技术领域:本发明涉及的是车轮的内胎。
背景技术:目前车辆的内胎大多是充气式的,在行驶过程中常因各种原因(钉子扎到,路面过热等)而发生爆胎的危险,平时又经常为漏气,补胎而烦恼。即使是真空胎被钉子扎到,超载或路面不好导致轮鼓变形都会漏气,修补麻烦且费用较高。
发明的内容:往内胎中充入(或不用内胎,直接往外胎中灌注)的不是空气而是具有一定硬度和弹性的工程塑料(如珍珠棉或树脂或泡沫塑料或尼龙或海棉):也可以用橡胶(合成橡胶如硅橡胶或再生橡胶如废旧橡胶再利用)采用这种内胎不怕扎,没有漏气,补胎的烦恼。也没有行使过程中爆胎的危险,还可延长外胎的使用寿命。平时基本不用维护,价格便宜。对现有车辆的改装也很简单且费用不高。
也可以用这些材料加工成内胎形状再安装。

1.一种安全轮胎。内胎中灌注(或不用内胎,直接往外胎中灌注)的是具有一定硬度和弹性的工程塑料(珍珠棉或树脂或泡沫塑料或尼龙或海棉):也可以用橡胶(合成橡胶或再生橡胶)。其特征是不怕扎,平时没漏气,补胎的烦恼,行使过程中也没有爆胎的危险。平时几乎不用维护。且价格便宜,对现有车辆改装简单,费用不高。
2.如权利要求1所示的安全抡胎,其特征是内胎中灌注(或不用内胎,直接往外胎中灌注)的是具有一定硬度和弹性的工程塑料(珍珠棉或树脂或泡沫塑料或尼龙或海棉)。
