技术领域
本发明属于工业窑炉炉衬材料的一种安装方法,涉及所有上翅式全纤维折叠挤压节能炉衬。
背景技术
现有全纤维折叠炉衬均采用平压方法制成模块,以致折叠缝成水平型,导热数大、存在热量易从缝隙中散出的问题。
发明内容
本发明目的提供一种能够切断热短路,杜绝热量从全纤维折叠缝散出,按上翅45°角全纤维折叠模块组合成整体的节能炉衬。它较原有炉衬节能15%以上,节约原材料30%,涉及所有上翅式全纤维折叠挤压节能炉衬。其包括:1.炉外壳、2.硅酸铝纤维毯、3.上翅式折叠硅酸铝模块、4.固定钩、5.串杆、6.挤压板头、7.上翅折叠缝。
所述炉外壳是用来固定保护上翅式全纤维折叠挤压节能炉衬的金属焊接件。
所述硅酸铝纤维毯是一种矿棉制成卷毯状的耐高温、保温材料。
所述上翅式折叠硅酸铝模块是用硅酸铝耐火纤维毯以45°角的上翅角度折叠并挤压成型用串杆和挤压板头固定的保温模块。
所述固定钩是用金属元钢一端与炉外壳焊接,另一端钩紧串杆,用来固定上翅式折叠硅酸铝模块的拉钩。
所述串杆和挤压板头是用元钢和金属板块,将按45°角折叠后的硅酸铝纤维毯挤压的一定容重时串心固定焊接成形的紧固件。
所述上翅式折叠缝,是指硅酸铝纤维毯按45°角上翅式折叠过程中的叠缝。
