背景技术:
将某种或某几种微量元素有意识地加入到一定的食品中,以改善其营养水平,达到调节人体生理功能的目的,这就是食物的微量元素强化。而以人工合成的化合物形态直接加入到食物中,是应用最多的微量元素强化方法。如元素铁可用硫酸亚铁、乳酸亚铁、葡萄糖酸亚铁、柠檬酸铁、富马酸铁铵、柠檬酸铁铵等作强化剂;元素锌可用硫酸锌、乳酸锌、葡萄糖酸锌、氯化锌、氧化锌、醋酸锌等作强化剂;元素碘主要用碘化钾或碘酸钾强化剂;元素硒用亚硒酸钠、硒酸钠等作强化剂;元素铜以碳酸铜和硫酸铜作强化剂;元素锰用氧化锰和硫酸锰作强化剂;元素锗则常以羧乙基锗倍半氧化物(Ge-132)形式作强化剂。
由于天然食物西瓜中的微量元素含量一般都不高,以化合物形式研制的元素强化剂又常常引起胃肠不适,而且吸收利用率也偏低。因此,生物转化的办法就引起科研人员的普遍重视。微量元素的生物转化包括微生物合成转化法、植物天然合成转化法和动物转化法等。微生物合成转化法最常见的是酵母转化法,它是将含有一种或几种微量元素的溶液加入到培养基中,从而得到高富含微量元素的酵母。目前已研制成高锰、高锗、高锌、高铁、高硒等类型的酵母,应用于多种类型的保健食品饮料。
任何一种食物都含有几十种不同的元素,仅是含量高低不同,为了有效地补充天然绿色食物,含铁、锌、锰、硒、锗等且含量高有机态的自然食物,作为食物元素强化剂以日常自然的吃喝、药食同源,达到有效补充、调节、拮抗体内元素平衡,延缓衰老,健康益寿。

实验研究:
①果蝇寿命试验:能显著延长雌雄果蝇平均寿命和最高寿命(♀P<0.05,♂<0.01);
②小鼠试验:能使血清SOD活性显著升高(P<0.01),MDA含量显著降低(P<0.01);
③小鼠迟发变态反应试验:服药组与对照组比,足趾肿胀度均数有显著变异(P<0.01);血清溶血素试验,抗体积数有显著提高(P<0.01);腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞试验,吞噬百分率,吞噬指数与对照组比,显著提高(P<0.01);NK细胞活性无显著差异(P>0.05),证明有免疫调节作用。
以上各组分别用常规二氧化碳萃取或用60%乙醇提取的方法提取,滤液经薄膜蒸发、回收乙醇,并浓缩成1∶1,即每毫升含源生药1g,相对密度为1.03-1.05的流浸膏备用。用时将流浸膏真空干燥研细与其他物料共同混合,将其混合物料再用纳米粒径超细微化通用装置将物料的大分子进行破碎、乳化、均质、分散,从而粒化成纳米级粒径的小分子过1800-2200目筛,中心粒径为0.1-5μm,因为药物的吸收常受药物在吸收部位溶出速度的支配,而减小粒径,可以增大在暴露在介质中的表面积,而促进溶解,进而提高药物的吸收度和利用率,增大了药效和治疗效果。
(5)强化补充天然食物西瓜类植物酵素干燥纳米粉,其特征是:由下列质量份配比组成%
黄豆芽有滋润清热利尿解毒之效,能减少体内乳酸堆积,治神经衰弱,消除疲劳,诱发干扰素,增强体内抗病毒,抗肿瘤,抗动脉硬化,防治老年高血压,是黄豆与水制成。黄豆是植物性高蛋白、高脂肪,“田中之肉”、“植物蛋白之王”、“绿色牛乳”之美称,含钙、磷、铁、锌等矿物元素。黄豆可以提高肌肤的新陈代谢,促使机体排毒,令肌肤常葆青春。

