Abstract

本发明涉及一种含枸杞的具有保健作用的颗粒剂的制备方法。以枸杞为原料,先经提取制备得到枸杞提取物,再与辅料进行混合,制备成颗粒。本品即冲即饮,使用方便,且具有医疗保健效果。

技术领域
      本发明属于中药保健品领域,涉及一种枸杞保健颗粒剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
   枸杞(学名:Lycium chinense)是茄科枸杞属的多分枝灌木植物,高0.5-1米,栽培时可达2米多。国内外均有分布。枸杞全身是宝,明李时珍《本草纲目》记载:“春采枸杞叶,名天精草;夏采花,名长生草;秋采子,名枸杞子;冬采根,名地骨皮”。枸杞嫩叶亦称枸杞头,可食用或作枸杞茶。现代研究,枸杞子有降低血糖、 抗脂肪肝作用,并能抗动脉粥样硬化。鉴于枸杞的上述种种功用,且毒副作用小,因而以其为原料制备保健颗粒剂。
发明内容
      本发明的目的在于提供一种枸杞保健颗粒剂,该颗粒剂以枸杞为主要成分,以乳糖蔗糖等为辅料。枸杞首先经过提取过程得到枸杞浸膏,再加一定比例的辅料制备成颗粒剂。
具体实施方式
本发明中枸杞保健颗粒剂的提取制备过程如下:
1.         取一定量的枸杞,加入6-20倍量的水或低浓度醇,煎煮或    者回流;
2.         将提取液合并过滤,浓缩;
3.         加辅料制备成颗粒。
下面结合具体实例进一步说明本发明。
实施例1
取枸杞100g,加8倍量水回流提取3次,合并提取液,过滤,滤液浓缩至相对密度1.1,继续减压干燥至干,加乳糖和蔗糖补足100g,乳糖:蔗糖为3:1,搅拌均匀,加80%的乙醇做粘合剂,制备颗粒剂,烘干,整理,即得。
实施例2
取枸杞100g,加10倍量水回流提取2次,合并提取液,过滤,滤液回收乙醇,浓缩至相对密度1.1,继续减压干燥至干,加乳糖和蔗糖补足100g,乳糖:蔗糖为2:1,搅拌均匀,加85%的乙醇做粘合剂,制备颗粒剂,烘干,整理,即得。
实施例3
取枸杞100g,加12倍量10%的乙醇,回流提取3次,合并提取液,过滤,滤液回收乙醇,浓缩至相对密度1.1,继续减压干燥至干,加乳糖和蔗糖补足100g,乳糖:蔗糖为4:1,搅拌均匀,加85%的乙醇做粘合剂,制备颗粒剂,烘干,整理,即得。

Claims (7)

1.一种含枸杞的保健颗粒剂,其特征在于以枸杞为主要成分,加辅料制备成的颗粒剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的枸杞保健颗粒剂的制备方法,其特征如下:将枸杞用水清洗后,加一定量水或低浓度醇煎煮或回流提取,提取液合并浓缩,减压干燥,得枸杞提取物干膏。
3.根据权利2所述之低浓度醇为小于40%的乙醇溶液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的枸杞保健颗粒剂的制备方法,其特征在于所用的辅料为乳糖和蔗糖。
5.根据权利要求4所述的枸杞保健颗粒剂的制备方法,其特征在于所用的辅料乳糖和蔗糖的比例为1:5~5:1。
6.根据权利要求5所述的枸杞保健颗粒剂,其特征在于枸杞提取物与辅料的重量比范围为2:1~1:5。
7.根据权利1所述的枸杞保健颗粒剂,其特征在于这种保健颗粒剂安全性较高,一般人群都可使用,具有良好的保健作用。
