Description

带有定心接圈的转换装置
本发明涉及一种带有多个安装在滑动支座上的光学器件的定心接圈的转换装置。
这种转换装置例如可以是显微镜的物镜转移器。偏振光显微镜要求将安装在转换器可旋转球形罩上的物镜以显微成象系统的光轴为准定中心。为此用于旋入物镜的接圈安装在球形罩的滑动支座上,并且可以在此滑动支座上通过调节螺丝进行一定的垂直于光轴的移动。接圈在滑动支座上防旋转固定。球形罩为双层结构。接圈在轴向通过位于滑动支座上的环状波形弹簧固定在滑动支座上。双层球形罩结构的制作和安装是很昂贵的。转换器的总高度相对较大,并且可以容纳的定心接圈的数量有限。
物镜转换器的最大高度是由标准规格确定的。但如果能缩小高度的话,将会是有利的。这是因为物镜的出射孔就可以更贴近下面的成象光学系统。成象光束的直径就可以小一些,这样就可以把其它成象光学装置设计得成本低廉一些。
物镜转换器球形罩的旋转轴对应于显微镜光轴是倾斜的。大倾角的优点是,在旋转球形罩时可以使各物镜相当快地转出工作范围。在考虑到上述给定的物镜转换器的最大高度的情况下,大的倾角势必缩小了球形罩的允许直径。为此在球形罩上就只能配置少量的物镜。
在上述条件下,只有当减少球形罩的深度并且使物镜转换器达到最大允许高度时,才能增大球形罩直径。但较为偏平的球形罩的缺点是,在转换器内部固定件和旋转件之间仅有很少的使用空间,因而明显地造成定心接圈的配置难度。
故本发明的目的是,减少物镜转换器的总高度,增大定心接圈的数量并大大简化设计结构。
根据本发明,这个目的是通过在转换装置上固定一个带有多个在纵向分叉的舌簧的弹簧件,从而顺序相邻接的舌簧的一半分别在弹力下置放在接圈的边缘上而解决的。本发明的优选设计如下所述:珠子置入接圈的边缘内,弹簧件的舌簧置放在珠子上;转换装置是偏振光显微镜的物镜转换器的组成部分,弹簧件是星形结构,其中心置放在物镜转换器的载有接圈的球形罩的旋转轴上,并与球形罩刚性连接。
示意图对本发明做了表述,下面借助实施例进一步对本发明进行描述。附图为:
图1是物镜转换器剖面图;
图2是带星形弹簧件的球形罩的俯视图。
图1示出物镜转换器1,该转换器可交替置入图中未示出的显微镜支架内,因而它的垂直轴2与下面的显微成象系统的光轴是重合的。在物镜转换器1上有一带旋转轴4的斜面3。球形罩5安装在该斜面3上,球形罩在一环形滚珠轴承6上可围绕旋转轴4旋转。通过制动装置7,球形罩可置于多个确定的工作位置。
在球形罩5上备有阶梯状环形开孔8。该阶梯构成了一个滑动支座9。接圈10在此滑动支座9上装入球形罩5内,接圈10的外径小于开孔8的内径。所以接圈10可以在滑动支座9上进行垂直于轴2的移动。两个珠子11置入接圈10的上边缘。
球形罩5在旋转轴4上还具有带定心珠子13的中心轴12。在轴12上装有一个带中心部分14的弹簧件,并通过螺钉15,该弹簧件被固定连接在球形罩5上。弹簧件具有舌簧16,舌簧在弹力作用下压在珠子11上,并使接圈10可靠地固定在滑动支座9上,因此并不妨碍其横向位移。
图2以俯视图形式示出安装在球形罩上的接圈10,及置放在其上边缘的珠子11。接圈10通过弹性销17和调整螺钉18、19在滑动支座9上可进行一定的调节,并同时被防旋转固定,图中示出的安装好的接圈10采带有物镜。在图中仅在一个接圈10上举例示出调节件。
弹簧件的中心部分14与旋转轴4对称,通过螺钉15与球形罩5固定连接。由中心部分14伸出星形舌簧16。舌簧纵向开叉并以此方式构成独立的弹性凸耳19。相邻的舌簧16的顺序排列的凸耳19压在珠子11上。接圈10的自由直径不受弹性凸耳19的限制。但要注意的是,由于物镜的一部分用于固定,因而用于光线透射的面积部分无论如何要小于圈的直径。
由于采用了星形弹性件14、16、19,所以球形罩5可以是很扁平的结构。因此不需要附加用于固定接圈10的反向支架。因此球形罩5变成了一个制作大大简化了的构件。球形罩5的扁平结构高度为增大旋转轴4的方向上的间隔提供了更多的自由度,而不会超过允许的物镜转换器的总高度。旋转轴4倾角的微弱变化会造成对球形罩5允许直径的较大的影响。因此可以增大球形罩5的直径并且可以在其上设置更多的接圈10。在实施例中示出了6个接圈10。已知的配置通常仅有4个接圈。对旋转轴4的倾角还可以相对选大一些,从而保证物镜的快速旋出。
星形弹簧件可以由线性结构所代替,在带有定心的双折射棱镜、偏振滤光器和标志载体等的结构高度受限的转换滑台中,采用接圈的这种线性夹固件是很有益的。

Claims (3)

1.一种转换装置,带有一个球形罩(5),并带有多个分别安装在一设置在球形罩内的滑动支座(9)上的、由一个弹簧件支承、用以容置光学组件的定心接圈(10),其特征在于,弹簧件具有多个沿纵向分叉的舌簧(16)并固定在球形罩(5)上,使得每个舌簧(16)的两个半体(19)分别在弹力的作用下贴靠在相邻接圈(10)的边缘上。
2.按权利要求1所述的转换装置,其特征在于:珠子(11)置入接圈(10)的边缘内,弹簧件的舌簧(16)置放在珠子上。
3.按上述权利要求之一所述的转换装置,其特征在于:转换装置是偏振光显微镜的物镜转换器(1)的组成部分,弹簧件为星形结构,其中心(14)置放在物镜转换器(1)的载有接圈(10)的球形罩(5)的旋转轴(12)上,并与球形罩(5)刚性连接。