微量元素可以使人延缓衰老,有关人类衰老机理的学说很多,概况起来,有遗传和非遗传因素两类,其中许多环节,微量元素起着重要的作用。目前研究大多几种在锌、锰、铜、镉、铁、铬、硒、铅、铝和氟等10种微量元素。
补锌和锰可以延缓衰老。衰老与细胞的增殖和分化减缓有关。细胞增殖的先决条件是DNA复制需要DNA聚合酶的催化才能完成。细胞的分化必须有RNA的转录并合成蛋白质才能完成,而RNA的转录必须有RNA聚合酶的催化,以上两种聚合都必须有锌和锰的激活才具有较高的催化性。因此,老年人如缺锌和缺锰,就会加快衰老的进程。适量补充锌和锰,可以延缓衰老。
衰老与抗氧化作用减弱有关。在抗氧化作用中,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)起到很重要的作用,它能将超氧化物转变为无氧化作用的物质,从而达到抗氧化作用。SOD的组分中必须有锰的参与,否则SOD就没有活性,适量补充锌和锰,可以延缓衰老。老年人的甲状腺功能减退,头发变白,骨质疏松,智力减退,动脉粥样硬化,味觉、嗅觉和视觉减退,免疫功能低下等,都与缺锌和缺锰有关,适量补充锌和锰,可以延缓这些老年症状的发生。
补铜排镉可以延缓衰老。胶原是人体内含量最多的蛋白质,占人体蛋白总量的1/4-1/3,是结缔组织的主要组分。胶原纤维遍布全身各处,不仅是疏松结缔组织及肌腱的主要组分,也是骨、牙、软骨的结构基础。铜是胶原酶的激活剂,是胶原代谢的重要因素,缺铜时,胶原代谢容易发生异常,故易致牙齿脱落、骨质疏松、骨折及肌腱劳损。老年人缺铜时,还可致细胞色素氧化酶减少、活性下降,运动失调,步履不稳,思维迟钝,铁运输障碍,引起缺铁性贫血。
镉是对人体有害的微量元素,摄入镉后,可致小血管平滑肌收缩或痉挛,从而发生高血压。因此,老年人应适量补充铜和排除镉,可以预防缺铁性贫血。
补充铁和铬可以延缓衰老。老年人发生贫血的主要原因是红血球摄取铁的能力降低,铁的利用减少。红血球摄取铁,正常人是91.2%,正常老年人则为66%。另一方面,老年人体内贮铁过多,可致胰腺纤维化及功能不良,铁过多还干扰体内铬的运输,胰腺因而缺铬,干扰胰岛素生物活性,故易致糖尿病。铁过多致色素代谢紊乱,皮肤呈棕黑色。
铬通过形成葡萄糖耐量因子协助胰岛素发挥生物活性,这个因子能调节胰岛素与其在细胞膜上的受体的氢硫基(-SH)形成二硫键(-S-S-),促使胰岛素发挥最大的生物效应。老年人缺铬易患糖尿病,老年人应适量补充铁和铬,可以延缓衰老。
补硒锗排铅汞砷可以延缓衰老。抗氧化作用较差且不能及时消除自由基是人类衰老的一个原因,这也是老年人多发病如心血管疾病、神经系统疾病等的分子病理学基础。硒是谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)的必需组分,它能催化有害的氧化物(-ROOH)还原成为无毒的羟基化合物,从而保护所有的生物膜。
老年人如缺硒,则清除自由基作用减弱,而且对细胞膜上的Na-K-ATP酶与5-苷-核苷酸酶的活性明显下降,能引起Na、K、Ca离子出入细胞异常及核苷酸代谢紊乱,造成严重后果。
铅中毒的分子病理学机制是因为铅及钙两个离子的电荷和离子的直径相同,致使线粒体不能分辨,从而以同样的方式进行代谢,铅和钙一样容易进入线粒体内,但钙很容易排出,而铅则不易排出,铅与线粒体内磷酸盐及硫化物牢固地结合起来(其结合力比钙高100万倍),不断沉积于线粒体中,导致线粒体不断膨胀,供能机构受到破坏,甚至细胞因缺能而致死亡,死亡后细胞释出的铅,又由血液进入其它细胞,加速在线粒体内沉积,形成恶性循环,细胞破坏严重。因此,老年人应适量补充硒,严防过多地摄入铅,从而延缓衰老。
补氟排铅可以延缓衰老。阿尔茨海默病,人们长期歧视性称之为老年痴呆症,该病发病率较高,约为5%-7%,如将轻型病例计算在内,则发病率达10%,70-80岁发病率可达12%-15%。阿尔茨海默病患者大脑铝水平明显升高,约为正常人的10-30倍。铝集聚与脑细胞核染色体内,从而使DNA发生损伤,很少量的铝可能产生严重的神经性和行为退化。
氟关系到人体骨骼的形成和结构,老年人缺氟则能影响钙和磷的利用,可致骨质疏松,发生骨折。氟有刺激新骨生长的作用,氟化物结合于磷灰石结晶内,则不易被破骨细胞溶解,从而使骨形成增加。因此,老年人应尽可能减少铝的摄入,适当补充氟,从而延缓衰老。

以上各组分别用常规二氧化碳萃取或用60%乙醇提取的方法提取,滤液经薄膜蒸发、回收乙醇,并浓缩成1∶1,即每毫升含源生药1g,相对密度为1.03-1.05的流浸膏备用。用时将流浸膏真空干燥研细与其他物料共同混合,将其混合物料再用纳米粒径超细微化通用装置将物料的大分子进行破碎、乳化、均质、分散,从而粒化成纳米级粒径的小分子过1800-2200目筛,中心粒径为0.1-5μm,因为药物的吸收常受药物在吸收部位溶出速度的支配,而减小粒径,可以增大在暴露在介质中的表面积,而促进溶解,进而提高药物的吸收度和利用率,增大了药效和治疗效果。

维生素族是由水溶性维生素、脂溶性维生素组成;

脂溶性维生素
水溶性维生素95%+脂溶性维生素5%=维生素族100%;
(3)强化补充微量元素天然绿色食物,其特征是:由下列质量份配比组成%
①补锌锰天然食物
含锌:牡蛎干每1000g含1210mg锌,田螺、海参占82mg,黄鳝140mg,菇类含锌80-140mg,含铁1885mg;
含锰:坚果、茶叶含锰每1000g含660-780mg,鸭蛋黄含2400mg,鸡蛋黄含1100mg;
②补铜排镉的天然食物
③补铁铬延缓衰老天然食物
黑木耳、干蘑菇每1000g含铁1850mg铁元素,海带1500mg,海参含铬21-38mg;
④补硒锗排铅增氧天然食物
胡桃每1000g含硒29.6mg,树菠萝27.9mg,灵芝、人参含硒、锗元素排铅、汞、碘、镉等重金属元素和有毒物质,增氧排废,抗氧化清除自由基;
⑤补氟排铅延缓衰老的天然食物
绿茶每1000g含氟89.4-220.4mg,红茶48.4±14.7mg;
