Abstract
一种泡沫发生器,其本身由外壳、进气口、进水口、气腔室、发泡网板、混合液腔室、泡沫再切割装置、出泡口组成,泡沫再切割装置是电机及其驱动旋转切割搅拌装置或者是有孔隙的填充物。气腔室在泡沫发生器下方,混合液腔室在其上方,中间用发泡网板隔开。由外部的气泵和水泵提供气源和活性物质混合液。工作时,压缩气体进入气腔室,活性物质混合液进入混合液室,在网板上方形成一定厚度的水柱,压缩气体经网板和混合液后,就产生了直径较大的泡沫,再流经经泡沫切割装置,即可产生丰富细腻的空气泡沫,经出泡口流出。

技术领域: 这是一种用于生产数量较少细腻空气泡沫的空气泡沫发生器。
背景技术: 生活中很多时候要用到由活性物质如洗洁剂产生的空气泡沫,现在的产品大多体积庞大,结构复杂,噪音大,价格高,能耗也很大,还没有一种低能耗高效能的泡沫发生装置。
发明内容:本发明提供了一种结构简单、低噪音、低能耗、低价格、高效能的泡沫发生器,能够用于解决生活中的许多问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:本空气泡沫发生器由电源、气泵、水泵、水气混合发泡装置组成,气泵水泵提供流量稳定的气源和活性物质混合液,水和气的比例稳定控制在合理范围内,水气混合发泡装置由气室、发泡网板、混合液室、泡沫再切割装置、出泡口组成,气体腔室置于发泡装置底部,混合液腔室在其上方,中间用发泡网板隔开,泡沫再切割装置可以是二种:一种是电机驱动的旋转切割搅拌,另外一种是由有孔隙的填充物组成。工作时,启动电源,活性物质混合液注入混合液室,在网板上方形成一定厚度的水柱,气泵将气体压入气腔内,气体经发泡网板和其上面的水柱后就产生大量的空气泡沫,此时的空气泡沫直径较大,还带有大量没被泡沫化的混合液,泡沫流经电机驱动旋转切割搅拌装置或有孔隙的填充物被切割,就产生了直径微小、细腻洁白的空气泡沫,经出泡口流出。
本发明的有益效果是:产品结构简单、轻巧实用、能耗低、产生的泡沫丰富细腻,可以广泛应用。

具体实施方式一:接通电源5,活性物质混合液经进水口1注入发泡网板上方的腔室中,压缩气体经进气口2进入气腔室3中,气体经发泡网板4和混合液作用,产生直径较大的泡沫,泡沫流经电机6驱动旋转的泡沫切割装置7,经切割搅拌生成细腻的空气泡沫,经出泡口8流出。

1.权利要求项1:一种泡沫发生器,其由外壳、进气口、进水口、发泡网板,泡沫再切割装置组成,其特征是:气腔室在泡沫发生器最底部,其上方是混合液室,中间用发泡网板分开,混合液室上方是泡沫再切割装置。
