多对被换档叉控制的锥齿轮将不同档位的动力传递给输出轴3,完成汽车,农机在行走作业中动力传递同时,通过控制换挡机构8,使辅助输出轴7上的锥齿轮II6切入中间轴2上的锥齿轮I5与其相互啮合,中间轴2上一部分动力通过啮合锥齿轮,将动力传递给辅助输出轴7,辅助输出轴7根据需要可以作为播种、耕地或者其它的动力输出,变速箱整体结构布置紧凑、体积小,操作方便、成本低,解决了农机在行走作业时难题。
进一步,优选的所述箱体9外壁上靠近辅助输出轴7处设置有导向轴11,所述换挡机构8同时套装在辅助输出轴7和导向轴11上,本实施例中换挡机构8上设置有连接环12,该连接环12通过传动机构连接有操纵手柄,通过人工控制操纵手柄,可以通过换挡机构8使辅助输出轴7上的锥齿轮II6切入中间轴2上的锥齿轮I5与其相互啮合,完成其它的动力输出。
进一步,优选的所述换挡机构8内设置有四爪,所述四爪均匀分布的固定连接在辅助输出轴7上,本实施例采用四爪换挡的方式,可以使换挡机构8换挡轻盈,顺畅,维护方便。
进一步,优选的所述锥齿轮I5与锥齿轮II6之间的角度设置为90°,所述辅助输出轴7设置在靠近输入轴1一侧且与其空间相互垂直,所述输入轴1设置在动力输入端10上,辅助输出轴7设置在辅助动力输出端上,所述辅助动力输出端与动力输入端10在箱体上形成错位,该结构有利于变速箱整体结构布置紧凑、体积小,操作方便、成本低。
进一步,优选的所述锥齿轮I与锥齿轮II设置为准双曲面锥齿轮,该结构有利于提高锥齿轮的承载能力,延长锥齿轮的使用寿命。

1.一种多功能微型变速箱,包括箱体、所述箱体内设置有动力输入的输入轴、动力传递的中间轴和动力输出的输出轴,所述输出轴上设置有换档叉,其特征在于:还包括辅助输出轴和换挡机构,所述辅助输出轴的一端设置有锥齿轮II,所述中间轴的一端设置有与锥齿轮II啮合的锥齿轮I,所述换挡机构连接在辅助输出轴上并用于控制锥齿轮II切入或脱离锥齿轮I上。
2.如权利要求1所述的多功能微型变速箱,其特征在于:所述箱体外壁上靠近辅助输出轴处设置有导向轴,所述换挡机构同时套装在辅助输出轴和导向轴上,所述换挡机构上设置有连接环,该连接环通过传动机构连接有操纵手柄。
3.如权利要求2所述的多功能微型变速箱,其特征在于:所述换挡机构内设置有四爪,所述四爪均匀分布的固定连接在辅助输出轴上。
4.如权利要求1所述的多功能微型变速箱,其特征在于:所述锥齿轮I与锥齿轮II之间的角度设置为90°。
5.如权利要求1所述的多功能微型变速箱,其特征在于:所述辅助输出轴设置在靠近输入轴一侧且与其空间相互垂直。
6.如权利要求1所述的多功能微型变速箱,其特征在于:所述锥齿轮I与锥齿轮II设置为准双曲面锥齿轮。
