茉莉花茶,在中国的花茶里,“可闻春天的气味”之美誉。茉莉花茶是用特种工艺造型茶或经过精制后的绿茶茶坯与茉莉鲜花窨制而成的茶叶品种。在茶叶分类中,茉莉花茶仍属于绿茶,茉莉花茶在绿茶的基础上加工而成,特别是高级茉莉花在加工的过程中其内质发生一定的理化作用,如茶叶中的多酚类物质、茶单宁在水湿条件下的分解,不溶于水的蛋白质降解成氨基酸,能减弱喝绿茶时的涩感,功能有所变化,其滋味鲜浓醇厚、更易上口,这也是北方喜爱喝茉莉花茶的原因之一。各类茶叶其保健本质大同小异,各有特色,茉莉花茶除了具备绿茶的某些性能外,还具有很多绿茶所没有的保健作用,茉莉花茶有去寒邪、助理郁”是春季饮茶之上品。根据我国中医学及现代药理学对茶叶的保健功效研究认为茶叶苦、甘,性凉,人心、肝、脾、肺、肾、五经。茶苦能泻下、祛燥湿、降火;甘能补益缓和;凉能清热泻火解表。茶叶含有大量有益于人体健康的化合物,如儿茶素、维生素c、a、咖啡碱、黄烷醇、茶多酚等,而茉莉花茶也含有大量芳香油、香叶醇、橙花椒醇、丁香酯等20多种化合物。根据茶叶独特的吸附性能和茉莉花的吐香特性,经过一系列工艺流程加工窨制而成的茉莉花茶,既保持了绿茶浓郁爽口的天然茶味,又饱含茉莉花的鲜灵芳香,因此它是我国乃至全球现代最佳天然保健饮品。《中药大辞典》中记载茉莉花有“理气开郁、辟秽和中”的功效,并对痢疾、腹痛、结膜炎及疮毒等具有很好的消炎解毒的作用。常饮茉莉花,有清肝明目、生津止渴、祛痰治痢、通便利水、祛风解表、疗瘘、坚齿、益气力、降血压、强心、防龋防辐射损伤、抗癌、抗衰老之功效,使人延年益寿、身心健康。
发明内容
一种茉莉花甜品粥,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:小米80~100、麦片80~90、茉莉花20~30、绿茶10~20、奶油30~35、核桃仁10~12、草莓20~25、芝麻6~8、红枣12~16、椰果10~15、白萝卜8~10、红豆15~20、柚子20~30、樱桃10~12、山芋6~8、马蹄8~12、蜂蜜4~6、芦荟粒8~10、甘草6~8、石榴水10~12、面粉6~10、助剂4~5、水700~900;所述助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:炒薏仁粉5~6、蘘荷花苞3~4、小麦胚芽1~2、煅牡蛎2~3、海藻2~3、丁葵草4~5、余甘子10~12;制备方法是将除炒薏仁粉以外的各原料混合,加水煎煮,过滤得提取液,提取液浓缩后烘干,与炒薏仁粉混合即得。
丁葵草:是一种多年生豆科小草本,生于荒野。全草夏秋采收,晒干,可以祛瘀消肿,调起利湿。
蘘荷:一种多年生姜科草本,根部具有药用价值,其嫩花序、嫩叶可当蔬菜,花序可治咳嗽,配生香榧治小儿百日咳有显效。
余甘子:大戟科叶下珠属植物,其果鲜食酸甜酥脆而微涩,回味甘甜。
一种茉莉花甜品粥的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下几个步骤:
(1)将马蹄、山芋、白萝卜洗净后去皮,切成花生米大小的小块并混合,将绿茶研磨成末,准备盆子,放入以上混合的马蹄块、山芋块、白萝卜块、绿茶粉、椰果,并加入面粉、奶油、蜂蜜、核桃仁、水混合成糊状,蒸熟,烘干成饼状,切成小块;
(2)将茉莉花用开水浸泡,使其软化,将柚子剥开,取果粒,将草莓切成丁,混合软化后的茉莉花、柚子果粒、樱桃、草莓丁;
(3)准备砂锅一个,放入小米、麦片、红豆、芝麻、红枣、甘草、水,大火烧开并焖10~15min;
(4)打开(3)所述的砂锅,放入(2)所述的茉莉花、柚子果粒、樱桃、草莓,再次大火烧开,打开砂锅加入助剂、(1)所述的小块状混合食料,石榴水轻轻搅拌熄火焖15~20min即可。
甘草:是一种补益中草药,药用部位是根及根茎,药材性状根呈圆柱形。
本发明优点:本发明是一种甜品粥,粥的特殊性就在于它可以作为主食裹腹,提供日常人体所需,他还可以作为一种零食,在工作、学习之余无论开胃还是打发时间都可以,本发明中的甜品运用面粉混合多种制粥常用食料,有山芋、椰果、蜂蜜等等,特殊的工艺使得这些食料混合成块的参插在粥中,茉莉花加入前经开水软化和其独特的颜色都能够给这种粥与众不同的点缀,真是色香味俱全,喜欢甜食的人群值得拥有。

2.根据权利要求1所述一种茉莉花甜品粥的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下几个步骤:
