本发明的技术领域：是一种人力脚踏车等车辆可用的变速装置，是一种通过齿轮变速装置改变车辆的传动变速比以提高骑行效率的装置。 
背景技术：目前的人力脚踏车的变速装置都是通过调节传动链条的方位使大飞轮驱动不同尺寸的小飞轮来实现变速之目的。 
发明内容：本发明的目的是通过齿轮的变换直接改变人力脚踏车的大飞轮与脚踏动力杆的传动比来实现变速之目的。 
本发明的技术方案是：将人力脚踏车上的中轴改为花键式中轴，并在花键式中轴上加一个套筒齿轮轴和一个可以在花键轴上来回滑动的齿轮，拨动该齿轮实现与不同尺寸的中间传动齿轮啮合实现变速之目的。

图1中A是花键轴 
B是可在花键轴上滑动的齿轮 
C是中间传动齿轮组合

图2是分部件A、B、C、D的主视图和侧视图A1、B1、C1、D1。 
从图1(1)中可以看出：此时拨叉E将可滑动的齿轮B拨在与套筒齿轴D的结合位，此时动力输入使花键轴A转动，带动可滑动齿轮B转动，因滑动齿轮B上的突出块与套筒齿轮轴D上的缺口已嵌合D将跟随一起转动，是同A相同的转速。 
图1(2)此时拨叉E将B拨在与C结合位。A转动时带B转动。B又带C转动，C又带D转动，因B齿轮大于C齿轮实现了变速传动。
